RIGHT NEXT TO very active RAILROAD TRACKS. First thing we saw in the very spare bathroom: ear plugs!! We only stayed 45 minutes and 3 trains went by. Address is incorrect [not Viale Michelangelo 142 but 140] we drove around 4 times and our GPS could not find it. I message the property (no answer). So I called, and the guy told me to type 140 and we finally found it]. The place was horrible; parking was not secure and the area was very sketchy. Elevator stunk, it was difficult to figure out which was the room because it is somebody's apartment so their last name was by the entrance. Room was cheap and not at all as described. "large kitchen, fully equipped" what a joke!! But wait, there's more!!! The air conditioner did NOT work. This room is in an apartment building called Residence LeCorniole and we were told (rudely by front desk guy) that the owner of the building DOES NOT ALLOW the A/C to be turned-on until summer, when it was hot, and "today is not hot" I told the guy at the front desk that I was not happy and he said he just worked there, it was not his issue. This place is BEYOND BASIC!! It was so awful we just could not see ourselves staying, so WE LEFT and booked another hotel in Perugia. Because of them, we never saw Arezzo and paid for another hotel for the night. I have an invoice from hotel inPerugia can provide as proof. I want my money back!!! VRBO should screen these properties better -- it is NOT at all as described. DO NOT STAY HERE
