Bocas del Mar Rental Homes are modern & stylish single-floor bungalow villas with kitchen, part of the award-winning, high-quality Hotel Bocas del Mar development in Boca Chica, on the mainland (easy-arrive by car or optional transfer)

Property renters can use the two hotel bathing pools and gardens and have optional use of the restaurant and activity program. There is also a complimentary space to tie up your boat at the dock if needed.

The rental property is privately located, 2 minutes walk uphill above the main hotel, with its own private parking space right outside. The amazing view is complemented by bright, tasteful accommodations & furnishings.

Boca Chica is an area of outstanding natural beauty on the mainland, opposite the Gulf of Chiriqui Marine National Park & where tourism is still relatively new - about 1 hour from David, Panama's second city and its airport. There is a wide range of outdoor activities available on land or sea and it is a good touring base for inland trips to the highlands or along the Chiriqui coast, & perfect if you are home searching or working in the area. We are only 20 minutes from the Pan American Highway.

The large open-plan living area has a spacious, equipped open kitchen with breakfast bar. Relax on your comfortable sofas and look out across your private garden to the Gulf of Chiriqui islands across the Pacific. There is a master bedroom with king bed, a separate bathroom with shower. Closet/dressing space is in a separate room. There is also an extra queen bed in this dressing room for use by a third/fourth guest (medium-sized adult) (Note: we also have an equivalent bungalow with bunk bed in the dressing room instead if the other is not available, Please ask).

The beautiful suite has its own parking area and it's a quick drive down to the hotel parking lot or a 2 minute downhill walk to use the pools, restaurant/bar, tennis court or go to the spectacular dock to you boat, to take an excursion or take one of the many water taxis to visit another island, beach or the village.

Living Room:-
Large sofa, writing desk and stylish decorations and wall hangings opening onto a terrace with patio dining and lounge furniture. Satellite TV with international channels.

Leading off the living space is the master bedroom, bathroom (with shower) and the closet/dressing room for the master room (this also contains an extra queen bed for optional use by a third guest-it may be possible to have this extra bed as a bunk bed for 3rd/4th guest on long term rentals. Otherwise an extra bed can normally be added in the lounge Please inquire about these options).

Guests who prefer not to prepare their own food each day can opt for the hotel restaurant for optional breakfast, lunch, pool snacks or dinner. There is also a similiar standard restaurant in the next door property, reached by water taxi, car or a pretty steps in a woodland ravine. On the island opposite is a more informal diner/bar and in the village a simple village diner with tasty local produce. *No meals are included in the rates on this website*.

There is a small basic village store reached by watertaxi or car, a mart about 20 minutes away (but limited fresh and dairy goods) and we recommend you do the main grocery shop in David city. There is no store on site (however the international restaurant serves meals & pool snacks). No meals are included.
