The apartment is a cozy and very bright flat, located in a strategic position, which makes it an excellent starting point for visiting Rome.
It has a spacious and modern living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size double bed and a wide walk in wardrobe, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is large and comfortable, with a double sink and a gorgeous Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day around the city.
In the apartment, you will find all you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessaries amenities, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc, bedrooms with bed linens and towels for the bathroom. For any further request, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The apartment is only 300 meters from the second city railway station, Tiburtina Railway Station. It is the main station in Rome for the high-speed trains for a fast connection with the major cities in Italy, and an important hub for urban mobility. At the Station, you can get direct trains from/to Fiumicino Airport (FL1 - Fiumicino Aeroporto – Fara Sabina – Orte). The Subway B Line connects you in few minutes to the historical Centre of Rome, 6 stops to Colosseum, 7 stops to Circo Massimo. In the adjacent square, there are many buses running H24 that will take you all over the city, furthermore the coach station of the extra-urban buses connects Roma Tiburtina with many cities of Italy and Europe.
The apartment is in one of the most dynamic and historic neighborhoods of Rome, full of shops, bars, restaurants, café, local typical markets of fruits and vegetables, etc. Within a short walk, you will also find a laundrette, post office, garage, parks, takeaways, traditional Italian restaurants, bars and much more.

I am pretty flexible with check in and check out times but if I have guests checking out and checking in on the same day I may need to arrange the times so that I can manage my guests and the cleaning efficiently.
