Cette NOUVELLE villa de luxe de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains se trouve dans un cadre calme à seulement 35 mètres de la plage et de la piscine privée à débordement avec vue magique sur la mer.


Vivez des moments de bonheur et de détente inoubliables: jardin clos privatif partout avec, arbres, arbustes et fleurs. La piscine à débordement est de 32m2 (1,50m de profondeur) et elle est entourée d'herbe et offre une vue mer à débordement. Il y a aussi une piscine pour enfants. Séparer les bains de soleil, se détendre et manger. Chaises longues, canapés et autres sièges décontractés de haute qualité.
Le logement est sur 2 niveaux: le rez-de-chaussée dispose d'un spacieux salon ouvert avec cheminée, canapés confortables, t satellite. V., musique / radio, 1 salle à manger pour 6- 8 personnes, 1 w séparé. C. Et cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur / congélateur, four / plaque de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire et cafetière expresso / filtre.
La première chambre principale a un lit double et luxueuse salle de bain avec baignoire, w. c. La chambre a du verre avec de belles vues sur la mer et à la piscine.
La deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux (convertibles en lit king). Vue imprenable sur la mer et les montagnes à travers les portes coulissantes en verre sur la terrasse couverte et la piscine.
Au premier étage, il y a la troisième chambre. La chambre principale a un lit double et une salle de bain luxueuse avec douche, wc et lavabo. La chambre a une porte vitrée sur un grand balcon couvert avec une superbe vue mer et montagne et sur la piscine.

The location of this property is perfect - there are a few restaurants within walking distance and the beach is just moments away. A bakery van comes most mornings.Ria, our host, was very friendly - and she gave us lots of advice and tips. She was always contactable easily.The villa has everything you could possibly need.

I’ll start by saying the villa is fantastic with a full kitchen. Lots of plates, cups, cooking utensils etc. Everything including the pool area was spotless. The area is not loud, it’s a peaceful area.I have travelled a lot and used VRBO and other sites over many years and Ria the host was outstanding from booking to greeting us to when we left. I have to give big shout out for her help and assistance.Some lovely restaurants in very easy walking distance .If you don’t have a car then to get into the nearest town of Kissamos cost 10 by taxi . From the airport to villa 120 and return to airport 75. Again the host was most helpful.Loved it and would go back again most definitely .Thank you

Visit to Crete

My husband and my adult three daughters traveled to visit the island of Crete. We decided to stay on the western side of the island first, and were fortunate enough to have found the Villa Posidonia. Our host Ria was very kind and left us some very nice local treats. The villa was immaculately clean. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We traveled to the Samaria Gorge. Multiple beaches as well as taking advantage of our beach right near the house. You can walk to two fabulous little taverns to get wonderful meals. There are also many wonderful restaurants nearby. We are hoping to make it back to the same spot in the future. You would not be disappointed. The views from the balcony are beautiful.

Peaceful holiday

This villa is wonderful. It has everything you need & is very clean & comfortable. There are tavernas nearby you can walk to and many more nearby within a ten min drive. The owner, Ria, made us very welcome and was on hand to answer questions/advise. We would love to go back sometime.

Country idyll by the sea’s edge

Lovely, traditionally built stone villa with every comfort and right by the sea. We had a perfectly relaxing holiday, a wonderful combination of the charms of the countryside and the pleasures of the sea. Excellent restaurants a few yards down the lane, and more in Kissamos a 5 minute drive away. Thanks to Ria for her baked treats and all her hospitality.

Stunning home away from home

This property really is as gorgeous as the pictures on the site. Our entire crew went wow when we walked in the gate. It is spacious full of light and plenty of room for everyone to have their space. You have a lovely view of the sea, even though the is 1 home between you and the sea. The cafe and tavern down the street are delightful. The beach is rocky, yet 5 feet out the sea floor is sandy.

A small piece of paradise

We were drawn to the villa by the photos and the view from the balcony and this did not disappoint. Also Ria was fantastic at communication and the property had many 5* reviews . We were delighted that the three local tavernas were so wonderful - each unique and very welcoming . The bread van was a highlight for us and something we were looking forward to . Nicholas was just wonderful and his bread , pizzas and donuts were delicious . We visited local villages and beaches (Elafonisi and Falassarna) getting up early to beat the crowds ; but we were always pleased to be back at the villa to our favourite beach ! Finally a big thank you to Ria who was fantastic in her communication and welcome . She was so accommodating offering us the villa slightly earlier as it was available on arrival . This made a big difference to us as we so happy to get to the villa and relax . The villa has been beautifully designed and everything has been thought of with great attention to detail . Thank you also to Ria for the delicious desserts she so kindly bought for us .We are fortunate to travel often but have never been so relaxed and happy . We will return .

