Completely renovated. Three minutes walk to the best beach in the city (the Malvarrosa) with its promenade and all kinds of the best restaurants on the beachfront with terraces for sunbathing, or dine under the moonlight, while taking a appetizer or the typical rice dishes or the classic Paella Valenciana. Supermarkets, shops, bars with lots of atmosphere. It is a fourth height, does not have an elevator, the steps are short and easy to climb.
Very well connected with the Historic Center of the City It has a bus stop at the foot of the street that communicates with any point of the City. Near the marina. Next to the City of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanographic. Possibility of traveling by bicycle (Valenbici) to walk around the city. The apartment is newly renovated. The 2 beds of 90 cm.(one under the other) are in the living room separated by decorative shelving that establishes 2 environments. It is a fourth height without elevator, short steps, easy to climb.

Wonderful stay in Valencia!

The property had all the amenities we could want plus the location is very close to the beach, great restaurants and the supermarket. The apartment is very well appointed and bright and the bed was very comfortable.

Great little flat

Great 2 bed flat, perfect location for the beach and valencia tennis academy. 40 min by bus to the city centre. All necessary stuff was in place, including a descent kitchen.

A Slice of Paradise in Valencia!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Place, and it was an absolute delight. The location was ideal, nestled in a peaceful corner of Valencia, providing a serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within easy reach of all the city's attractions. The accommodation itself was tastefully designed and impeccably clean. It was clear that the host paid great attention to creating a comfortable and inviting space. Wohnung mit Baustellenblick

Die Ferienwohnung war wie auf den Bildern angezeigt. Leider ist es für erholungssuchende Urlauber unzumutbar vom Balkon direkt auf eine Baustelle zu schauen und den Baulärm mitzuerleben. Die Arbeiten auf der Baustelle begannen um 7 Uhr und endeten gegen 18 Uhr. Der Lärm war teilweise unerträglich. Unter den jetzigen Bedingungen ist diese Wohnung für erholungssuchende Urlauber nicht geeignet!!!

A little nice trip to Valencia

Unser Aufenthalt war toll, die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da, zbWaschmaschine, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Gewürze usw. Die Wohnung ist hellhörig, aber alkes im vertretbaren Bereich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in dem Viertel. Supermarkt und Bushaltestellen in 20m Entfernung. Strand in ca 5-7min Fußweg. Valencia istxauf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert

Geeignete Unterkunft in Strandnähe, Einkaufen und Bus um die Ecke.

Wunderbare Stadt, Schöner Strand in 5 min. erreichbar, schöne, gemütliche Wohnung. Da sich die Wohnung in einem Quartierblock befindet, bekommt man das spanische Leben sehr gut mit, dh, einerseits spannend, anderseits etwas lärmig, ringhörig.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage zum Strand

Wir (Familie mit 12-jährigem Sohn und 7-jähriger Tochter) haben unseren Aufenthalt in Valencia und in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten zum Strand und hat direkt in der Straße alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Läden, Bars, ...). Die Bushaltestelle und der Taxistand sind auch direkt vor dem Haus, so dass man jederzeit problemlos in die Stadt oder zum Flughafen kommt. Unsere Zeit war sehr abwechslungsreich. Vielen Dank auch an Enrique und Mario für die gute Betreuung. Gerne wieder mal.

