Maison de vacances idéalement située à 200m de la plage de la grande conche Séjour conforme à nos attentes. Merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont bien accueilli. Amelioration possible avec un fond de placard d’épicerie (sel, poivre, huile, vinaige…).

Maison accueillante et chaleureuse

Ma famille et moi avons passé 7 jours dans cette maison. Nous avons fortement apprécié sa proximité avec la plage, sa grandeur, ses différents équipements, ... Cette maison, décorée avec goût, est très chaleureuse. La propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante ! Si vous cherchez un endroit où passer vos vacances, n'hésitez pas ! ;)

Location super et conforme au descriptif.Nous étions 9 et nous avons vraiment passé 15 jours très agréables. La maison est très bien située tout peut se faire à pied .La propriétaire est sympathique et arrangeante pour l'heure d'arrivée. Je recommande vivement cette location pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis

Superbe et très agréable maison

Superbe maison, complètement refaite à neuf et avec goût, permettant de loger nombreux dans le plus grand confort. A 2mn de la plage, mais au calme à l'écart du boulevard. Grande terrasse très agréable. Cuisine bien équipée. Commerces à proximité. Aire de jeux pour enfants juste à côté. Propriétaire charmante, disponible et arrangeante sur les horaires de départ / arrivée. Cela fait 2 ans de suite que j'y séjourne une semaine et j'espère y retourner ! Seul bémol, l'absence de connexion internet, mais après tout c'est peut-être un bienfait car cela permet vraiment de déconnecter...

Maison très confortable idéalement située

Nous avons loué cette maison deux semaines au mois d'août en 2013 et 2014 avec nos trois enfants. Elle est idéalement située car tout peut se faire à pied (plage et club de plage, commerces, port, parc avec jeux pour enfants). La maison est très spacieuse, la décoration soignée et l'intérieur impeccable (comme neuf). De plus, l'accueil des propriétaires est très sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement cette excellente adresse pour passer des vacances familiales à Royan.
