Mid Century Modern Gem in the Heart of Palm Springs!

This is the perfect Palm Springs getaway home. Nestled in a small complex, with views of the San Jacinto mountains, this private retreat is a 2 bedroom 2 bath mid century escape. Filled with light, the living room faces the mountains, a well stocked kitchen has everything you need to entertain. The master suite is a private haven with King size bed, and sliding glass door with a view of the mountains. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, opening up to a private patio. The front patio has a BBQ and seating area for entertaining.

Villa Riviera is a small complex with only 30 units, all very private to feel as if you are in your own oasis. As a single story development, there is nothing to block your view of the stunning San Jacinto Mountains. The beautiful grounds are lush, green and well manicured surrounding a centrally located pool and spa.

We have two bicycles for your use to cruise downtown, or explore the neighborhood.

The condo is well connected with smart tv's, wifi, cable and Apple TV.

Perfectly located near local park, swimming pool, grocery stores and local public golf courses. Nearby stores include Ralph's Grocery store, Starbuck's and Jamba Juice.

The Palm Springs Library and Mizell Senior Center is a short five minute walk and it's an easy twenty minute walk to Downtown.

We just returned from this wonderful condo in the well maintained Villa Riviera complex. The condo is very clean, spacious and well equipped. We loved the décor. The view from the patio of the San Jacinto mountains is spectacular. Restaurants and a grocery store are all within walking distance. From the time of booking to our departure everything went smoothly. We already have booked for next year! Thank you Crista for making our stay so comfortable.

Spacious mid-century modern with a view

Great period condo, beautifully decorated with lots of indoor space and two outdoor spaces, one private. Breathtaking view from front patio. Beautiful art. Very well-equipped kitchen. Proactive owner. Responsive property manager. A gem. Looking forward to staying again.

This place has a central location with a view to the mountains from the front patio. The manager/owner was helpful in showing property on arrival. The overall cleanliness and condition did not meet expectations. I had an issue with cockroaches and a neighbor whose yelling could be heard from the bedroom at night.

We had a wonderful stay! Ric, the manager was attentive and responsive. The complex has a sense of community, welcoming to outside renters. Crista, the owner was delightful to deal with as well. Will definitely try to rent again!!

Favorite Palm Springs Getaway

This Villa Riveria condo has the best location in Palm Springs besides having a gorgeous view of the mountains from the patio. The owner responds immediately with our questions. Highly recommended condo - will be back again and again.

Million Dollar View!

I had a wonderful relaxing time at the Villa Riviera, unit #14. When you have morning coffee on the front patio, you feel like you are nestled right next to the San Jancito mountains, and in fact you are. Such a great view. The unit is very spacious and well stocked with all the necessary supplies. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful spot! Can’t say enough good things about our stay here. Location is perfect! Walk to downtown PS. Walk to a very nice fitness center. The owners have thought of everything. There was not anything we wished we had but couldn’t find. The grounds are so beautiful and well maintained. We will most certainly be back!

beyond my expectations...great location...grounds are impeccable. the condo was spectacular.... amazing century modern -great furnishings, incredibly comfortable. very user friendly - everything you need without being tech intensive. quiet and alot of privacy. i wish i lived here.