Pamper Yourself at this amazing Villa

This property has all the high-end amenities you could ask for while away from home and is conveniently located between Chania and Kissamos. You'll also be pampered with the daily delivery of fresh pastries/baked good by the local bakery (the "bread man") just outside the driveway of the property - we enjoyed having a fresh pastry while sipping our morning coffee poolside! The hostess provided excellent restaurant and local site recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. . . .my only regret was that we didn't stay longer! You will not be disappointed!!!

Fabulous

My husband and I stayed at the beautiful Villa Posidonia last week and had a fabulous 5 day stay. The traditional stone built villa is perfect, great location, spotlessly clean and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Set a few meters back from the beach it has amazing views of the sea and mountains and has a totally private garden with a beautiful pool, its quiet, relaxing and has the sun all day. Ria the host is so kind and helpful and made us feel extremely welcome when we arrived and had even provided provisions such as milk, fruit, orange juice and of course Raki (an acquired taste but is the local drink in Crete) for our arrival. Ria also baked for us during our stay...... we felt very spoilt. We both loved Crete and will definitely return again to stay in this wonderful villa. It was like staying with a friend, thank you Ria xx

Stunning Villa Peaceful Location

We would highly recommend this villa and Nopigia as a perfect holiday destination . Ria and her daughter are wonderful hosts. A modern villa with charm and all the luxury facilities you need within metres of the beach and local restaurants. The photos are a true reflection of the actual villa itself. It’s the extra special touches that raise this villa head and shoulders above others. A generous welcome pack with fresh fruit, fridge items,local toiletries and cleaning products. A baker than delivers hot fresh bread and pastries every morning, 4 restaurants within walking distance serving home made food and freshly caught fish. A sand/pebble beach within metres, coves with large pebbles and rocks 10 minutes walk away and Balos beach and Falasarna easy to drive to, or go by ferry. The setting is very peaceful,listen to the waves and watch the sunsets from your pool or balcony in total comfort. Thankyou Ria

Paradise

My husband, 19 and 17 year old sons and I stayed for 13 peaceful nights in Villa Posidonia. Our parents are from Greece and we have visited Crete many times. This was our favorite stay yet! We loved sitting on the balcony with our wine listening & looking at the sea, sitting by the pool every morning with our coffee, tiropitas & bougastas from Nectatrios the baker. We loved every meal at the taverns on our street (Porfira was our fave-Vangelis & Stella were wonderful) and the beach steps away. Ria, our hostess, was absolute sunshine. We needed to rest and recharge and that we did. I would say it's more for our age group because our older teens wanted the night life of Chania from past trips. If you have a car, Chania is only thirty minutes away. But for us, it was absolutely what we hoped for. We walked everyday, swam, ate, talked with warm people in the village, went to Kissamos each day for an outing (lots of great coffee shops and taverns there as well, great little shops, wonderful people). My husband and one son would jog and come across great little cafes. I can't say enough good things. The house was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, bathrooms clean and comfortable, we could use the washing machine easily, we loved the outdoor seating on the balcony, on the patio covered in front and the lounges at the pool. We're dreaming of going back already. A heartfelt thank you to Ria and everyone we met there for making us feel so welcome, true filotimos and agape.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time here. Location is great for having a quiet time while being just 10 minutes away from night life and action. The description and pictures are 100% accurate. The beach is pretty much in front of the house, we could see and hear it from the upper level and outside on the ground level, just as promised. The water in the sea was super clean and clear, very calm and quiet in the mornings, with nice breeze in the evenings. The pool is good to have during the hottest time of the day. The grounds and house itself are very well maintained and comfortable, with twice weekly cleaning and change of linens. Enough space in the living room or on the patio to get together (there were 6 of us) but also providing place for everyone to have some alone time. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you want to cook some meals yourself. Ria is an amazing host. Warm and welcoming, discreet and considerate. She helped with provisioning for the first day and brought some treats and gifts during our stay, which was an appreciated nice gesture. We stayed for two weeks and didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend!

