2/Opposite another house renovated in 2020 with air conditioning named "Les Hirondelles" of 140 m2 including 3 bedrooms with bathroom and toilet in each bedroom. (a master bedroom with partition for children (30m2)
American kitchen, sofa, and 4 TVs.
In total 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 6 toilets.
The 2 kitchens of the houses are equipped with dishwashers, oven, microwave, freezer with automatic ice factory.
You will be welcomed for a holiday in a quiet, natural setting, a stone's throw from Saintes, 30 minutes from Royan, Cognac...
You can also extend your evenings with music. or play a game of pétanque until the early hours of the morning.

The private heated swimming pool (May to September) is infinity 11 m by 5 m.
The pond outside the property has been filled with earth. It no longer exists.

You will also have at your disposal a 93 m2 pool house next to the swimming pool and the petanque court with kitchen equipped with a professional dishwasher (washing in 2 to 4 minutes), a bar, a plancha, an induction hob, 1 fridge freezer, a barbecue, tables, chairs, crockery, stainless steel and wood worktop etc...

Weekend rental from 2pm and check-out until 4pm. (cleaning during the week)
Weekly rental from 5pm on Saturday and departure at 9:30am on Saturday max (cleaning on Saturday after your departure 4 people are required)
