Children: We do not allow children under the age of 5 in this unit.

Pets: Although we love pets we are not able to accommodate requests to have an animal stay.

Complimentary mid-stay cleaning/freshen up offered on stays of 9 nights or longer - *subject to availability.

Modern and comfortable - 1000 sq foot, 2 bedroom condo. A fully equipped kitchen with a large double farm sink, over the range microwave & gas stove for when you want to cook, otherwise, you are a 5 minute walk to restaurants. Comfortable sofas for lounging, queen bed with high quality, high thread count bedding. WIFI enabled & TV with Netflix, we do not have cable.

The lay out of this unit is great as the living section and sleeping sections are well separated. We have a nice covered patio for morning coffee or to chill on with a drink in the evening. We have all new cupboards, stainless steel appliances, new sparkly quartz counter tops and a cute little dining area. We also have a desk for those of you who may need to work while here.

We are located in an up and coming area, on the edge of one of the funkiest and coolest areas of Phoenix called Roosevelt Row. Roosevelt Row was named a 2015 Great Place in America by the American Planning Association. You can walk to so many different attractions. This area is still a little bit gritty and a lot artsy with many smaller businesses run by urban hipsters and long standing non-corporate mom and pop operations. If you are looking for something suburban and uniform this location may not suit you. If you are looking for character we have lots of it!

Art galleries, grass root coffee shops that have side walk gardens with organic veggies growing and bees out back, antique stores, movie theaters, cool restaurants. There is a really nice library within walking distance and a beautiful Japanese garden. The US Airways Centre (basketball & concerts) is a few blocks away as is the convention centre - (about a 10-12 min walk if you are a fast walker like me), campuses of University of Arizona, Arizona Science Centre, Phoenix Children's Museum, Heard Museum, Chase Field for baseball and many other world class venues. Visit: to learn more about the downtown area.

If you are on INSTAGRAM - look up downtownphoenix to get to know the area before you arrive.

We are located in the Garfield Historic District, which was developed from 1883 to 1955 It contains nearly 800 households and contains primarily modest bungalows, Period Revival homes and the city's largest concentration of “pyramid cottages." Before becoming a residential community Garfield was part of an extensive agricultural tract. Garfield has an eclectic arts scene and is easily walkable to Roosevelt Row and First Friday fun. The greater Garfield neighborhood is about one square mile, stretching from the I-10 to Van Buren, from 7th Street to 16th Street, and holds two historic districts–Garfield and North Garfield. Both districts were placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010. The area is experiencing a rejuvenation and growth. Over 4.7 billion dollars has been invested in the downtown area in the past 10 years.

Clean, cute, and convenient

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in Cari Lee's condo for a convention. The place is adorable, with plenty of amenities and space. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, the balcony is so nice for enjoying the wonderful Phoenix sun, the air conditioning is great, and the beds are comfy. This is walking distance to the convention center, but is only about a $5 Uber there as well. The Netflix was nice for chill nights. The renovations are very nice - I have nothing bad to say! Thanks!

Great location and super comfy!

  • 5 of 5

We traveled to Phoenix so my husband could attend a medical course at the Hyatt downtown. Because we have a 4 year old son, we prefer to rent places with full kitchens and separate bedrooms.

What we liked about this rental:

*It was super clean, well stocked and comfortable. The furniture was comfy, the AC kept the place cool, and I was able to cook meals with no problem. The bedding was nice and comfy as well (never underestimate the power of a good pillow!).

*There was a laundry on-site - this is almost a must for us whenever we vacation. Bonus points for the clothesline which meant I saved money every time I did a load.

*The location - once you cross 7th, you are basically downtown. Loads of good restaurants. Phoenix's downtown is much nicer than I expected, and I enjoyed wandering around down there. It's totally within walking distance, which is one of the reasons we rented here (so my husband could walk to his course). My son and I were also able to walk to the Children's Museum and the Arizona Science Center, both of which are very good.

*The owner and her assistant were very available via telephone/email/text. We had an issue arise where the door wouldn't lock. I texted the owner and she had the issue resolved within an hour or two. They were both also very helpful answering questions I had about the area before we arrived and while we were there.

*There is dedicated onsite parking. We rented a car because we chose to go to some Spring Training games and a few other places like the Zoo and Encanto Park. But if you destination is focused on downtown events, I wouldn't bother renting a car.

*The owner accommodated our request for late checkout because she could (there wasn't anyone checking in until the day after we left). This allowed us to relax before our 5:30 pm flight rather than hurrying to get out of the apartment by 11:00 or 12:00.

Things that would have made our stay 6 stars (very minor details):

*A regular coffee maker - there is a Keurig. That being said, there is a coffee shop, Street Coffee, right next door that has great drip coffee.

*A few throw blankets or mid-weight blankets for the beds. The comforters on the beds are lux, and heavy. Great if you crank down the AC at night, but we might've enjoyed a lighter layer to allow for adjustment on the temperature.

*A pancake turner/spatula. There were lots of kitchen utensils, just not this.

I highly recommend this property and will stay here again if we are in the area.
