Wonderful

Beautiful town in Sicily. The host made as feel welcome and helped us out when we got a parking ticket. The house is exactly as the pictures shows. Would definitely stay here if I ever come back.

Nice, quiet spot in a busy town. Friendly owners. Clean and comfortable.

We were happy with our stay in this establishment and would recommend it to friends/family. We were greeted by the owners when we arrived and received a bowl fresh fruit and cold almond milk (local drink). Spacious and rustic. Street parking easy to find but may have to pay (~3.50€/day). One hour from Etna, Syracuse, and Taormina. Kitchen lacked linen. Setup was good for two adults with multiple children. Not ideal for multiple couples as second bed was a pullout couch. Although the sofa bed was reasonably comfortable, it is situated in the dining room which is not ideal for privacy. Lots of dining nearby.

Like staying in a house in 1915

Warm greeting from couple who own the house and live upstairs. The house as noted by others is old, furnished with old pieces and has the weirdest set up with two bathrooms that are adjoining. Inside is dark so lights have to be on all the time. Good location, close to the town square that was really lively at night. BUT the listing says there is parking and it is STREET parking with rules about when you have to pay for parking and when not and we managed to get a parking fine! We were booked in for 2 nights and intended spending the days on Etna Nord, about an hours drive with plenty of hair pin bends etc so we left after one night and stayed in a delightful hotel close to the wineries etc that we wanted to visit.

Superbe Séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, on a beaucoup aimé le cahrme de cette maison ancienne, la propreté du lieu, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Accueil impeccable, logement bien localisé pour vadrouiller dans la région et aller se primer à Catania.

Aci Castello il ponte del 25 aprile

La struttura è una casa d’epoca, posta al piano terra di una casa privata con accesso da un cancello in ferro posto sulla strada principale. Essa è dotata di due cortili ben attrezzati, uno all’ingresso e l’altro sul retro. All’interno le camere sono tutte comunicanti, così come i due bagni: questa peculiarità (specificata immediatamente dal proprietario) può rappresentare un handicap se si è in due famiglie. La struttura, per esposizione e spazi all’aperto è certamente più godibile nel periodo estivo. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene ed il proprietario è stato estremamente cortese e disponibile. Nota negativa: i letti sono scomodi, specialmente il divano letto.

Joli appartement en rdc avec patio et proches de tout commerce . Très bon accueil de Floriane et son époux avec un gâteau à l arrivée et du jus de fruits. Ainsi que du linge de toilette. Je recommande vivement cette location

Owners were friendly and available for any assistance. Great location for travel on Sicily's coast. Comfortable and clean house with historical decor. Parking was easy within a block from house.

Super! Très bien placé et très agréable.

Propriétaires très accueillants parlant italien et anglais, serviables. L’appartement est très bien placé à Acicastello: au calme et proche de commerces de bouches excellents. Acicastello est un village joli, agréable et authentique. La décoration est très sympa et rend l’atmosphere chaleureuse. Deux points à améliorer: - changer le matelas du lit double - équipements de cuisine à compléter Merci.

Florianas house is utterly beautiful!

Being in the hustle and bustle of Aci Costella was great. we had a real taste of Sicilian life... the local shops being full of beautiful local produce and the community was extrermly warm and welcoming. We will definately return to discover more of this wonderful island. Floriana and frederico (hope I remembered your name) were great hosts and honestly the house could have been a film set.. so very beautiful. we all feel quite sad that we had to come home so soon!

Amazing stay in Aci Castelo!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Aci Castelo with our two teenage daughters. Floriana and Francesco were gracious hosts and the apartment was very comfortable. It was amazing to stay in a place with so much history. The pictures truly don't do it justice. The master bedroom is huge and the family/dining area is large as well. Our girls shared a room off the master bedroom that had its own exit out onto the rear courtyard. The front courtyard is private and cosy. The kitchen is small but served all of our needs. It should be noted that some other reviews stated that the beds weren't very comfortable. We found all of the beds to be very comfy. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We plan to return and will definitely recommend this place to our friends. Thank you so much, Floriana and Francesco. Grazie tante!

Lovely Stay with 2 little traveller

We had a fab stay( 10 days ). A warm welcome with fruits , milk, juice and cookies. If we are coming back to the island we will try to stay there again. Grazie for let us 4 stay

Bell'appartamento nel centro di Aci Castello

Ad Agosto siamo stati ad Aci Castello per 4 notti, eravamo due famiglie con tre bambine dagli 8 agli 11 anni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa casa, con ambienti spaziosi, puliti e freschi. E' molto comoda perché è in centro al paese, ma essendo in un cortile interno è anche silenziosa. Ottima pasticceria proprio fuori di casa. Floriana e suo marito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliata!

Hospitalidade 10!

Nossa estadia foi ótima. A casa é espaçosa, bem localizada, equipada e limpa. Os anfitriões são muito simpático. Fomos recebidos com uma jarra de suco natural, uma cesta de frutas, pães, geléias. Chegamos mais tarde que o planejado, e a anfitriã nos auxiliou chamando um taxi para nos levar em tempo ao teatro de Catânia, pois tínhamos entradas para um espetáculo. Também recebemos tickets para snacks e bebidas que foram utilizados em um passeio ao Etna.
