サントの中心部にあるこの19世紀の石造りの家のための緑豊かな環境で、シャラント川のほとりにある絶好のロケーション。

徒歩で全てのアメニティに近い：お店、マーケット、レストラン、駅、遺産、様々なアクティビティ。

この広さ180㎡の家には床があり、広い囲いのある庭園と囲い付きのプール、温水、プライベート（10 x 5）、そして食事ができる広いプールハウスがあります。


1階：
入り口、小さなラウンジ、広いリビングルームのダイニングルーム、隣接するテラス付きのキッチン、バスルーム付き1ベッドルーム（2ベッド90 cm）、収納ルーム、トイレ。

舞台：
3つのベッドルーム（1つは140 cmのベッド、1つは1つの180 cmのベッド、1つは90 cmのベッド、2つのベッドは90 cmの二段ベッドが付いています）。

プールハウス付きの温水プール（現在の5月から9月の現在によります）。


定員：9人+子供用ベッド1台

専用駐車場あり

家は家族や友人との「リゾート」滞在にのみ利用でき、パーティーには利用できません。

Grande maison spacieuse et fraîche située en centre ville tout en étant en bord de Charente. Globalement calme mais il peut y avoir des gens alcoolisés et bruyants aux abords de la propriété.Il est également à préciser que les propriétaires vivent dans une partie de la maison située entre la location et la piscine et que des voisins donnent également sur le jardi. Il y a donc du vis à vis des 2 côtés de la propriété.Grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs, très grande piscine.Séjour agréable et propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles.

Très bon séjour dans cette impressionnante demeure à un pont du centre ville. Calme et piscine, de quoi carburer à l'infini, tout est ici fastoche pour appareiller dans le peinard. Proprios à la bonne, pour que tout aille. Et ce point fort: des matelas Smart, de quoi se la jouer cosy sans fin.

lastig om via de ene slaapkamer naar de andere kamer te gaan i.v.m.privacy en slapende kinderen.

Goed, prachtig zwembad. Jammer dat er geen horren waren, er zijn behoorlijk wat muggen. Het huis is verder prima, leuke locatie zo vlakbij de stad.

Saintes House

The property was spacious and well equipped. Private swimming pool and secure off-street parking . The property is ideally located with numerous cafes, restaurants and bars in the centre of Saintes only a short walk away. Restaurant L'IODE on Ave Gambetta is recommended. Royan only 50 minutes drive away. The owners were friendly and dealt with handover very efficiently.

Wonderful holiday

We had a great time in this gorgeous 1840s property. It’s a lovely house, great rooms and everything one needs. Lovely hosts who could not be more friendly or helpful, Fabulous pool and surroundings, and although you feel secluded with so much greenery, you are just a couple of minutes from the town. Plenty to see and do in and around Saintes, and not too far from the beaches.

Great gite,

Great place to say, lovely poolside and Barbeque area for outside eating. Lovely location with easy access to the town of Saintes. However, just be aware that the first floor accommodation requires people to pass through others bedrooms to access the facilities (wc). Also it is not clear on the website that cleaning is extra as well as bed linen etc. Understanding the above - a great location, great site, great hosts and very helpful. It may help future guests if the bed linen was located on the appropriate beds, we had difficulty sorting what linen for what bed - maybe just us but overall great time and recommended.

Très bon séjour à Saintes

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances au sein de cette location. Les prestations étaient de qualité. La maison est très bien située, proche du centre ville mais malgré cette proximité la maison et les extérieurs sont très calmes. Les hôtes sont accueillants et disponibles. Nous les remercions pour leur accueil.

Excellent !

La maison, très spacieuse, possède tout le confort nécessaire, les parties extérieures (jardins, piscine) sont très agréables, inutile de prendre la voiture car le centre ville est à une minute à pied et les propriétaires sont très accueillants et arrangeants. De plus Saintes est vraiment une belle ville, bref on recommande !

Un petit coin de paradis en ville

La campagne en ville comme son nom l’indique. Gîte impeccable et parfaitement situé. Nous avons passé un super séjour au calme, en profitant de la piscine et du coin Pool House. L’accueil est excellent. Nous le recommandons vivement!

Superbe maison bien située

Maison agréable à vivre, avec belles prestations. Piscine toujours chaude et propre, pool house pratique. Bons équipements et propriétaires adorables, disponibles et très arrangeants. Nous y étions avec des enfants (4 et 7ans) et la sécurité est optimale (portails, clôtures), avec en plus cabane dans le jardin et terrain badminton. Je recommande fortement !!

Tout à fait satisfaite.

Nous avons été bien accueillis et avons apprécié la disponibilité des propriétaires. Le lieu porte bien son nom. Un véritable havre de verdure, de tranquillité et de confort au bord de la Charente, à deux pas du marché.

Excellentes vacances.

La maison est idealement situee pres de l'arc de triomphe. Elle est grande lumineuse et bien equipee. Les espaces exterieurs (autour de la piscine surtout) sont tres agreables. Saintes est une ville a decouvrir. Nous sommes enchantes de nos vacances. Very pleasant house ideally situated near the town centre, it is well equiped. The swimming pool complex is very attractive and Saintes (the local town) can be explored at leisure. We would strongly recommend this property to anyone.
