This modern villa with wides and bright spaces, invites you to be enveloped by the light and warmth of the city. The private pool and the home theather will do the rest so that the time can not be better utilized.
The space
The house has exclusive services such as the private pool and terrace with a balinese bed and sun beds. It is equipped with high speed internet service (600MB), television in all rooms with NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME VIDEO and soundproof cinema room with videogame area.

The house has central heating and air conditioning in all the rooms. Towels and bed linen are provided as well as cleaning material and basic cooking products such salt, oil or spies. It can be request – without any extra cost -, a baby’s crib, stroller, toys and highchair .

Built on two floors, the house can comfortably accommodate, with 3 double bedrooms, groups up to 10 people.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. There is a dishwasher, American fridge, a coffee capsule machine, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster.
The house also has two bathrooms and a toilet room. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a jacuzzi and a shower. Hair dryer and hair iron are also included.
