Perfect family place to stay

Great place to stay with young family. Villa just as described. Very clean & great size. There were 5 adults and a 2 year old in our party. Easy walking to the marina & beach. Plenty of shops & restaurants close by. Outside BBQ was a bonus.

Great location

Villa Encina was an ideal place to stay ,close to the resort centre, plenty of room for a family . Pool area was good , even though we had a patio canopy to use when it got too hot , a couple of sun umbrellas around the sunbeds would be perfect

Enjoyed our stay

I stayed with my family, 6 adults and my young grandchild for a week in mid September. The property is in an excellent location, quiet neighbourhood and just a short walk to beach/shops/water park/marina etc. The property itself had just about everything we needed for the week and the pool was great......we could alternate between relaxing days at the villa & exploring different places. The property was well equipped and spotlessly clean ......there were not enough cups or glasses for a family of six and some plates were chipped but one can expect that at the end of a season. Not a criticism but just an issue that bothered us was that it would have be helpful to have an information booklet to show where rubbish/recycling could be disposed and some information on local amenities .Overall we enjoyed the property and would consider returning to the resort

Nice house...in a Noisy neighborhood

Just talking about the house itself, we were really happy wth it. Confortable and conform to the description of the add. The only bad surprise was the neighborhood. In between 2 huge Hotel comnplex, we suffered from the noise they make all day long and untill 11:00 pm at night...that was really bothwering us. Also the proximity of the Go Kart ( in the back of the yard ) add even more noise. Not the place to rest and enjoy a calm evening.

Property was as advertised,clean and had everything we needed.nice peaceful location.easy check in.we had a lovely weeks stay,our son especially enjoyed the swimming pool and we made use of it everyday.kitchen was well equipped,with fridge,freezer,dishwasher,washing machine,coffee machine ,and all your cutlery and plates.easy walk to a selection of bars,restaurants and shops down at the marina.i have a feeling we will return to this villa again in the future.our first villa experience and we really enjoyed it.it was lovely sitting outside of an evening by the pool and enjoying peace and quiet.when we went at the end of october all the restaurants were starting to shut down for the year,but we ate out a few nights and all food was nice.a pleasant stay.

Villa Encina

The Villa is well situated within five mins of Supermarkets and bus stops to Ciutudella (well worth a visit) it's also less than ten mins from the great selection of restaurants, gift shops and a beautiful white sand beach with turquoise sea in the marina. Menorca is beautiful! the Villa Encina has front and rear sun trap gardens, the pool was perfect and cleaned by an extremely friendly gardener who kept the gardens in check whilst we stayed. Inside the Villa are polished tiled floors a little slippery when wet please be aware...there is plenty of storage and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Take more of your own towels as one set is supplied but quickly used by a large group. One thing to note about the villa if you go early in the season is that the shutters on the doors and windows are difficult to open and close at first possibly in need of some grease, the Internal doors to the front of the villa do not lock so for peace of mind we cable tied the front shutters at night a silly issue that didn't ruin the stay at all but could do with a fix. Frederico and Heike were both lovely and super helpful when needed. Well worth a stay

La estancia a sido buena. La casa es amplia y la zona me ha gustado mucho muy tranquila, barbacoa bien, cocina bien. La única cosa entre comillas mala, fue que llegue a la casa y la piscina tenia moho y no pude disfrutarla hasta el día siguiente. Muchas gracias a Heide Schmid por la preocupación y la solución rápida. De ahí mi motivo por las 4 estrellas y no 5.

Casa con muy buena ubicación. Por ponerle algun pero, alguna mesa exterior que deberia cambiarse y algo de suciedad en las fundas del sofa. Por el resto todo muy bien! Recomendado para familias

3 baños como si fuesen uno

Decidimos alojarnos en esta casa porque tenía 3 baños. Al ser 3 parejas usábamos uno cada uno. Pues resulta q por problemas de presión nos teníamos que duchar de uno en uno. Es cierto, que el día de la entrada el propietario estaba allí y nos explicó la problemática. Se basaba en que al haber sucedido en fiestas de san Joan no se pudo arreglar. El último día llegó el fontanero a colocar una pieza y parecía que todo iba bien. Por la noche no caía ni una gota de agua en los baños de arriba. El resto es todo correcto. Pero el problema del agua se podía arreglar mucho antes. No fue económica la casa para las condiciones en la que la recibimos.

Sehr nette und positive Beherbergung

Wir wurden sehr zuverlässig und positiv behandelt. Die Verwalterin Heike hat sich super gekümmert. Wenn etwas nicht funktionierte, wurde es am gleichen oder nächsten Tag durch ein Neugerät ausgetauscht (Kaffeemaschine). Da wir vor Saisonbeginn dort waren, haben wir die 3 Wochen Ruhe sehr genossen. Der Besitzer war auch einmal vor Ort und hat uns einen neuen Außengrill einbauen lassen. Die Kommunikation mit Federico war auch sehr nett und positiv. Er hat uns ein echtes Gefühl des Willkommens gegeben.Wir buchen sehr gerne dieses Objekt oder andere Objekte von Federico und/oder Heike wieder.Wir sind jetzt tiefenentspannt und super erholt wieder in Schwerin angekommen, danke für ALLES!!!

Buena ubicacion

Experiència en global buena, colchones hab matrimonio en muy mal estado, hacen falta un cambio.Ubicacion muy buena y zona muy tranquila. Comunicación muy justa con administrador a la hora de llegada, consejos de zona etc. Piscina y barbacoa correcto lo único que muchas avispas alrededores piscina.

The house is built on a plot of 800 meters, it is 135 square metres large and it has got two floors, 67,5 square meters on each floor. It was built in April 2009 and updated in 2014 with high quality materials. It has got a garden with a swimming pool; the garden is fenced, the swimming pool is not.
The house is furnished and well equipped; the house has got sleeping accommodation for eight persons, and it also has two travel cots available. It hasn’t got air conditioning.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bathroom and two other bedrooms with two single beds each. There is a second bathroom on the same floor. On the ground floor there are four bedroom with two single beds, a large living room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. All bedrooms have a wardrobe.

The address is: Carrer de mal passar nº28, a quiet residential area only a few minutes’ walk from Cala’n Bosch. Not only will you find a nice beach there to relax and swim, but it also has got plenty of facilities such as shops, supermarkets, chemists, health care facilities, car and boat renting agencies, etc, as well as all kinds of restaurants and bars where you will be able to enjoy the evening and night.
