Appartement magnifique de 92 m2 avec une terrasse privée, en plein coeur de Paris, à 3 min à pied du métro Les halles ou Pont neuf. Petit coin de Paradis au calme en plein centre de Paris dans le 1er arrondissement.
Vous êtes à 5 min à pied du quartier latin ou du quartier de Montorgueil. A dix minutes à pied du centre Pompidou ou du musée du Louvre. 5 lignes de métro et 2 de RER passent à moins de 5min de la maison, vous pouvez traverser tout Paris avec beaucoup de facilité.
L'appartement donne uniquement sur des cours donc reste calme et paisible loin de l'agitation parisienne.Havre de paix en plein coeur de Paris. Il y a du soleil sur la terrasse de 11h à 17h si vous souhaitez déjeuner avec le bruit des oiseaux ou simplement faire une sieste après une ballade.
L'appartement est loué en entier ( entrée, salon, chambre, cuisine, terrasse, salle de douche et toilette séparé).
Il y a une chambre normale avec un lit à 2 places. Le canapé futon dans l'entrée peut être préparé en lit sur demande. Le futon se transforme en lit à 2 places mais directement sur le sol. Cela est préférable pour des enfants ou de jeunes personnes. L'installation n'est pas adaptée pour une personne âgée.

Loved the location location location! Large flat beautiful herringbone wood floors, spacious, washing machine, towel warmer, magical terrace, and plenty of space to unwind, lounge and relax! Would stay again!

We had a lovely time staying in Melodie’s flat for the week. Thankful for the elevator since the flat is on the 4th floor. The beds and linens were clean and comfy. Cute little decorative lamps and artwork made the space feel very special and a step back into time. We never turned on the television but instead talked around the table and then easily jumped outside for the sites. We had fresh croissants every morning from the boulangerie around the corner and loved having the little grocery store next door for coffee pods and treats. We hope to stay there again!

This location is absolutely perfect! We walked to the Louvre, St Chappelle, Notre Dame, the Concierge, The Marche de'Emphants Rouges, Musee d L'Orangerie, Rodin and Orsay, Musee Carnevalet and Picasso. We took the Metro everywhere else mostly using the Chatelet stop. Just outside her place to the left is an award winning Boulangerie and a little further is an award winning coffee shop9Motors Coffee) . If you keep going there is a whole area with food off of Saint Dennis. To the right of her place is shopping galore!Her bed, couch and outdoor furniture were incredibly comfortable! It was super easy getting up to her place with the elevator and we just took the stairs down. I would highly recommend this place and the host was attentive! We never needed anything. The terrace was absolutely lovely! After sightseeing and before going out for the evening we would rest up there. We saw 3 Jazz shows that were incredible! The locations were all walking distance!!!

Close to everything

I walk/hike everywhere and this apartment was perfect for that. It is close to everything! And the apartment is large, very comfortable bed, large dining table, large comfortable couch in the lovely living room. The kitchen was easy to use. The apartment has many windows and is filled with light. Loved every minute there.

Fabulous property!

Excellent stay, location is perfect! Melodie was amazing, the property is spacious and clean, the patio is an added bonus, very nice to have a morning coffee or late night nightcap. Entry is secure, everything in walking distance, including a marche right downstairs. Late night breezes through the windows was awesome, nice and bright inside, appliances are new and modern. We really enjoyed our time there. Would stay there again for sure.

Excellent location near Les Halles, short walk to Louvre, numerous restaurants, brasseries, and cafes just outside. Lovely outdoor patio with comfy furniture. Combo washer / dryer, well equipped kitchen, and fast internet. Highly recommended

Beautiful home in Halles

This place was perfect. Large, sunlit, clean, and comfortable home with everything you could ask for. Close to absolutely everything, including transit. Great restaurants and supermarket a stones throw away. Check in was super easy and hassle free. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again. Thank you Melodie!

Incredible location, spacious, and comfortable flat

You could not find a more convenient location in Paris. Conveniently located in the center of everything, yet very quiet and peaceful inside. The apartment is clean and bright. It has plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Melodie was helpful and very attentive. I would love to stay here again!

A Perfect location…yet quiet and so lovely.

My good friend and I stayed for nearly a week in this lovely apartment- Melodie was so completely responsible- made sure a good friend was available to check us on. The apartment is aesthetic and roomy with a fully functioning kitchen and adjoining terrace. We recommend it highly.

Perfect apartment

The apartment is perfect. It is large, bright, quiet and a perfect location. We walked everywhere. My husband and I stayed a week with our 18 year old granddaughter. She had a separate room which was great! If we return to Paris, we will definitely contact Melodie to stay here again

Excellent property and location

Mélodie was very helpful and made the rental process easy. She had great instructions for using the apartment (heating, washing machine, etc) and excellent recommendations for nearby resources like restaurants and shopping. The apartment is fully equipped and and in a perfect location, steps away from Châtelet Métro, Louvre, a supermarket, Eric Kayser boulangerie, Nicolas wine store, and the Louvre, and the list goes on. You couldn’t have a better host or property for your stay in Paris.

The best location

We loved our stay in the apartment. It is close to everything, restaurants shops, attractions and and Chatelet which is a great subway connection, with many lines in the heart of Paris. We have been to Paris many times and stayed all over town but we think this was the best location. The bed is very good, the apartment is spacious, the kitchen is extremely well equipped except for a microwave that is missing. The apartment is very quiet although near everything. The living room is very comfortable. Melodie was very friendly and accommodating. We hope to come back to stay here. V&J
