Garden level, South-exposed fitted terrace, large living room, kitchen with central island, all the equipment, plancha, double door refrigerator, dining room and double bedroom 1 with ensuite walk-in shower room with double vanity unit, separate toilet and private exit.
On the first floor that is served by a central staircase, there is a large square East-South-exposed living room with windows on each side, large balcony over the organic plum trees, large bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and ensuite walk-in shower room with double vanity unit and separate toilet, large bedroom 3 with double bed, unique views of the cathedral and ensuite walk-in shower room, double vanity unit and separate toilet/
The house is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold), the terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, sunbeds and a parasol, the 17x8 m infinity pool is South-exposed, there is a private tennis court at your disposal, a table tennis table, ADSL Internet access, a flat screen television, a library and board games.
You can organise your stay at thermal baths in Lectoure.

If you are looking for a stay during which you can recharge your batteries at your own pace, if you want to take the most of the attractions and services of a 18th property with contemporary indoor decor in the middle of organic vineyard and orchards, if swimming above the trees level in an infinity pool seduces you, if some tennis balls between two property’s products tasting seem to be attractive, Le Pavillon (The Detached House) is the place where you must spend your next holiday. A beautiful place to rest and recharge

I loved my stay at the House in the Orchards with my husband and a friend. This was a "workation" for us and it was a perfect place to do some writing while enjoying walks in the beautiful vineyards and nearby town of Lectoure. We particularly enjoyed the tennis court which is in excellent condition. We already booked another stay and look forward to returning!

Nice house, great views.

The house is pleasant and equipped to a reasonable standard. It is situated on the courtyard of the chateau but the outside space faces away from the courtyard so is not really overlooked. The owners were in any case away for much of our stay. The location is very peaceful and it was nice to watch the hot air balloons rising from the valley as we enjoyed a drink round the pool in the evenings. The upstairs lounge is comfortable, as are the bedrooms. We appreciated the air conditioning in our room which worked well and was quiet. As a previous reviewer has noted, the outside dining furniture and parasol are old and damaged although functional. This did not affect our enjoyment of the property but perhaps does not live up to the luxury billing the owner is trying to suggest. The pool is good although electrical problems on the estate at the end of our stay meant that we could not use it on our last day. The house is a little further from Lectoure than we expected. It's a brisk 30 minute walk into town with some rough tracks by the shortest route we found, 5km by car or road bike and we were a little disappointed that it was therefore not really practical for us to walk into Lectoure for dinner. Lectoure itself is a bustling small town, quite touristy, with several restaurants, bakeries and butchers etc. The restaurants are a bit more expensive than those in the surrounding villages. Overall, we had a good holiday and enjoyed our stay.

Exceptionnel !

Un petit paradis sur terre. L’emplacement est exceptionnel : dans les vignes, au calme, face à la cathédrale de Lectoure ! Et la location est parfaite également : une piscine privée, un terrain de tennis, tout l’équipement qu’il faut sans parler de la décoration intérieure et des équipements. Bref tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un moment hors du temps. Et cerise sur le gâteau : la visite des chais et la dégustation de l’Armagnac du domaine ! Un grand merci à Morgan pour ce moment extraordinaire et le partage de l’histoire du domaine et de votre passion !

Very pretty and well equipped gite

It looks very traditional on the outside but has a cool loft-style interior. Very easy 5 minutes by car into Lectoure or to the nearest supermarket. The owners were easy to communicate with, and very welcoming and helpful if we had any problems.

beware of owner's honnesty...

