Hermoso apartamento en la ubicación perfecta en Javea, a solo un camino de vuelta de la playa, bares de playa y restaurantes.

Un apartamento grande, luminoso y espacioso, que ha sido redecorado recientemente, con una gran área segura de jardín y acceso directo a las piscinas.

Equipado para vacaciones familiares o parejas. Puede dormir 4 + 2 * + cuna
A 5 minutos a pie del puerto de Jávea, restaurantes y bares de playa, a un corto trayecto en auto o a 25 minutos a pie de la playa del Arenal. 15 minutos a pie del casco antiguo.

Great stay

We really like the apartment. Fantastic patio with sun and shade all day - the pool was perfect - the apartment is all you need and tastefully decorated - location really good - close to supermarket and a short walk to the front - Kelly and Rhian were very helpful. Perfect marks from us and we would happily return in the future

Un piso ideal para pasar las vacaciones en Jávea, espacioso, bien cuidado y bien organizado, el acceso individual a la piscina y el horario de esta lo hace perfecto para los niños, sin olvidar la parrilla y la amplia terraza. Muy muy recomendable.

Great location and lovely big private terrace

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. Central location to Arenal beach, old town and Port. Loved the huge terrace with direct access to the pool. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy.

May & June in Javea 2022

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The apartment met our expectations and was perfectly placed for us to walk to the port and even the Arenal. Dealing with the booking was easy and it was helpful that there is a local agent to deal with any problems. The large outdoor terrace to the side of the property was a bonus we enjoyed every day.

Javea in February

Honestly, we would like to keep this great, fantastic, wonderfull Javea family appartement our own little secret. For us only, to treasure ;-) , but that wouldn't be fair. Comfortable, also in February when the sunny days are hot enough to enjoy the large terras all around the appartement. On one of the stretcher beds to 'tan up' a bit, a mornings coffee under the palm tree or lunch at the 6 seater garden table. Evenings are chilly but the large and comfortable living-room, nicely heated by inverter, ensures a warm spot to retreat, watch TV (UK box), roam the internet (ADSL 50mb wifi router) and share your wonderfull stay on FB/WA with envious friends and family at home. 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, both with toilets, to avoid the morningtime rushhour. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, although for us tall Dutchies 190 matresses are a bit short. But also a valid reason to cuddle-up :-) A full equipt kitchen with dishwasser (that's what holidays are for) to prepare your breakfast (and other meals). 15 min to the port on the northside and 25 min to the boulevard on the south for a nice lunch or evening dinner at one of the numerous restaurants and bistro/bars that are open all year around. Supermarkets on 5 mins, super-low (thank you!) gasoline prices for those that come by car like us. Javea we love you! But sssstttttt don't spread around I let you in on our little secret... Family visit

Wonderful spacious apartment with tons of outside space to sunbathe. Very well equipped, felt like a home with a very welcoming atmosphere. Great place for access to supermarkets, Javea Port and Arenal beach, all within an easy walk. Superb communication with Kelly. Couldn’t fault anything. Would love to stay again when we come to visit family.

Home from home experience

Lovely spacious apartment, especially the outside area & set in a well maintained attractive complex. It is in an ideal position for those who like to walk as it’s 5 to 20 mins from the Port to the old town and the Arenal beach. If you want you can hop on the train bus which runs through these areas as well for 4 euros. We have just stayed here for 4 weeks and felt very at home, it is a well equipped apartment with a lovely feeling about it. Loved it.. Would definitely love to return next year.

Great location. Wonderful wrap around terrace ten steps from the pool.

The apartment is in a great location if , like us you dont want to drive while on holiday. The port and pebble beach are a few minutes walk away. We took a taxi , for around 5 euros up to the old town then walked back. There are numerous supermarkets within walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious and was cool inside (early June) Outside the garden furniture is perfect for lounging either in the shade of the palm tree or in full sun which is around the rear terrace all day. We enjoyed yet another lovely holiday in Javea and hope to be back. Thanks to Kelly the owner and Rhian the agent for helping us to settle in and for the welcome pack of food and drink. Much appreciated. We enjoyed another lovely holiday in Javea relaxing and soaking up the sun and hope to come back.

A lovely, well kept apartment close to the beach.

A really lovely apartment with spacious bedrooms and living room. The apartment is nicely decorated throughout, very clean and well equipped throughout (in the kitchen, baby equipment, beach toys/chairs etc). The outside space was great for the kids and we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the private patio, which we made good use of during our stay. It is a five minute walk to the nearest (stony) beach, 6-7 minutes to the port (with bars and restaurants) and a brisk 20 minute walk to the Arenal (sandy beach), which is very family friendly with lots of bars and restaurants close to the beach, where the children can play safely while mum and dad watch from a nearby restaurant! Kelly was very helpful answering questions before we arrived and also during our stay. The provisions supplied in the kitchen upon arrival was a nice, welcoming touch. I would recommend this apartment, and we would definitely consider rebooking with Kelly.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Just returned from Javea. Have been numerous times before and stayed in several different locations. This apartment was lovely and situated in a great location between the port and the Arenal beach. Very close to all amenities and only 100 yards from the seafront. Nicely furnished apartment with patio and sun terrace. Direct pool access via private gate with lovely pool area and gardens. Great communication from owners and highly recommended.

My parents have owned the apartment since it was built, we have recently taken it over and redecorated this year. My name is Kelly, I have 2 children, Rose and Mally. We also have 2 dogs Tinker and Ace. We live in Bucks and I spend most of my time running my business, running around after children and walking dogs!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We fell in love with Javea the first time we went to visit my parents place. That was before children and we loved all the bars and restaurants and the cool Ibiza vibe in some of the bars / beach club. Once we had the children we couldn't wait to take them there as it is so easy to walk everywhere, all the restaurants make children and buggies welcome and we all get to have a great holiday. The apartment is in an excellent location near the beaches, the port and even the Old Town is only 15 mins walk away. We love that we now have the opportunity to make Javea part of our children's childhood memories.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The outdoor space is great, the kids scooter around it and have space to run, but nice and safely away from the pool which is gated direct from our garden, which then makes its easy to pull the loungers straight out to the pool too. I can sit on the Terrace and watch them play in the pool from the comfort of our own veranda.

The other people using the pool are always so friendly, often spanish, although a lot of the time we have the pool all to ourselves.
