Quiet and pleasant stay

Five of us stayed in this lovely three bedroom house. Two bedrooms had bathrooms en-suite making for a private experience.Marziano, the owner, greeted us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour of the house. Although we only stayed two nights, we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We would highly recommended renting a car to get around as the house is a ways from town. Very quiet and fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable.

I wanted to recommend renting a car, but I thought you'd opted for other means of transport for just two days, and that would require a change in driving style for those coming from Anglo-Saxon countries. Yes, a car is recommended and almost essential, especially for visiting the many wonderful towns around us, for exploring less touristy places that will remain unforgettable in your memories. I'm happy to suggest interesting itineraries and, if possible, accompany you to share the history and facts of the places I love.

Wonderful place

Marziano was very welcoming, friendly and kind. The place was great for our family of five with a semi-rural feel away from the big city but near enough to visit Venice. We would we definitely stay again.

Peaceful Palace

Beautiful home, tucked away in the countryside, with all the accommodations of home. Our host, Marziano, was very welcoming and kind. Marziano was quick to answer our questions and had lots of suggestions for restaurants and sight seeing. There is a train station about 10 minutes away. Would stay again!!

Fantastic place near Venice

We really enjoyed our stay of a week in this very lovely and cosy house. Lot of space in the rooms and well equipped and with a good airco. Good location for visits to Venice, but also Treviso, Bassano del Grappa and also the beaches of Lido di Jesolo etc. Nice gardens. Last but not least, Marziano is a very friendly and helpfull host!

Fantastic, tranquil home & gardens

Marzione is a wonderful, friendly host and provided plenty of ideas for restaurants and places to see. His home is wonderfully clean and well equipped with comfy beds and good air-conditioning (vital in the August heat) The gardens are beautiful and his home-grown tomatoes a nice addition! Well worth all the good reviews and only a short distance into Venice!

Tranquil setting.

Property was neat, clean and well equipped. Bedrooms were large, 2 with ensuite Third bathroom was also modern and large. Plenty of space for people to share. The gardens were kept beautiful. Close distance by car to Venice, Trevisio and Noale. Mauriziano was a wonderfull host and availabe to help at any anytime.

Garden House at Zero Branco

LOVE IT!!! Marziano is an excellent host and patiently waited for our arrival. He gave a tour of the house and explained everything. He gave us excellent suggestions for the restaurants and other attractions. He also gave us a heads up about road closure due to an international cycle rave. There is a beautiful garden and the house interior is beautifully furnished. Everything is exactly as listed and more. Marziano lives right next door but he is very quiet and we were aware of his presence when we checked out. If we come back to visit this area, we would love to stay at Marziano’s place again! Hospitality and charm

This home is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is a split dwelling, where the owners occupy an attached section of the home. In saying that, there are separate entries and your section is totally private. The owner was available for any questions. The location is secluded and quiet. The grounds were well kept and decorations for the holidays were beautiful. Zero Branco town center is maybe 5 minutes away with grocery stores and restaurants; very convenient. The photos showed the fireplace and Marziano had a fire going when we arrived. Naturally, this time of year (Dec) is cold, so the fire was perfect, warm, cozy. He also had music playing and aperitifs were served. There is a washer, but we did not need to use it. There is no dryer, oven, or tv. None of which were missed. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Marziano, thank you for the wonderful accommodations and your hospitality. We would recommend this VRBO.

Italy 2023

Annual holiday mum, dad and adult daughter. Holiday property ideally situated for exploring the region of Veneto. Located in the country approx 20 min walk into local town. The house itself is well appointed, situated in a large enclosed garden. It was very clean and tidy. One sitting/ dining room and small well equipped kitchen downstairs. 3 bedrooms upstairs although we only used/ saw two. Comfortable beds. Effective air con in bedrooms. Marziano, greeted us when we arrived, he was welcoming and provided us with a coffee and some information about the area. Invaluable especially the advice as to where to park when catching the train. He also replaced the coffee machine when it broke, absolutely essential as there was no kettle. Marziano lives on site but went on his holidays for two weeks after he’d checked us in. We hired a car, but traveled by train to Venice twice as only 20 mins away, Padova and Bologna. Trains are very cheap, clean and on time! It’s worth noting that; Car hire is essential There is no oven just a hob There is no tv and the internet is intermittently effective…not an issue for us but may be an issue if you have teenage children! All in all a really enjoyable week