Ein schöner Urlaub in der Großstadt und am Meer!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Valencia! Die Wohnung ist im maritimen Stil eingerichtet. Zum Strand sind es nicht mehr als 20 Minuten. Ein großer Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Klimaanlage haben wir aufgrund der Hitze im Hochsommer sehr geschätzt. Gleich in der Nähe ist auch eine Bushaltestelle. Von hier aus kommt man bequem und preiswert an jede Stelle in Valencia. Die Frau, die uns empfangen hat, konnte kein Englisch. Das war aber kein großes Problem. Mario war per WhatsApp immer ansprechbar. Er konnte uns immer weiterhelfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Wir haben eine Woche im April in der schönen Ferienwohnung von Enrique verbracht. Die Kommunikation lief von Beginn an super, sei es mit Enrique oder auch mit Mario, welcher den Check-In betreute und uns während unserer Woche immer per WhatsApp zur Verfügung stand, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genauso schön eingerichtet wie auf den Fotos. Beide Zimmer (eines mit Doppelbett, eines mit 2 Einzelbetten) hatten sehr gemütliche und bequeme Matratzen, die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und abends ließ es sich auf dem kleinen, aber feinen Balkon schön entspannen. Der große Supermarkt gegenüber (Mercadona) lässt keine Wünsche offen, in Laufweite gibt es auch noch weitere kleinere Geschäfte. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Auch eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür sowie weitere Haltestellen wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung war für uns (Familie mit 6-jährigem Sohn) perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Stadt oder eine Runde Strand. Sehr empfehlen können wir auch, sich Räder bei "Beach Bikes Valencia" auszuleihen (ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt) und Valencia mit dem Rad zu erkunden. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist vielleicht, dass die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist - man sollte nicht zu laut sein - was uns mit Kind vielleicht nicht immer gelungen ist ;-) - und bekommt gleichzeitig auch einiges von den Nachbarn mit, was uns persönlich aber nicht gestört hat. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen! :)

Schöne und saubere Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben eine Woche in der schönen und sauberen Wohnung von Enrique verbracht, er war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Man konnte jederzeit einen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hauses finden. Direkt über die Straße ist ein Supermarkt wo man alles findet was man braucht, der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Muchas Gracias Enrique :-)

Sehr nettes Check-in. Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung ok. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist und das Schlafzimmer neben dem Bad mit sehr vielen Geräuschen von Nachbarn / Wasserleitungen etc. verbunden ist. Wer einen tiefen Schlaf hat, den stört es sicherlich nicht.

Bonjour Nous n’avons pas été informés du marché local le vendredi Notre véhicule a été pris par la fourrière de Valence Nous avons dépensé presque 200€ pour récupérer notre véhicule et cela nous a pris une demie journée Le propriétaire aurait du attirer notre attention a ce sujet C’est inacceptable ! L’appartement est au 5ieme étage et il était tres bruyant en clair nous avons passé un très mauvais séjour Famille GUIRAUDOU et Famille ESPINOZA

Perdón. Me comenta Mario, la persona que te hizo el check in que si te dijo que el viernes había mercadito. Lamento que se llevara la grúa el coche. La mayoría de viajeros suelen venir en Avión y no les afecta el aparcamiento. Y siento contradecirte pero el apartamento está en un 4º piso .

El apartamento es excelente. Tido está muy limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario. Aire acondicionado. Y 2 ventiladores de techo. Muy cercano a la playa Malvarrosa,de fina arena. Maravillosa para ir con niños. Restaurantes para comer en el mismo paseo de la playa. El mercadona esta enfrente del apartamento. Mario muy amable,y si tienes alguna duda o te pasa algo,te lo soluciona enseguída. La unica pega que le pongo es el que no tiene ascensor. Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento. Super contentos. Volveremos.

Perfecta ubicación

Apartamento recién reformado y bien decorado. Cocina muy completa. Amplio y con terraza. Ubicación inmejorable. Cerca de la playa y con paradas de autobús al centro. Un Mercadona justo enfrente. Único punto desfavorable es un cuarto sin ascensor.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles was man so braucht war vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. - sehr freundlicher Vermieter - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (zum Beispiel der Supermarkt Mercadona und mehrere kleine, preiswerte Obst- und Gemüseläden) - Strand in der Nähe (ca. 5min Fußweg) mit sauberem Sandstrand; Wasser ist flach und klar - gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet

Great little Apartment for a stay at the beach.

We stayed in this apartment for 14 days and we loved it. You get your exercise climbing the stairs to this apartment that has everything you need for a beach stay. The grocery store is right across the street and the beach is 3 blocks. There is a bus stop into the city around the corner too. We will stay here again. I