The property is as depicted on the site, except for the outdoor patio furniture which is very old: umbrella/parasol missing its whinch - it needs to be opened by pulling on the rope by hand and tying it somewhere, the outdoor table has a broken plank in its middle and gave us splinters, the BBQ is at least 10 years old. On the first night my 2 year old sat on a patio chair, the set of chairs being as old as the rest of the funiture. Simply by sitting on it he broke a piece of wood making the seat. We thought nothing of it, seeing the state of the rest of the patio furniture, and unfortunately did not report it. The broken piece was small and did not prevent us from using the chair the rest of the week. On the last day of our stay the owner toured the property before we left and told us everything was fine. The next day she refunded our damage deposit less 69 euros to cover the cost of a brand new chair.... After I contacted her and explained that I saw it as normal wear and tear and that we should not be charged, she agreed that the patio furniture is old but went on by saying that the money also compensated for several 'special requests' we apparently made. Those were: 1) a refund for one night as there was a problem with the software when I booked and it was only allowing me to book 7 nights when we only needed 6; the owner and I agreed 3 months prior to our stay, and at her request, that she would pay me back in person for the extra night once we arrived as it was easier than trying to correct the computer glitch; once there however she seem to have forgotten why we needed a refund and repeatadly mentionned that she was doing us a huge favor by reimbursing the extra night; and 2) a week before our arrival we asked if we could arrive earlier than the check-in time of 3pm, to which she agreed, which we really appreciated since we were flying in with three young children. The owner finally complained that we left 30 minutes late on check-out, which is true, but fails to recognize that part of our late departure was due to her asking us to gather all bedsheets/towels and to start doing the laundry before we left (we have never been asked to start a wash of laundry in 10 years of homeaway rental...) - we actually started two loads and dried one of them...She also failed to recognize the late noise (past 11pm) from their house party on our last night. You be the judge as to wether we or the owners were unreasonable. Rent at your own risk...

Nous avons passé une semaine de vraies vacances dans cette très belle maison au milieu des vignes, avec une vue imprenable sur Lectoure, au calme et malgré tout très proche des commerces. Avec nos 4 enfants, nous avons apprécié le confort des salles de bain attenantes aux chambres, la piscine au retour de nos excursions, la fraîcheur de la maison quand il faisait si chaud dehors, les petits-déjeuners sous la pergola au son apaisant d'une cloche dans le lointain. Nous recommandons vivement cette grande maison pour une famille qui voudrait découvrir une belle région de carte postale et passer des vacances au calme.

Excellentes vacances

Superbes vacances à Lectoure dans un environnement exceptionnel ! Il s'agissait de notre 2nd séjour au Domaine et nous sommes toujours enchanté. Le lieu est féérique, on a l'impression d'être à l'écart du monde. Dans une tranquillité absolue...On observe sans être vu ! La maison est très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et la climatisation est un + non négligeable. Les activités ne manquent pas entre la très belle piscine, le tennis, le ping pong, les promenades... La ville est à seulement quelques minutes et les visites de la région offrent de nombreuses possibilités. On ne s'est pas ennuyé 1 instant !!! les enfants ont encore une fois adoré leur vacances. Quant aux hôtes, ils sont toujours disponibles et très sympathiques. En conclusion : des vacances idéales !!!

Magnifique maison et quelle vue !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La maison est magnifique et décorée avec énormément de goût. Nous avons apprécié le mariage de l'ancien et du moderne, les meubles chinés, les chambres spacieuses. De plus la maison est fort bien équipée, rien ne manque !! Nous avons également apprécié pouvoir jouer au tennis sur le court privatif. Et enfin, nous avons apprécié le calme, et la vue magnifique sur Lectoure !! Rien à dire, tout était top !! Nous espérons revenir !!!!

Superbes vacances au Domaine de Bacque !

Nous rentrons de 2 semaines exceptionnelles au Domaine, certainement l’un des plus beaux de la région. Tout a vraiment été parfait. C’est simple les enfants ne voulaient pas repartir !!! La maison est pleine de charme, confortable, bien agencée, bien décorée et dans un paysage de rêve, rien ne manque. Le calme règne en maitre, jour et surtout nuit. Idéal pour se reposer. Les occupations ne manquent pas : la piscine est superbe avec une vue exceptionnelle, ping pong, tennis en bon état, promenades dans le domaine au milieu des vignes, des pruniers…il y aurait même des chevreuils (n’est-ce pas Bruno :-) ) Nos hôtes ont été de véritables hôtes pas juste des loueurs, toujours disponibles et jamais avares de bons conseils. Un grand merci à Sylvie, Bruno ET Morgan sans qui nos vacances auraient été moins agréables. Au plaisir de vous revoir à Lectoure ou ailleurs…

