Debating between the comfort of a luxury hotel and the comfort of a more authentic accommodation? Our lovely apartment offers the best of both worlds.
It is a charming, peaceful, 2 bedroomed apartment, sleeping a maximum of 6 people. The apartment offers stunning views to the mountains and sea.
Supermarkets, pharmacy, banks and restaurants and beach are all within walking distance, although to truly explore this stunning coastline and quaint Andulcian towns, a car is highly recommended.
The beautiful bustling towns of Marbella, Estepona and the glamour of Puerto Banus are all within a 10 minutes drive. Regular bus routes are easily accessible. The lovely sandy Costilita beach is 15 -20 minutes walk away. ( 5 mins by car, with plenty of parking) It has a lovely beach bar and in the summer months pedalo hire is available . The beach also has lifeguards so great for children.
For lovers of Golf the apartment is only 5 mins from the prestigious Villa Padierna Golf and Spa resort which features three golf courses: Flamingos, Alferini and Tramores Golf and 10 minutes from the popular El Paraiso Golf Resort.
The apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen with Siemens oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The spacious lounge, with sofa bed leads onto a fabulous terrace overlooking the golf course, mountain range and sea. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, and 2 bathrooms with shower. It also has WIFI, air conditioning and international TV.
This luxury apartment complex offers an attractive pool area with sunshades and sunbeds, a barbecue area and a child’s play area.

As a teacher and professional artist Phil, my husband, fell in love in with Ronda, Gaucin, Casares and the beautiful white washed villages of the Andalucian Coast line. As an active family with 2 girls, we enjoy hiking / cycling in the Andalucian mountains, chilling on the beautiful beaches and exploring the colourful Spanish culture from Malaga to Cordoba, from Seville to Granada, with fabulous weather all year round.
Why they chose this property
Apart from the fact that my sister, Nicky (who looks after our rentals) lives in Guadalmina and hence we were looking to buy a property close by, we were particularly drawn to Los Olivos apartment with it’s stunning views and tranquil setting. It lies between the quaint, upmarket and bustling towns of Marbella and Estepona and the jet setting holiday resort of Puerto Banus. It is also very accessible to major routes and cities like Malaga, Granada and Seville. There is also plenty to do for all ages, with great golf, fabulous beaches and lovely scenery. Not forgetting we're just 90 minutes from the ski resorts of Sierra Nevada. What more could one ask for?!
