Ce superbe appartement 1 chambre a été rénové pour une finition contemporaine. Situé dans le complexe de sands beach avec 7 piscines et sa propre plage artificielle, il y a beaucoup à faire pour les petits et les adultes. À seulement 7 minutes à pied de nombreux bars et restaurants et à 15 minutes à pied du centre de Costa Teguise, il est parfaitement situé. Sur place, il y a un supermarché avec un grand choix de tous les besoins quotidiens. Wifi et club pour enfants sur place (payant). Le wifi gratuit est disponible dans les bars Solei et Mai Tai. Discothèque pour enfants et animation tous les soirs au bar Solei. Le restaurant La hacienda (au sein du complexe) propose de superbes repas pour le petit-déjeuner et le dîner. Ce complexe est entièrement accessible en fauteuil roulant. Cet appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée et doté de rampes d'accès vous permet d'accéder à tous les espaces.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa, it is well equipped and comfortable. Nice sized patio area which gets the sun all afternoon. A filtered water tap was welcome too as saves lugging bottles of water. Highly recommend this villa and it’s on the best plaza in my opinion particularly for adults.

Loved it!

Lovely apartment, clean, great location. Communication with the owner was great, we were able to leave our bags at the apartment earlier than check in time which was very helpful as we had an early morning flight. We had a great week and would definitely book again.

Lovely and clean beds comfortable and air on in both rooms facilities good , only had a small hiccup when we got there as couldn’t find the correct correspondence from vbo emails but called dave and he gave us directions , I think the address needs to be clearer and it said number 18 when I fact it’s number 12 , but dave was excellent and gave us us the correct information.

Great Family Holiday

Property is located at the Sands Beach Resort in the beautiful Costa Teguise, a short 15/20 min drive from the airport. The refurbished bungalow is very clean and tidy and part of a very family friendly, safe, 7 pool plaza complex including a private beach. The charming old square in the centre of Costa Teguise is a short and enjoyable walk away, where there is large and varied selection of restaurants and shops.

Long weekend in the sun very quiet complex of not somewhat dated It’s about 15- 20 min walk to the square , But plenty of bars restaurants along the way

The hotel itself in our opinion is one of the best in Costa Teguise and the staff are very helpful.The apartment has everything you need for self catering and is very spacious.We also had great communication with the owner before and during the stay.Would highly recommend this apartment for couples or family alike.

Idyllic winter sun break

Perfectly situated apartment. Set within a large complex but this apartment is in a quiet spot. Swimming pool right in front of the property which I loved. Easy access to the town of Teguise. Lovely coastal walk right on your doorstep. Had a superb ten days here. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to come back again.

I've stayed at Sands Resort 3 times and this was by far the best experience. The villa has everything for cooking and is super clean. The TV had English chaneels fir those of you to watch your soaps :) Lovely shower with plenty hot water. Dave the owner was there to greet us-lovely chappie thank you Dave

Great location very poor cleaning

We stayed in this apartment at Easter. Arrived in the middle of the night after long flight delays. Apartment location excellent, communication with the owner also excellent, apartment was well fitted and had all we needed for a comfortable week. The apartment was “cleaned” to a very low standard. Floors were still dirty, toilet dirty. Worst of all there was make up still in the pillow cases of the fold up bed and blood on the sheet. Bed linen clearly hadn’t been changed. Got into the shower and there was a ladies used disposable razor and deodorant still in shower. Hairs loose on the shelf that they were in. Absolutely disgusting. In the fridge there was a half used carton of milk and butter. There was no welcome pack as promised. On the morning of departure at 9.50 Sue and her husband walked straight into the apartment despite me still packing, started shouting “get out, the boss Dave has just landed, he’s picking up his rental and will be here any second, he has red hair” she wouldn’t allow me to get my stuff without her there and started stripping beds while her husband stood watching myself and my child try grab our bits. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Dave, some advice, get rid of Sue she’s neither cleaning or managing your property adequately.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We have been to sands beach 4 times prior to purchasing our apartment in July 2016 , and always find new things to do in Lanzarote. With a young child we find this complex ideal with a kids club during the day and mini disco and kid entertainment at night. With the option of 7 pools and lagoon there is always sun beds available. With short distance to many bars and restaurants good dining is a holiday essential.

With this apartment on ground level and only meters from the pool it's perfectly situated. while sitting on the patio full view of the litttle one playing at the pools makes us feel safe.
