Propriétaires super gentils et compréhensifs. Des mangues et avocats en cadeau à l'arrivée dans le duplex. Logement parfait comme décrit, très propre et fonctionnel avec de magnifiques terrasses. Je recommande vivement!

Chouette appartment moderne à 2 pas de la plage!

Quel beau séjour chez Philippe et Mickaëlle! Nous avons été accueillis avec une hospitalité chaleureuse malgré notre retard, et on nous a partagé plein de recommendations intéressantes sur la Martinique. L'appartement est littéralement à un coin de rue d'une des plus belles plages, de laquelle on peut voir le rocher diamant, observer des magnifiques couchers de soleil et se baigner à toute heure! L'appartement est grand, impeccable, climatisé et comporte 2 balcons avec très jolies vues. Situé près de la boulangerie du coin, nous avons dévoré de délicieuses mangues du jardin de Philippe et Mickaëlle avec notre croissant le matin. Merci encore!

appartement agréable et parfaitement situé

L'appartement est spacieux, aéré et lumineux, dû notamment au fait qu'il donne des deux côtés de l'immeuble, avec le soleil d'un côté le matin et de l'autre le soir. Il est meublé de façon sobre et fonctionnelle. Depuis le balcon, lui-même spacieux, le regard domine les arbres d'une grande cour ouvrant vers l'océan. On entend le mouvement des vagues et le chant des oiseaux, les bruits de circulation, de toute façon réduite, sont entièrement estompés. Tout est à proximité, l'océan et sa plage, le marché, le centre-ville. Pour nous deux, ce fut le lieu parfait. Le lien avec nos hôtes, aimables et discrets, basé sur une confiance mutuelle, fut parfait également.

Les propriétaires sont très gentils et prennent le temps de vous accueillir ! La terrasse couverte est un point très fort de cet appartement ! L’appartement est assez spacieux pour une famille de 4 ! La proximité des commerces autour facilite beaucoup la vie ! Marché de fruits et légumes à 2 minutes à pied, boulangeries-pâtisseries à 40 secondes, bazar chinois à 28 secondes dans lequel vous trouverez tout ce dont vous n’avez pas pensé ou pour vous dépanner et supérette à 10-12 minutes ! La plage du Diamant est jolie mais très active, beaucoup de vagues ! Ne croyez pas vous y baigner calmement ! Le soir il y a des camions « foodtruck » et c’est bien agréable ! Si vous le désirer un transport en commun peut vous conduire aux plages de l’Anse d’Arlet ! L’Anse noire est un coup de cœur ! Merci

Magnifique ! Le diamant a beaucoup de charme à quelques kilomètres de la côte Caraïbes.

Appartement très bien situé, spacieux et très fonctionnel (pour une famille de 5). Mickaela et Philippe sont des proprietaires accueillants et charmants qui vous donnent de très bons conseils pour découvrir la Martinique. Nous recommandons ce logement qui a un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Propriétaires sympathiques et conciliants. Cadre simple mais bien situé pour les commerces et la plage. Appartement propre et bien équipé de l'essentiel. Terrasse couverte fort agréable pour les repas malgré le vis à vis. Idéal pour 4/5 personnes. Une berceuse à choisir pour la nuit: la clim ou les vagues et les oiseaux ! Un rayon de soleil dans notre hiver québécois !

Deux semaines merveilleuses : un appartement confortable proche de toutes les commodités (plage, marché, boulangerie, boucher, village...) avec beaucoup d’avantages (wifi, parking, lave-linge ...) et deux hôtes chaleureux et disponibles dont les explications sur les attraits touristiques de la région ont été fort appréciées.

Appartement sans prétention

l'atout de cet appartement c'est la grande terrasse ( parfait). Pour le reste....., c'est très décevant, mobilier très ordinaire, aucun charme, cuisine trop petite.. mal agencée. Très bruyant coté terrasse et aussi très bruyant coté parking. Quant à la télévision il est très difficile de suivre une émission nombreuses coupures ou images figées . A ne pas CONSEILLER.
