This two-room apartment of 41 m2, comfortable and air conditioned, in a recent luxury residence (2010), has a furnished terrace of 11 m2. It is offered for rental for a maximum of 4 people, children under the age of five not being counted. Sheets are provided.
It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator. A private box is available in the basement for vehicles. The air conditioning is reversible (heating), the steering wheels are remote controlled. Wifi available.
Long term rentals are possible.

The terrace overlooks a patio, with collective garden and offers a glimpse of the sea on its right.
In summer, a night market is held every evening on the port.

Beautiful modern apartment in a perfect location

Travelled as a couple and booked this apartment for a long-weekend getaway; couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome from Sylvie, or better accommodation. The apartment is modern, well-equipped, spacious, and clean. Situated in a quite block a stone's throw away from the old port, you are guaranteed privacy and relaxation, whilst being close to the centre of town. Highly recommend taking the ferry to the Île Verte, and the Calanque de Figurolles (which is further then Mugel, but worth the slightly longer walk - approx 15 mins).

L'appartement est très lumineux, bien placé et insonorisé, avec tout le confort en terme d'électroménager, literie, place de parking sécurisé. Le centre historique, le vieux port et les magnifiques sites naturels sont à 2 pas.

Excellentes vacances

Nos vacances se sont très bien passées à la Ciotat grâce notamment à l appartement qui était dans un état irréprochable et très lumineux. Du confort et du calme malgré la proximité des lieux touristiques. Nous reviendrons très certainement !

The perfect apartment in La Ciotat

We had a wonderful stay in La Ciotat. The apartment was perfect in every way. It was very central and well equipped. We used the kitchen and had lunch in the terrasse which was fresh even during hot days. Sylvie was extremely kind and even gave us lifts to the train station. Thanks again Sylvie 🙏🏻. Hopefully we’ll be back soon.

Excellent - A conseiller absolument.

Bel appartement bien entretenu dans une copropriété qui l'est tout autant. Il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour des vacances réussies ainsi qu'un box privé pour la voiture. Superficie satisfaisante, balcon spacieux et situation géographique parfaite. Enfin, Sylvie, la propriétaire assure un excellent accueil donc à recommander sans hésiter.
