We had a great time in Nashville the location was great and the owner was amazing! This was a Christmas present to all our kids and we had a great experience. Thank you for sharing your property with us.
The house was perfect for our large group of friends. There was plenty of space, and the big kitchen made it great for entertaining. Also very close to Broadway and other attractions in Nashville. We will definitely come back to this location.
Great house for big groups. Very comfortable and lots of space to spread out. Close to shopping and restaurants. Host was great and very accommodating!
Met 4 couples for the Titans/Bills game. This home was perfect for our stay! It was clean, comfortable and a short Uber ride into town.
Our host was a great communicator and made the reservation, and check-in easy. I would highly recommend this rental.
Awesome house for large groups. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their stay. Close to downtown and restaurants. The owner was very helpful to all our needs. I highly recommend, will stay again on our next trip.
Everything you would expect from a 5 star VRBO stay
Communication was great! The home included many nice features and plenty of space. The home upgrade and repairs that are being done currently will enhance your place. I enjoyed your well appointed kitchen and the extras that you supplied in case someone forgot a product
Thank you for a nice place to stay in Nashville
The home was outstanding. Kitchen and shared spaces were more than enough room for ten people. Host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect
Recently stayed here for a bachelor party. The house comfortably slept 10 of us, was very well appointed, and was extremely convenient to downtown and other area attractions like Germantown and Top Golf. With that said the difference here is the Owner who was incredibly responsive and went well out of his way to make sure we have a great experience. I highly recommend this and would stay here again in a second.

Excellent house close to downtown, very good landlord
The house was extremely nice, we had a group of 14 stay there. Daniel was very easy to work with and had plenty of insight on things to do while visiting Nashville. If you are traveling to Nashville I would recommend this place over any other for your stay.

Didn't meet expectations
Biscuit Love is a great brunch option!!
Owner was nice, and we had good communication leading up to the trip. Unfortunately, upon arriving, I was shocked at the condition the house was in. Grass was up to my knees. The grill was dripping with grease; the grill pan/bucket was overflowing with grease. The house hadn't been cleaned: the carpets weren't vacuumed (dog hairs throughout), the bathrooms weren't cleaned (toilets and tubs especially), there were used coffee grounds left in the coffee maker (which had mold growth on it), hinges on all but one of the cabinets in the living room were broken, the kitchen faucet was very loose, and there was trash in various parts of the house.
It's a shame because it's a nice, big house. The 5 star reviews didn't have me prepared for the condition the house was in.
Maybe a one-time slip up by the owner...Either way, things aren't always as the appear.
To be fair, the owner did express his disappointment in the condition of the house and tried to make things right.

A+ Experience
You get exactly what you pay for in this mansion in downtown Nashville. Our group was completely satisfied by the superb level of communication and comfort during our stay! The pictures and description accurately depict the home, and the amount we paid was worth every cent. I highly recommend this VRBO and Daniel Lewis. Our group had an ideal weekend, and this home played a major part!

Fantastic experience! Would stay again!
We had a chance to come to Nashville and stay here on a bachelor weekend. The experience was fantastic. The location was close to downtown and you could walk there if you choose to. The house was great and accommodated all of us perfectly. And the owner was so helpful and willing to answer any questions I had during our stay. 5 out of 5 stars, for sure.

Great time
Couldn't have asked for a better Nashville experience with this house. We had 16 guys staying for a weekend and the house is so big it never felt crowded at all. Daniel answered every question we had and even left a fridge full of beer for us when we got there. The uber rides were only $5-$6 to get downtown and you're there in less than 5 mins.

About the host
Hosted by Daniel Lewis
I'm a native Tennesseean who absolutely loves Nashville and all of the culture it offers. I did undergrad at MTSU, grad school at Columbia, and I'm finishing my JD at Vanderbilt right now. As an Eagle Scout, I love getting away to canoe the Harpeth or hike through Percy Warner Park. I probably spend way too much time at concerts around town, from bigger venues like the Ryman and Bridgestone Arena all the way down to ones as small as the Cannery Ballroom and Mercy Lounge! I'm a serious foodie, so feel free to ask me about suggestions on where to eat.
I want all of you to have the opportunity to enjoy unparalleled luxury during your stay in Nashville at an unbelievable price while making the booking process easy and problem free. If there is anything you need during your time here please let me know, so I can ensure your stay is satisfying and you want to come back. I value your return business, so I'll always offer discounts to those who stay in my home time after time. Most of all, I want you to feel at home when you stay in my house, with all of the cleanliness and quality you'd expect from your own home. I'm an upfront guy, and I welcome feedback in any kind of way to ensure I'm meeting your needs!