Das Haus ist nahezu perfekt. Perfekt an Venedig angebunden. Perfekt von der Größe Perfekt von der Lage. Perfekt sauber. TOP. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vorallem sehr kinderfreundlich. Keine Frage bleibt offen. Nach dem Trubel im Venedig sind wir "nach Hause", gekommen an einen Ort der absoluten Ruhe. Die Kinder konnten wunderbar runterkommen und sich für den nächsten Tag erholen. Es fehlt an Nichts und die Liebe zum Detail ist in jedem Winkel des Hauses ersichtlich. Wir haben es geliebt. Wir waren Ostern 2022 Gäste in Marzianos Haus und haben es genossen. Marziano ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist wunderbar eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wunderbare Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Duschbad mit WC, ein gemütlicher Wohn- und Essbereich und eine super ausgestattete Küche. Selbst an Spiele ist gedacht. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und die ruhige Lage bietet Erholung pur. Und trotzdem liegt das Haus zentral für Ausflüge nach Venedig oder in das Umland. Rundum: es ist der ideale Ort für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Siamo stati ospiti a casa di Marziano a Pasqua 2022 e ci siamo trovati bene. Marziano è un ospite eccezionale! La casa è finemente arredata. Non manca nulla. Splendide camere da letto con bagno privato con doccia e servizi igienici, un comodo soggiorno e zona pranzo e una cucina super attrezzata. Sono disponibili anche giochi. Il giardino invita al relax e la posizione tranquilla offre puro relax. Eppure la casa è in posizione centrale per le gite a Venezia o nei dintorni. Insomma: è il luogo ideale per una vacanza. We were guests in Marziano's house at Easter 2022 and enjoyed it. Marziano is an outstanding host! The house is beautifully furnished. Nothing is missing. Wonderful bedrooms with their own bath with toilet, a cozy living and dining area and a super-equipped kitchen. Even games are available. The garden invites you to relax and the quiet location offers pure relaxation. The house is as well centrally located for trips to Venice or the surrounding area. All in all: it‘s the ideal place for a great holiday.

Das Haus eignet sich für Ausflüge in die Städte Treviso, Padua, Vicenza, Venedig und die Valdobbiane. Es hat viel Platz für eine ganze Familie und ist sehr komfortabel. Marzano ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber mit spart nicht an guten Informationen.

Tolles Haus mitten in der Natur

Wir haben für zwei Wochen das schöne Haus bewohnt. Es liegt abseits inmitten Feldern und Wiesen und bietet herrliche Ruhe. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Lovely farmhouse outside of Venice

Our group of three couples spent our night en route to the Dolomites at this lovely home. It was even nicer than we expected. The host was both gracious and delightful. Thanks for a perfect crash pad to launch our adventure.

Accueil chaleureux dans un cadre cosy

Propriété chaleureuse bien équipée, Accueil personnalisé, Propreté impeccable, Cuisine bien équipée, … Tout est prévu pour une famille de 7 personnes et nous avons pu aussi bénéficier de la terrasse personnelle du propriétaire ainsi que de son magnifique jardin. A recommander sans aucune hésitation.

Sehr, sehr schön und tolle Lage

Wunderschöne Lage mit einem sehr schönen Garten außerhalb von Zero Branco, sehr ruhig. Das Haus hat sehr viel Flair und ist eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Ein absolut guter Tipp zum Essen, ich bin normal kein Pizzafan, ist im Zentrum, am Campanile, die modern eingerichtete Pizzeria. Noch nie eine so gute Pizza gegessen.

Vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt. Gerne berate ich Sie zu weniger bekannten, aber sehr schönen Orten, die ich sehr gut kenne. Für die Küche habe ich eine lange Liste von besonderen Orten. Bis zum nächsten mal.
