Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in dem Haus und auf dem Grundstück. Die Lage zur Stadt und zur Küste/Calanques ist optimal. Die Räume sind neu gestrichen, die neue Heizung funktioniert gut. Toilettenpapier und Spülmaschienentabs waren vorhanden.Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und informativ. Das eingezäunte Grundstück war günstig für den Hund, der Platz zum Boulespielen geeignet.Wir vermissten eine Informationsmappe über die Nutzung des Hauses und der Umgebung. Das Haus ist eher für die Besitzer als für Gäste eingerichtet (z.B. wenig Platz in Schränken).

Das Haus ist sehr schön im provenzialischen Stil . Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage. Wir haben in der Woche kein einziges Mal das Auto gebraucht, alles ist fussläufig, die traumhaften Buchten, der Park und die Stadt mit der sehr schönen Hafenpromenade und der Altstadt.

Wir waren als Familie mit vier Kindern (11-18) eine Woche in dem Haus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut und verlässlich. Das Haus ist funktional eingerichtet. Wir haben den Garten zum Tischtennisspiel, Wäsche trocknen, BouleSpiel und für Mahlzeiten genutzt. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Zwei schöne Buchten in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto nicht weit entfernt. Route de Cretes und der Naturpark Calanques in direkter Umgebung. Marseille und Cassis sind einen Tagesausflug wert und schnell zu erreichen.

Location très agréable, bien située dans La Ciotat.Quartier calme. La propriétaire est très accueillante. Bien équipée pour un séjour de vacances. Néanmoins, il conviendrait de prévoir un frigo plus grand et un congélateur également. Un peu juste pour une famille.

Super vacances

Once more, we have enjoyed our holiday in this nice house in La Ciotat. It`s perfect for kids with a big garden and beautiful beaches nearby. Hopefully, we`ll be back next year!