Une escale extraordinaire

Une escale de derniere minute nous a fait decouvrir un de ces lieux discrets d'ou l'on domine tout sans jamais etre vus. La maison du vignoble nous a enchantes avec sa piscine-miroir qui n'a rien a envier a celles de Bali. A tres vite pour profiter de l'ete indien sur cette propriete rare! Nous avons trouvé exactement ce que nous venions chercher, authenticité et sérénité. La maison est au cœur du vignoble, magnifique. La vue n'a d'égal que la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires, un couple charmant et de très bons conseils pour ce qui concerne les commerces incontournables de Lectoure. Depuis 3 ans, nous passons une semaine de repos dans les vergers du domaine Bacqué avec nos 3 enfants car c'est l'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et se retrouver en famille,dans un environnement magnifique. Le panorama est exceptionnel, la maison très agréable et aménagée avec beaucoup de gout. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et vous donnent de bons conseils. Pour manger de bons produits c'est une région idéale avec les producteurs locaux de fruits , volailles,foies gras etc

Calme, confort, panorama... un vrai bonheur !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine au mois d'août avec nos trois enfants... semaine de trop courte durée malheureusement ! Si, comme nous, vous appréciez le calme et le confort tout en bénéficiant d'une vue imprenable sur Lectoure et ses environs alors choisissez le Pavillon sans hésiter. La maison, lumineuse et spacieuse, est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle permet de profiter de proximité de la propriété (une très belle "chartreuse" de 1794 qui, à elle seule, vaut le détour) et d'être isolé face à la Cathédrale de Lectoure. La belle piscine, idéalement située, offre une très belle vue sur les alentours. Les propriétaires, très accueillants, ont été plein d'attentions à notre égard. Vous pouvez suivre "les yeux fermés" leurs conseils pour découvrir la région : les bons restaurants du coin, les bons artisans pour les gourmands et les plus beaux sites à visiter. Le Pavillon fait partie des adresses que l'on veut faire connaître autour de soi... Si le bonheur est dans le pré, il se trouve également au Domaine de Bacqué !

Un séjour de charme inoubliable !

Le "Pavillon" est la seconde maison de cette superbe exploitation viticole familiale. Lors de cette semaine hors norme, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre de vie que nous a offert la campagne Lectouroise. Mais aussi le goût certain des propriétaires, qui ont chiné toutes sortes de meubles et d'objet du 20ème siècle avec lesquels ils ont décoré soigneusement et élégamment la maison. Le confort est aussi de la partie, avec une grande salle de douche double et des toilettes attenantes à chaque chambres. La maison est même climatisée ! Tennis, vélos, bronzette sur des transats confortables et design ... mais surtout une vue magnifique et imprenable sur Lectoure, sa cathédrale et ses remparts. Séjour réussi à 100%. Nous vous recommandons avec plaisir le "Pavillon" et nous reviendrons très rapidement. Amicalement Emilie, Rachel,Fred et Arnaud

J'ai choisi le Pavillon à Lectoure, parce que j'aime la région, et que cette maison m'avait été recommandé par des amis qui y ont séjourné en 2011 et qui en ont gardé un excellent souvenir. Nous avons été enchantés mes garçons et moi par l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, par la qualité de la décoration et le confort de cette maison, ainsi que par le site exceptionnel de la propriété. D'ailleurs nous envisageons même d'y retourner!...

J'ai choisi le Pavillon à Lectoure parce qu'il m'avait été recommandé par des amis qui y avaient séjourné en 2011 et qui en avaient gardé un excellent souvenir. En outre j'aime particulièrement cette région. Que ce soit l'accueil des propriétaires, la qualité de la décoration et du confort, ou le site exceptionnel de cette propriété, nous avons été enchantés, mes garçons et moi. My studies and my International education drove me to live a part of the year in California. This is the essential reason why I rent my house, the Detached House, to guests who, just like me, enjoy a return to nature and all the authentic and kind things it has to offer. The family choice to get solar energy and to exploit and increase the value of the agricultural ground while respecting the organic standards make this historic 18th estate an exceptional refuge for a relaxing and peaceful but also culturally rich and varied stay in the stunning landscape of this wonderful region.
