Welcome to Barcelona from My Space Barcelona!
This newly renovated 80 m² apartment, with a swimming pool and a community terrace on the rooftop, is fully equipped and furnished. It is located in a building with an elevator, right in the heart of Barcelona, in front of the impressive Arc de Triomf.
The apartment is situated in an excellent area, surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops. The Eixample area is well connected with metro and bus lines (Arc de Triomf), and the Born neighborhood is just a few meters away from the famous Arc de Triomf and the Ciutadella Park. The iconic Plaza Catalunya is also nearby. The Gothic Quarter is just steps away, with bars, markets, unique shops, architectural gems, and the beach is within walking distance. It’s the perfect area to enjoy the charm of Barcelona!

Initial Payment: The property manager will send you a link to make the first payment of 30% (American Express not accepted).
Remaining Payment: The remaining 70% should be paid by bank transfer before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
Deposit: A deposit will be charged by credit/debit card upon check-in. The refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Travel Cot: Price: 20 EUR/day. Availability is not guaranteed and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance.

Great Place to Stay!
A fantastic apartment for 8 people in a stunning location. Have stayed before and loved it, came back this February and will returning for a weekend in June to explore Barcelona in summer time!!!

Great location, huge apartment.
Loved this apartment! It was huge, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, one with a tub. Master bedroom was on the other side of the other two bedrooms, which was great to have some privacy. Easy check in/check out process. Lovely balcony with room to have meals outside. The location was great. Check out the dumpling shop across the street! There could have been more of the simple amenities, like paper towels and extra toilet paper. I would definitely come to stay again! Great experience!

Location is superb.
Flat is in decent condition.
Things to improve:
Check-in should be at the property, not easy for a visitor to find you on the other side of the city.
Shower head has no hook, so hangs.
Water was either lukewarm or piping hot.
Bathroom door is water damaged.

Me dejé engañar por lo lindo que se ve en las fotos la bañera con óxido ..pero resulta que me estafaron me robaron mi dinero de la fianza 400€….. es decir me hicieron. Luego de que reserves y pagues debes llamarlos y estando en el hotel antes de hacer chekin te hacen Pagar 400€ fianza un robo …y 500 de alquiler y 25€ de turista total 925 € pagué el cual la fianza de 400€ me los robaron con excusas sepan que después de que reservan te cobran aparte 425€ te han cuidado es estafa ya es hora de que paremos esto con denuncia a esta gente veo todos lo
Comentarios y no fue solo a mí denunciemos que se acabe esto.

Este apartamento es simplemente perfecto para una familia. La proximidad al centro de la ciudad y a la estación de metro hace que sea extremadamente conveniente. Además, el espacio interior está diseñado pensando en la comodidad familiar. Las habitaciones son amplias, la cocina es moderna y funcional, y la sala de estar es el lugar ideal para que todos se reúnan después de un día explorando la ciudad.

This property was great! The only downfall was having to check in at a different location. Other than that, the staff was friendly, the apartment was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool. I highly recommend it.

Nice Property in a great location - Photos are a little misleading
Great location and good checking process though you do need to travel to a different location to check in. Hosts are very responsive.
Secondary bedrooms are small with twin beds and main bedroom is almost a studio to the living room with a large sliding door. This would be an ok place to stay for a family of 4 people.
The pool and view may be in the building but not attached to the apartment.
I would have no problem staying here again but I may have chose differently knowing what I know now.
