Tavira central town house

Excellent old town centre location which is great for easy access to restaurants, bars, ferry and supermarkets. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting/dining area.We really appreciated the wood burner which quickly heated up the house.

Fabulous stay!

Casa Poeta is a delightful clean, quiet, comfortable spot in a great location within walking distance of the river, cafes and more! The house is artistic and the kitchen is azingly well-provosioned. The hosts were extremely responsive, communicative and so pleasant. We hope to be back soon.

Unterkunft sehr enttäuschend

Leider waren wir von der Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht. Die Terrasse konnten wir nicht nutzen, da die Verkehrsgeräusche zu massiv waren und war wir davon ausgegangen waren, dass die Terrasse nach hinten zeigen würde. U.a. gab ein großes Ameisenproblem bis in die Spülmaschine obwohl diese geschlossen war. Wir haben Köder gekauft und diese vor der Eingangstür platziert. Die Türe, hinter der sich der Mülleimer verbarg konnte nicht geschlossen werden aufgrund des defekten Scharniers. Der Ventilator, der zur Kühlung benötigt wurde, war extrem verstaubt. Es gab kein deutsches TV-Programm. Die Dunstabzugshaube funktionierte nicht. Die Steckdosen auf dieser Wand funktionierten alle nicht. Von den 4 Lampen in der Küchenzeile funktionierten nur 2.Highlight war der neue Kühlschrank. Dort kamen die Ameisen nicht hinein. Das Schlafzimmer hatte ein Klimaanlage. Diese funktionierte, müsste aber auch dringend gereinigt werden. Alles in allem hat das Haus die besten Tage hinter sich Die Hauseingangstür ließ sich nur unter hohem Kraftaufwand verschließen. Der Staubsaugerbeutel war mehr als voll und die kleine Stereoanlage war nicht angeschlossen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren i.O. Badezimmer auch ok. Transfer durch Agentur veranlasst hat auch gut geklappt.

Superbe séjour à Tavira et hébergement au top !

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Le lieu est vraiment magique et la propriété idéale : super déco, une cuisine très bien équipée et conviviale, des livres jusqu’au chapeau de paille il ne manque rien ! Situation parfaite, proche de toutes les commodités. Le restaurant typique d’en face est à découvrir absolument. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay very much and felt right at home. The house is located in the centre of town and there is easy access to cafes, restaurants and shops and supermarket. Emma was very helpful. We hope to come back again.

A great choice

We spent two wonderful weeks at this property. The house is full of character, very clean and close to the town centre. Extremely well equipped, had everything for cooking, washing up, etc. The internet connection was very fast - which was crucial for us as we had to work remotely from the house. We would only suggest that an aircon is installed in the living room. The bedrooms have aircon but the living room downstairs can get quite hot. They did bring a fan to improve the situation there. Communication was excellent. Strongly recommend this property.

We loved Casa Poeta!

This is a very comfortable, well-equipped and PRIVATE house conveniently located close to many restaurants, a small supermarket, the Roman Bridge and the ferry to Ilha de Tavira. Free street parking was abundantly available in March. Emma and Violeta at Casa Servico are wonderful property managers who go well beyond the call of duty to assist their guests. We were in Tavira during the early stages of the COVID 19 pandemic and Emma could not have been more accommodating and helpful. She made a difficult situation far more bearable for us. We hope to return to Tavira and would definitely stay at Casa Poeta again.

Herbst in Tavira

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt im Oktober in der wunderschönen Casa poeta. Das hübsche Stadthaus ist sehr schön und individuell eingerichtet, man findet dort wirklich alles, was man so braucht, kann selber kochen oder im Ort wunderbar essen gehen. Wir sind in den 14 Tagen problemlos ohne Auto ausgekommen. Einkaufen kann man quasi um die Ecke im Supermarkt, oder in der etwas weiter entfernt gelegenen Markthalle. Die kleine Agentur liegt auch gleich um die Ecke und die Damen dort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder!!!

Our flight arrived early but even so Emma was at the door to welcome us, she was a font of usefull info and tips, the house was super clean and just as described upstairs the terrace was perfect for breakfast and pre dinner drinks aircon in bedrooms proved usefull all in all a wonderfull stay

Très bel appartement dans un quartier calme et très central

Apparemment très bien équipé, calme, agréable et très propre. La terrasse permet d’etre dehors et d’apprécier la lumière naturelle. Le centre est à 5 minutes à pied. Super marché à 2 minutes. Parfait pour découvrir Tavira et ses environs.

Maison cosy, emplacement idéal

Maison cosy, très agréable, vraiment idéalement située. RIEN ne manque, vaisselle et petit électro ménager (+ machines à laver la vaisselle et le linge) et linge de maison et de plage fournis... Et air conditionné dans les chambres. La petite terrasse est un atout supplémentaire. Le seul petit point faible est que seule la chambre double est dotée d'une salle de bain. Pour les occupants du "grenier" plein de charme, il faut descendre au rez-de-chaussée prendre sa douche. L'accueil d'Emma est vraiment agréable, elle fait tout pour vous rendre service et ce pendant toute la durée du séjour. Je recommande vivement la location de cette charmante maison.
