The 3rd floor is the same level as the walk over from the parking deck so there is no need to take an elevator or stairs to get from your car to the condo.

All Treasure Island 2 bedrooms are the exact same size and layout and all have the same size balcony and same ocean view.

This unit is has the best location on Treasure island. From the living room and Master bedroom, you have an absolutely gorgeous view of where the white sand meets the green water. You will also be able to really enjoy this view from the oversized balcony furnished with 2 tables and chairs perfect for eating dinner with the entire family. The 2nd bedroom has a 2 full size beds in it.


This condo has been fully furnished with luxurious furniture. No expense was spared. The condo has a brand new washer and dryer for guests to use. It is a no smoking unit but smoking is allowed on the balcony. Each condo has its own private numbered parking space and there is a walk-over from the parking deck directly to the third floor. Which means when you stay in my condo it is never necessary for you to use an elevator your whole stay here.

The Treasure island is located within walking distance to Schooners, Captain Andersons, Treasure Ship and the St. Andrews State Park.


Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $250 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

The resort charges a one time $20 registration fee for vehicle parkign and pool wrist bands. The resort now allows for a third vehicle to be parked where there is space available for an additional fee of $100. No watercraft or watercraft trailers will be allowed. Trailers under 16ft will be allowed. Please contact the property to ask if your trailer will be allowed.

These charges are their charges and are not ours and are not included in our fees.

Very sad to say this Condo was very nasty! DIRTY!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had to go buy cleaning supplies & clean the kitchen counters, bathrooms . We did contact the man that owns it & he sent 2 ladies with a mop & bleach. They were in shock that the toilets had now even been cleaned! I had to wash the bed comforter because is smelled so bad! & I had to wash 2 blankets to put over the couches because they are nasty & smelled bad! The carpet was soooooooooo nasty! The pictures must have been from the first day he bought the condo! It does not even have the floor! & you must wear shoes because the floor will make your feet dirty!!!!!! We love the Treasure Island & this is the first time we have got burnt! Very sad! P.S. It smelled & I never could find the smell! The microwave needs to be taken out! It had rust inside of it! I took pictures of everything!

Ruined Vacation

We were unable to go on our vacation because of Hurricane Irma. We were told by the rental company that Panama City Beach was "open for business", but couldn't get anyone at Treasure Island Resort to answer the phone to check on conditions. According to several web sites and web cams the beaches and restaurants were closed. We were unsure of the condition of the roads, the ability to buy gasoline, or to find food, so we chose to be safe and stay home. The rental company refuses to refund or money because there was not a mandatory evacuation of Panama City Beach. The insurance company refuses our claim of a lost vacation for the same reason. So I learned several important lessions (1 Rent from someone that is ethical (2 Land-based vacation insurance is worthless. We are out over $1,200 for the week.

Owner's Response: We are regretful that you decided to not come to our condo. You were one of two guests (out of hundreds) that did not come for their reservation and it's truly a shame. You missed some great weather and a great week at the beach with absolutely no danger to you or your family whatsoever.  As evidence, please see this recent review posted to one of our other Treasure Island ads about Irma. It's found on VRBO ad# 858908   "Loved this spacious condo                        Couldn't decide to go at first because of Irma but so glad we did, weather ended up being great! This is the second time we've stayed at Treasure Island and we love it!" This guest advised us of their travel concern to which we quickly responded, letting them know that the weather was good and we did not expect to have much, if any at all, impact from the storm. All local media outlets were reporting this. Unfortunately because of the non stop hype on the weather channel and national media about the storm everybody starts to panic and think the entire state of Florida is in grave danger.  Panama City Beach ran in full swing with business as usual.  No gas stations were closed. We only experienced some light wind (20mph) followed by a little drizzle on one day. The rest of the days that week were absolutely expected. I think it's reasonable that we wouldn't refund a guests reservation at the last minute due to hysteria, especially since a travel insurance company would not refund them either.  We would never ever put anybody or their family in any danger whatsoever,  but we knew that we were over 500 miles from where the storm was and there was no imminent threat to the Panhandle.  Panama City Beach locals all stuck around and didn't evacuate, businesses stayed open, and the weather was quite nice. It's truly unfortunate our guest missed it.

Treasure Island

This condo is located in a prime location. The biggest problem I had was the cleanliness of the condo. IT WAS VERY NASTY. I had to go buy cleaning supplies before I would let my family use the the bathroom!! I did contact the person I used to book the room and apologies were sent quickly. The unit needs a some attention with cleaning from ceiling to floor in all rooms. The floor covering is very nice. Kitchen needs some items: cookie sheets, dish towels, dish clothes, and a tall trash can.

Very Dirty

The property has lots of potential. We checked in and the room was filthy. We emailed the owner, he had the cleaning crew come back and they still didn't clean it. Half of the kitchen utensils were broken. The air system went out and we had to go with out air for 3 days. It's was obviously not working way before we checked in. We will stay at Treasure Island again but with a different owner.

We have addressed the cleaning with the people that cleaned it and apologize that they couldn't get it right for you. We are retiling the floors to update the look and have replaced furniture in the condo now. Everything should now be in good order.
