Lovely little house for rent, completely renovated in 2017 in the chic ethnic style, Casita Javea is located in the seaside resort of Javea. Located in a green urbanization, quiet and secure, you will feel at home. The Javea (El Arenal) sandy beach is just 500 meters away and can be reached on foot. Close to the Casita you can enjoy the restaurants, bars, shops of Javea, as well as a supermarket located 200 meters.

With all the necessary comforts, the house has a private pool, a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and plancha, a naya (covered terrace), a fully equipped kitchen, all small appliances and a parking space. Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, the Casita has 2 bedrooms with double bed, a shower room, a dining room and a lounge with TV and internet.

This small house has all the attractions of a villa with the advantage of being able to enjoy the proximity of all amenities.

Lovely spacious villa in a quiet residential area but just a short walk to the beach, bars and shops.Lovely outside relaxing area with a nice pool. Get the sunshine all day long.

Beautiful Villa in a great location

The villa is in a great location, with only a 10 minute walk to the Javea Arenal, and a 2 minute walk to a local super market. The villa was extremely clean upon arrival, and the owners were easily accessible should we of had any questions. The garden area receives sun all day long so is perfect for sunbathing. The villa is in a private community and is very quiet.

Absolutely loved my stay!

I was here for 2 weeks and It was a great house. It has everything you need, all apliances and the decoration has been done with lots of taste. my kids enjoyed the pool and the beach is very close by. the owners of the property were extremelly helpful and kept communication with me when needed. I will definitely go back next year!!! thank you Genoveva for your extreme kindness!!!

Aankomst was problematisch door navigatie die andere plek aanwees. Uiteindelijk goed gekomen mbv Phil. Fijn en compleet huisje uit de jaren 70. Dankzij airco goed te verwarmen. Mooie tuinmeubelen, veel privacy en op loopafstand van gezellige boulevard, strand en dichtbij verschillende supermarkten! Wij hebben genoten ondanks tegenvallend weer.

Den koselige boligen bidrog til et avslappende og godt opphold. Huset og hagen er godt utrustet med mange gode oppholdsplasser. Boligen har en særdeles god beliggenhet med spaseravstander til butikker og restauranter.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir verbrachten 2 tolle Wochen in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Häuschen. Zu Fuß zum Strand gut machbar, Pool klein, aber ausreichend. Sehr bequeme Betten! In der Küche alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Nur die Außenbestuhlung könnte etwas bequemer sein.

Hemos pasado una semana en familia espectacular. Urbanización muy tranquila, un pequeño oasis del que disfrutar y sentirse como en casa. Ideal para ir con niños, disfrutan muchísimo de la piscina. Está muy cerca del Arenal, en apenas 10 minutos puedes llegar a pie. Nos ha encantado, repetiremos seguro.

Fijn verblijf

Wij hebben hier twee heerlijke weken beleefd. De bungalow is mooi en schoon. De bedden liggen prima en de douche is heerlijk. De bungalow is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het strand is op loopafstand en het is lekker rustig bij de bungalow. En de mensen die we hebben gesproken zijn allemaal erg aardig.

Very nice bungalow
