We have been renting the villa for 20 years and this is the first two star review. The only thing we share is the fact of noise. Noises due to a big problem with the neighbor who, rudely, intervened without informing us and did not suspend the work despite our reminders. As for the other complaints: 1) two broken sunbeds: there were two defects that were not visible and in any case they were replaced. 2) Power cuts: if you use: oven, washing machine, induction hob and the pool pump is running at the same time, even if you have 6.6 kw (as the villa is equipped with) it is normal for there to be problems with the circuit breaker. 3) Barbecue: it was useless to explain that it is not a charcoal barbecue equipped with a shelf to raise the grill. It is a real fireplace that can work with both wood and charcoal and it is sufficient to raise the grate, equipped with feet, with the blocks available. 4) Hydromassage tub: there is not, there has never been and above all it is not present in the villa's amenities. 5) Wi fi: Wi fi works throughout the villa, it is no coincidence that we manage the programming of the thermostat, located in the living room remotely, using the same connection. All these complaints had already been explained and resolved by Mrs. Susanna. Unfortunately, the fact that it rained the entire week certainly affected the mood but does not justify a two-star review. Patience. In any case we compensated part of the stay. The only positive note is that it was impossible not to point out that the villa was spacious, clean, with a beautiful, large swimming pool, and that the welcome was excellent.
