The apartment consists of a large living room with 2 sofa beds, one single and one double, a comfortable dining room ideal for sharing lunches and dinners with your travel companions. There are 2 double bedrooms, the largest with an ensuite bathroom with shower while the smallest room has a small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The apartment has a second bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. On the corridor at the entrance there is a desk, useful as a possible workstation. Quiet and airy, the apartment is located in one of the best known streets of the Prati district, in a convenient location to reach the major attractions of the city. The proximity to the renowned Via Cola di Rienzo, ideal for shopping, Piazza Del Popolo and the famous St. Peter's Square and Vatican museums, makes it unique for those who want to be in the center of Rome but not in the chaos of the city. The nearest metro is at 500 mt, Lepanto (Metro A). Numerous bus lines available within walking distance of the apartment.

Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. Very handy to have a supermarket right across the street. Felt very safe.Would like to have had more comfortable living room furniture so there were enough seats for 4 people. Beds and showers were great!

Spacious apartment

The apartment was great. Family of four (2 x teenagers). Plenty of space, light and airy. Fourth floor with elevator. Kitchen and washing machine very handy as we had a longer stay. Air conditioning worked very well and was greatly appreciated in heatwave conditions! Good location too, we were able to walk (10-20 mins) to many places (incl. Vatican, Castel Sant Angelo, Piazza Popolo, Piazza Navona). Quieter neighbourhood, easy to get around, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a handy little supermarket on the corner.

Overall this place is good. The apartment is located in the Prati neighborhood. We enjoyed this because it was close enough to walk to all major attractions yet far enough away from the crowds that are now a common feature of Rome. The apartment is up 5 flights of stairs or a small elevator that can only carry two people and is old and a bit difficult to use. The electric in the apartment is very sensitive. The breaker tripped a number of times and wouldn't reset if we used the oven to cook while showering or hair dryers. Maybe we're just spoiled (haha). The place could use a repainting to spruce it up to the standard shown in the promo photos. Overall satisfied and the owner and crew were very attentive to our problems. We did learn quickly and adjusted our use appropriately.

Posizione ottima Stanze grandi, noi eravamo due famiglie e con due bagni e’ stato perfetto Sotto casa bar ristoranti e negozi Metro vicinissima ma so arriva un po’ dappertutto anche a piedi vista la posizione. Zona molto tranquilla
