Kaletheia house - restored mill

Our house is called with greek name "beauty-truth" because here you can breathe well-being in the sign of sharing the experience of beauty and truth. Two values ​​that we believe essential and indispensable for the world of today and tomorrow.
The building was the barn of an old mill; after the restoration of the outer walls have been retained but a new internal structure earthquake-resistant steel was created, on new foundations, which supports the floor and the roof redone. The internal elements are the result of an artisan hand, an exercise art, evoke feelings rooted in the history of the place.

Excellent place to stay at.

The place is a lot bigger than it appears in photos. Minutes from the grocery store bakery and pizza place. Very modern with lots of character the running water from the old mill is very soothing the double windows block out street traffic not that there is very much, it is very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great place

Casa Kalatheia is a great base for exploring this region of Italy: the house is cleverly and beautifully designed, was clean, and the kitchen had the basic necessities to prepare a meal yourself.

Un soggiorno piacevole alla casa Kaletheia

Abbiamo passato 4 giorni nel vecchio mulino ristrutturato con molta cura dal proprietario, spazi ampi con arredamento moderno di grande qualità. Dalla parte del giardino si sente scorrere l'acqua del ruscello, ma dalla parte che guarda in strada, il traffico abbastanza pesante non permette di rimanere con le finestre aperte. La polvere e il rumore sono oggi i problemi da risolvere. Detto questo, la descrizione era abbastanza corretta, la proprietà era pulitissima, quasi nuova. Il proprietario ci ha ricevuto con molta gentilezza. Potrei consigliare la proprietà a una persona indifferente ai rumori esterni. Numerose attività culturali, sportive, gustative nelle vicinanze.

Grazie per la recensione. Sottolineo solo che i nuovi infissi con guarnizioni termoespandenti garantiscono una perfetta insonorizzazione, alcuni ospiti si sono complimentati di ciò...Aprendo le finestre verso il ruscello si entra in un'atmosfera di vero relax e benessere...
