Apartment on the border of the 8th and 9th arrondissements (near Gare Saint-Lazare station), on the top floor of a Haussmann building (6th floor, elevator to 5th). Fully air-conditioned. Nice views on The Sacré Coeur church and Eiffel Tower ( top floor)

Calm and cozy, it is on the top floor of the building, which makes it very luminous. The building has an elevator to the 5th floor, just one floor walk to the apartment on the 6th.

There are 3 large windows in the living room, each has a small balcony; thanks to this, there is always natural light brightening up the apartment. Additionally, the windows are facing a picturesque setting with beautiful elegant buildings nearby and even the Sacre Cœur in the distance.

The living room has a 3-seater sofa as well as 2 armchairs. You can watch cable television including international channels from the living room.

The newly refurnished kitchen is facing the entrance, and is fully equipped with modern and stainless steel appliances.

It has a coffee-maker, toaster, kettle, electric stoves, microwave and all the necessary utensils you need to prepare the perfect diner.

There is also a wooden dining table with 4 chairs in the kitchen.

At the end of the kitchen you have the corridor, with the two bedrooms on the right and the two bathrooms on the left.

The first bedroom has a king size bed or two single beds, the second one has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a window with a small balcony.

The first bathroom has a shower and a toilet while the second one has a washing machine and a dryer in addition of the bathtub and the toilet.

The top-floor views are truly splendid.

Bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels and kitchen utensils and appliances are provided. Wifi, phone, and cable TV are also free of any additional charge.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

We offer:

a personal check-in service on arrival;
a manual with basic information about the apartment's facilities
A neighborhood guide to help you get to know the area better;
Maintenance service throughout your stay;

Cleaning at the end of your stay with organic cleaning products.
A civil liability and rental risks insurance.

A rental contract to be signed electronically will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation.

Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.

Bel appartement situé tout près de la Gare St-Lazare, des lignes de métro, des galeries Lafayette, du Printemps et de l’Opera Garnier. Le lieu est propre, lumineux, bien équipé et calme (immeuble de bureaux qui ne compte que 2 appartements). Les deux chambres sont munies de lits très confortables (un grand lit dans une et deux lits jumeaux dans l’autre). Il y a deux salles de bain modernes : une avec une vraie douche et l’autre avec un bain et douchette (on aurait aimé que ce bain permette aussi de prendre une douche, avec un support et rideau). L’ascenseur était en panne le jour de notre arrivée : il a fallu monter les escaliers avec nos valises jusqu’au 6e étage… Cependant, le locateur a fait venir un technicien le jour même et le problème a été résolu. Bon contact avec le locateur; service rapide et courtois. Je le relouerais de nouveau!

The area was great-central location, walking distance to many attractions for a fit person. I was a little Leary of the fact that we were on an upper floor, and there was no fire escape-but I don't think many of the older buildings have fire escapes. I think our Canadian regulations are more strict than Paris. There could have been more towels, and the living room couch and chairs could use an upgrade-perhaps with a material that could just be wiped down. The balconies (5) weren't somewhere to sit-but great views from the windows, and lots of fresh air high above any street noise. There was good building security, and the place was so quiet we seldom seen anyone.

Our family of four stayed in this apartment for a week. The apartment is lovely, with 5 small balconies! In one direction, you can see Sacre Coeur and in another direction, you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower. It is in a busy area, on a busy street, but since the apartment is on the top floor, it was very quiet and we were never bothered by outside noise. (I am a light sleeper, too.) It had everything we needed to be comfortable all week, with a well-equiped kitchen and plenty of storage for pur things. The host greeted us when we got there and he was friendly and helpful. Overall, i would recommend.

Paris Trip

We enjoyed our stay. They accommodated our early check in. The location was great, close to the metro and easy to get around. We were thankful for the air conditioning as it was warm during our stay. The views of the Eiffel Tower sparkling at night from the balcony were amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Experience near Opera

The apartment was great! We had four adults and the two bed, two bath setup worked out very well. The Glamaparis process is very easy to use and everyone (and I mean everyone) at Glamaparis was great to work with. They are very nice people that are committed to service and quality.The apartment is very light, bright and airy. There is enough room in the living room for four people to sit comfortably and relax after a day of exploring the city. You can open three large windows with small balconies just in the main room and each bedroom had double doors and small balconies. All the windows had good views. You can see the very top of the Eiffel Tower from four of the windows and Sacre Coer from the other two! The elevator is very convenient. The apartment and neighborhood were quiet at night and good for sleeping. The kitchen was well appointed for basics. We did not cook so cannot comment on that. Having a dishwasher and a clothes washer and separate dryer were a benefit. The apt. is located very near to the Saint Lazare metro station which made getting around the city via metro very convenient. There is great shopping nearby if that is your thing. We found several great restaurants within 8 minutes walk from the apartment. We would absolutely stay here again if we needed two bedrooms. All the Glamaparis properties we've stayed at have been great!One small improvement would be to modify the tub in the main bath to allow for a standup shower.

Great Location

We loved our stay! The location is perfect, with all the comforts of home. The charming alley next to the building offers shops, cafes, and a Monoprix. Haussmann Galeries Lafayette is just around the corner, with a great rooftop view. Across from Haussmann, next to Adidas, is a fantastic food court where we often grabbed meals, including sandwiches for our Versailles trip. We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

The apartment is exactly as described/ pictured. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s a fantastic location close to shopping and restaurants and a Metro station (line 12) right outside the door. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

As Described

This was a great apartment in the heart of Paris right next to a major metro station. It was very secure in an apparently safe neighborhood with a pharmacy and grocery and Starbucks on the same block. Air conditioning worked great. Washer and dryer very convenient. My family and I had an amazing 10 days in Paris. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Lovely apartment, great location.

The apartment was lovely, clean, and close to the train station, Gare St. Lazare. In addition to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there was a nice sitting room with nice views out the windows. The kitchen was well equipped and well organized. I cooked breakfast every day during our stay.

Very comfortable, location close to metro, opera house.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Initial concern about graffiti on the door was fixed by next day. Closest street, rue Camieu, not particularly scenic, but the apartment is close to high end shopping and the magnificent opera house. Very easy to access metro and buses to get to other areas of the city. Many nearby restaurants, many quite good. We had a wonderful stay!

Once your booking is confirmed on the HomeAway platform, we will contact you with further details regarding your check-in organization.

We suggest a private transportation company with whom we have been working for a couple years now. They will have a driver wait for you at the airport and drive you to the apartment or our office (in case the apartment is not ready). Rates can be provided upon request.

As Paris real estate professionnals since 2008, we offer to all our tenants an insurance policy covering involuntary rental risks (up to 2500€), and civil liability (mandatory in France).
Hence, we will require :
• Your passport copy ;
• Your permanent address ;
• The signing of a rental agreement between you and the owner whom we officially represent. This contract will be sent electronically in French along with the English translation.
• The signing of an inventory will also be asked upon arrival with a GLAMAPARIS agent.

It is a non-smoker apartment and pets are not allowed.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys.
This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins from 7pm, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.

Every booking with GLAMAPARIS includes liability and rental risk insurance.
We are committed to clean our apartments with organic household products.
