Great for holidays in low season

Ideal for holidays in low season as you still get a great experience with everything in your doorstep and the weather is very pleasant indeed.

Great location but listing was a bit misleading

Apartment is in a great location but from the photos in the listing it looks like the balcony is South facing overlooking the marina but it's actually North facing overlooking about 20 other balconies. There was no sun on the balcony for our stay and if we'd known then we wouldn't have booked. There are a couple of other small things to bear in mind as well: the lady who hands over the keys isvery nice but hardly speaks any English despite the listing stating English was spoken, so that was a bit of an issue. The TV was in Russian so we had no idea how to change the language and there was hardly any crockery or glasswear so eating in wasn't an option. The direct neighbours argued contstantly and very loudly for the duration of our stay - if they were also renting on a holiday basis then not an issue but if they are residents then it's impossible to sleep. The mattress/bedding and towels have definitely seen better days and although there is aircon in the bedroom (no ceiling fans in the apartment) we couldn't use it becuase it has a very large, very bright display that lit the entire room. There is no parking but we were offered a card for the pay on entry car park opposite for 5Euros per day but this didn't ever work and the parking attendant said that possibly it hadn't been paid for. Luckily my fiance speaks Spanish so this wasn't an issue but would have been a problem for me. I don't want it to sound like everything was bad and we had a great time but we wanted a South facing balcony so won't be booking this apartment again on our next visit, but if that isn't an issue for someone else then the location is great and the apartment was lovely and clean.

Hi Nicky. First of all, thank you for the minutes he has spent commenting on his stay in our apartment. Indicate, first of all, that the photos of the terrace that appear in our ad clearly show the views they have, another thing is the views that the building has at the entrance. It is true that the TV was in Russian, but it is also true that he could have told us and we would have changed it to his language. Also tell him that in the kitchen cupboards there is enough crockery for 4 people, including soup plates, flat plates, dessert plates, fountains, etc. Maybe you didn't see them and you only saw the ones in the living room furniture, which are spare parts. The neighbors we have, both on the sides and below, are tourist apartments like mine. The mattress on the bed was changed in June of last year, as were the towel sets. Possibly he would get the oldest game. I apologize for it. The remote control of the air conditioning has a button to turn off the display and not disturb at night. If you had told us, we would have told you. And, finally, the parking card did not work because the company that manages the car park, without prior notice, canceled all the cards to replace them with new ones in order to prevent the owners from giving them to the tenants; for which I apologize. On a vécu des coupes d'eau et sans avertissement. Des fois à des moments incongrus exemple 23:00. Après communication avec le gestionnaire on nous a expliqué qu'il y avait des travaux relativement à l'appvisionnement.

Excellent location

This apartment is a little gem. Beside everything ,marina, restaurants, bars and only 150 yards to the beach. Plenty of room and lots of extras including beach towels. Juan met us and although he didn't talk much english he could explain all. Balcony had loads of sunshine and quiet even though its central. Definitely recommend it. Owner Gabriel was great if you had any questions.

Everything was as I expected: nice and clean apartment in very suitable location

This apartment location is excellent, close to sea and different shops and restaurants. Apartment is clean and you find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. Enough speed of Wireless connection and enough channels of TV. Only problem is to find the free of charge parking place close to apartment if you use the rental car.

Lovely bright appartement! Everything worked out very well! Late arrival wasn’t a problem! There are a few bars and restaurants nearby meaning it can be loud at night time:( This was not always the case though!

The location is the first great thing. Felt very safe in the areas around the apartment .very quiet even though you have some bars and restaurants near by .Great place to people watch. The appartment was spotless. Very flexible about arrivals and departure time .communication with owner great. Terrace did not get to much Sun but that suited us fine. we could sit out all day . The beach is close by so if you want to swim and cool down 300 feed away. Rent for a chair and umbrella was 5€ for the day There is lots to do and see try the ferry shops,restaurants,bars,its endless came back really relaxed thanks for the great stay
