About this property

Air-conditioned villa in residence with swimming pool and tennis court

Villa is located in a small complex of cascading houses, ideally nested on a quiet hill east of Cassis. It has direct and exceptional views of the Mediterranean, the famous 'Calanques', as well as local vineyards. The secured residence has a large pool and a tennis court for the guests to enjoy free of charge. Great for family rentals or with friends, our comfortable guest house boasts a roman patio, a large living room with fireplace, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, and 3 bedrooms including a parental suite. Outside, a fully equipped terrace (table chairs and barbecue) overlooks a private garden that leads directly to the pool and tennis court.

You can easily walk from the house to the center of Cassis and the near by beaches. You're also at the foot of the 'Route des Crêtes' scenic route, a beautiful drive to La Ciotat, St Cyr sur Mer or renowned wine village Bandol...

Très belle location, proche du cap Canaille et du centre de Cassis

Rien à redire, la maison est bien équipée, spatieuse, la terrasse est incroyable avec une vue sur la mer et les falaises (couchers de soleil!). Proche des itinéraires randos calanque, en 5 min en voiture dans le centre de Cassis. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire.

Reihenhaus in Cassis

Reihenhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Anlage mit ca 25 Min zu Fuß in das Zentrum von Cassis. Gemeinschaftspool war soweit ok, leider fehlten Sonnenschirme und ausreichend Liegen. Unterkunft war optimal um Susflüge zu machen. Reihenhaus hatte tolle Aussicht auf Cassis und einen Seitenblick auf das Meer.

Superbe séjour

Emplacement de rêve, au calme avec une belle piscine dans la résidence. Villa très confortable et bien équipée…. La terrasse d’où l’on voit la mer est un must ! Excellent accueil par la propriétaire avec plein de recommandations sur Cassis.

Great views & community pool

I dropped this rating a couple of stars due to a couple of key issues we had with our stay. The most important is there is not a washing machine in the unit and there is not even laundry facilities in the complex, you have to go into town. The second key issue was with the access codes to the community, we never got them to work, however fortunately a friendly neighbor showed us a hack to get in the pedestrian gate. This is a place that you probably would want to have a vehicle. It is a ways from town, there is a bit that has a pretty steep grade and with heat it was quite a hike with groceries.

Wunderschönes sauberes Ferienhaus in Meernähe, bestens eingerichtet mit Terrasse und kleinem Garten, Gemeinschaftspool, abgeschlossene Wohnsiedlung. Sehr ruhig gelegen, alle Einkäufe 10 Autominuten entfernt und gut erreichbar.

Very nice holiday

Extremely quiet and nice house on a high level with enough room for the whole family. Everything needed is easily found in the surounding villages and towns, by car reaching fast. Best conditions for a relaxing time out.

sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft, perfekt eingerichtet, super Meerblick

Wir fanden auch in diesem Jahr wieder alles perfekt vor, sauber und gemütlich, technisch auf neuestem Stand, hier fühlt man sich wie Zuhause. Ausstattung und Zustand exakt wie auf FeWo beschrieben. Dazu herzliche Gastgeber, die alle Wünsche erfüllen. Ausflüge in die Umgebung mit dem Auto problemlos möglich, Schöne Städte ebenso wie der nahe gelegene Nationalpark laden ein. Ein sehr gut gelegenes Haus mit bester Infrastruktur für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Fantastic view of the Calanques and the iconic Grande Candelle summit and classic Arete de Cassis climb. Great for climbers like us: inspiring and could see at once the weather conditions over the National Park. Everything in good condition in the house, except the marked lack of lights in the lower bed/bathrooms, and the humidity in those rooms. Quiet neighborhood (in April) away from Cassis city center's overwhelming week-end crowds and overflowing car parking lots.

schöne ruhige Hanglage mit Meerblick, perfekt eingerichtet, sehr sympathische Gastgeber

Ein Haus zum Entspannen, komfortabel eingerichtet, ruhig und sehr sauber, einfach perfekt. Die Raumaufteilung des Hauses eignet sich sehr gut für kleinere Gruppen oder eine Familie mit bis zu 6 Personen. Gepflegte abgeschlossene Wohnanlage mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Durch die Hanglage hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Stadt Cassis und das Meer. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind durchweg 5 Autominuten entfernt. Wanderfreudige Besucher können ihre Einkäufe auch zu Fuß erledigen. Die Anbindung des Ferienhauses an die Küste ist sehr gut, auch die großen Städte sind über die Autobahn gut erreichbar. Die sehr sympathischen Gastgeber haben im Vorfeld alles perfekt organisiert, so dass man sich wie zuhause fühlt.

Schönes Reihenhaus mit guter Lage

Angenehm gestaltetes Reihenhaus mit kleinem Garten und super Aussicht für Sonnenuntergänge. Etwa 20 min zu Fuß zum Stadtzentrum, von wo aus die Calanques per Boot oder zu Fuß besichtigt werden können. Sauberes Haus, etwas lauter Wasserboiler oder Wasserpumpe in der Nacht. Die Küche ist klein, jedoch vollumfänglich ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmaschine. Der Pool wird mit anderen Bewohnern der Anlage geteilt, etwas starker Chlorgeruch fällt auf. Die Vermieterin ist sehr kommunikativ und wissbegierig, hat gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und sorgt sich sehr um ihr Haus. Ein Staubsauger zur Beseitigung von Sand wäre sinnvoll. Alles in Allem vor allem für Familien oder Pärchen zu empfehlen, die eine erholsame Zeit im wunderschönen Cassis verbringen wollen.

gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in gepflegter Anlage mit Panoramablick auf Berge und Meer

Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Terrasse, auf der meist eine leichte Brise weht, bietet viel Platz, wünschenswert wäre hier noch ein dritter Liegestuhl gewesen. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen überdachten Sitzplatz mit einem großen Gasgrill. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind individuell, die Betten bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, so dass unser Hund auch seinen Freiraum hatte. Der Pool liegt fußläufig nur zwei Minuten entfernt, wir haben ihn intensiv genutzt, zumal die Strände von Cassis eher übersichtlich sind. Alles in allem eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft in einer ruhigen, privaten Anlage, direkt an der Route des Crêtes gelegen, eine traumhafte Strecke nach La Ciotat, die unbedingt lohnenswert ist. Der Fußweg nach Cassis ist nicht gerade einladend, aber in der Hochsaison sicher eine Alternative zu langem Parkplatzsuchen im Ort, vor allem an den Markttagen Mittwoch und Freitag. Tagesausflüge nach Marseille und nach Aix en Provence, sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und schnell und problemlos zu erreichen. Wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder.