Incredible holiday!

We loved our stay at the villa, it really is as beautiful as the photos. Ria is a lovely host and so helpful while not being at all intrusive. Location is good, straightforward from airport and good for exploring north west area. Would recommend a car. We loved Crete in April, the beaches were beautiful and quiet. We loved Falassarna which was just under half an hour away with parking nearby. Elafonissi was about 50 mins away, well worth the drive, beautiful sand and clear water. Balos beach is stunning and quite an adventure to get to. The last 7km road is a bumpy dirt track which takes a while and then it is quite a trek down, our 5 year old was ok but we did walk back up late in the day so not too hot - the views are amazing though and it’s definitely worth the effort. In summer it would be hot and I would do the boat trip instead, these were not on in April. We also went to the botanical garden which was lovely and had a beautiful hill top restaurant. We loved our holiday and would definitely return, Crete was really beautiful in April we were lucky with temp 21-25c perfect for us we stayed 7 night and would have loved a few more! Thank you Ria :)

Ruhig gelegenes, geräumiges Haus. Beste Aussicht von der großen Terrasse im Obergeschoss. Der Pool gefiel uns richtig gut, mit kleinem Kleinkindbereich. Zwei ruhige, schön gelegene Restaurants 250 Schritte entfernt. Gute Badenöglichkeiten im Meer. Kissamos etwa vier Kilometer westlich mit Läden, von dort, wer mag, weiter zum außergewöhnlich schönen Balosstrand. Super Kommunikation mit der netten Vermieterin. Reinigung zuverlässig und gut. Ein paar Küchenlappen wären hilfreich.

Schönes Haus direkt am Meer

Die Villa Posidonia ist ein schönes Ferienhaus, elegant eingerichtet, sauber, gepflegt und nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Außerdem hat sie uns kleine Geschenke vorbeigebracht. Schön wären etwas breitere und bequemere Betten. Vor allem das Bad im Erdgeschoss ist leider winzig. Für bis zu vier Personen ist das Haus bedingungslos zu empfehlen, darüber hinaus könnte es eng werden.

Das Haus liegt in 2ter Reihe zum Strand, aber man hat trotzdem einen direkten Blick auf das Meer. Die Ausstattung ist top und die Vermieterin hatte frische Blumen, Öl, Saft, Wasser, Früchte und Honig als Willkommensgruß. Es ist wirklich ein Traumhaus! Man ist nah am nächsten Ort mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants sowie dem supertollen Strand Falassarna. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Toöles Haus in bester Lage und sehr freundliche Vermieterin

Das Haus liegt fast direkt am Strand, der Blick ist fantastisch. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr stilvoll er- und eingerichtet, der Pool ist traumhaft, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, einfach herrlich zum Erholen. Die Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan ist super nett, schaut immer wieder vorbei und hilft wenn etwas fehlt und bringt sogar mal was Selbstgebackenes vorbei. TOLL!

Wunderschönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus mit viel Flair gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann sich dort wunderbar erholen, es ist aber auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Der Pool ist schön groß, sehr sauber und wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, so dass wir das Haus, den Garten und den Pool ausgiebig genießen konnten. Wir haben die Abende auf der gemütlichen Terrasse ausklingen lassen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und das Haus wurde zweimal die Woche gereinigt. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen und waren sehr begeistert. Vielen Dank liebe Ria!

Beatiful house in a quite village at the sea.

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Posidonia a lot. The house is very nice, new but built in a traditional Cretan way. It has an outside pool which was the highlight for our kids. It's very close to the sea (second row of houses) and we could admire beautiful sunsets from the terrace. We highly recommend it for a family holidays.

Täuschend!!

Auf dem Bild sieht es aus als ob man vor sich nur das Meer hat. Weil nur Bilder aus einer bestimmten Perspektive gemacht worden sind. Das vor einem noch eine Straße verläuft und andere Häuser sind kann man nicht erkennen . Das Haus selber ist sehr schön und sauber . Die Vermieter sind freundlich . Insgesamt war es aber gut .

Kissamos Villa

Wonderful villa and very kind and gracious host Ria. We enjoyed our stay very much, and whilst we believed the home was 'first line's on the beach, this did not impact our stay. The beach and restaurants are a minute walk away, and all amenities of Kissamos are very close. Chania is also very accessible at about 20 minutes away.
