Large living room with two large sofas and a 65 "TV on the wall. Modern kitchen with a large table and plenty of space for the guests.

The master bedroom and one guestroom are on this level together with 2 bathrooms.

Upstairs there is a living room with TV and a large balcony, two bedrooms with direct access to balcony and there is as a childrens bedroom with lower ceeling. Bathroom with shower and bathtub.

4 of bedrooms have air conditioning and TV.

The tourist tax per person / night maximum of 7 nights is to be paid cash on arrival

Peaceful hill top villa

Couldn’t fault the property the location was fantastic for us, albeit a 10min drive to the beach which we didn’t mind. Supermarkets just a 5minute drive. I wouldn’t recommend walking anywhere as the hills to the villa aren’t small. The villa has enough parking for 4 cars not suitable for sports cars.The pool was a great size 10m long so enough to get your lengths in it was just the right depth for the kids the deepest end around 1.5m The villa had some good quality high end appliances all very clean to include a dish washer two fridges 1 freezer a cooker plus the washing machine and dryer.It’s a very spacious villa there was 6 of us and it was never over crowded.On first appearance it looked spotless inside but after staying a few days we started to notice things our room in particular had cob webs in each corner of the room housing a spider in each, all though the floor looks clean it really isn’t after mopping up water from a shower with a towel it quickly showed how dirty the floor was.We would happily stay there again the host was great and a pleasure to deal with.

Perfektes Haus für zwei Familien oder größerer Gruppe.

Es hat alles super geklappt. Gefehlt hat es uns an nichts da das Haus sehr gut eingerichtet ist. Stadtnah dennoch sehr ruhig mit einem traumhaften Blick auf Lloret und das Meer. Vielen Dank an den Verwalter der auf alle Anfragen sehr schnell reagiert hat. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen wenn es uns mal wieder in diese Gegend zieht.

Durch die ruhige Lage des Hauses hatvman die Möglichkeit, ganz entspannt und ruhig den Urlaub zu verbringen und wenn es dann zu langweilig wird, ist man ist ca. 10 min mit Auto Stadtmitte Lloret de Mar. Also alles möglich. Unsere großen Kinder haben auch mal eine Clubtour Nachts durch Lloret de Mar gemacht und sind sehr gut mit dem Taxi nach Hause gekommen. Top.

Fantastisch huis, paar kleine verbeterpuntjes

Het huis is erg mooi, ruim en fantastisch uitzicht. Binnen 10 min sta je op het strand van Lloret. Enkele aandachtspunten: -prijs voor beddengoed is niet in verhouding met de zeer goedkope, dunne kwaliteit van beddengoed, kussens en dekbed. Je koopt die ‘kwaliteit’ voor minder geld dan wat ze voor de huur vragen. -het zwembadwater was niet geheel schoon en na twee dagen viel de verwarming uit. Pluspunt: binnen 2.5 uur werd het gefixt. Minpunt: filter was blijkbaar veel te lang niet vervangen. Had dus voorkomen kunnen worden. -oprit is zeer steil met erg krappe draai. Ook bovenaan geen ruimte om auto te draaien (okay, grote 7-pers SUV), dit mogen ze wel in de advertentie vermelden. Als de oprit nat is kom je sowieso niet met de auto tot boven. Alex van verhuuragentschap is zeer vriendelijk en reageert snel en adequaat.

Traumhaus an der Costa Brava

Das Haus hält was die Bilder versprechen. Hochwertige Ausstattung wie z.B. Miele Geräte und Bose Sound Systeme, der Pool und Whirlpool sauber und gepflegt, auf unseren Wunsch hin beides beheizt. Viel Platz auf der Terrasse mit Liegen für alle Gäste und einen sehr guten Gasgrill auf der Terrasse. Sehr netter Vermieter, jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Great stay with a few niggles

Cindy L has given a very accurate review echoing our observations. Pool area is tired with lots of pool tiles missing, decoration generally needs a refresh. A pack would be an advantage with local information etc along with things like Wi-Fi password we had to ask for. Not much communication but we did manage to get in at check in time thanks to the maintenance man being there. Those things aside we had a fantastic time it really is a nice property with great views.

Pleasant stay but some minor issues to fix

The villa is a nice modern property but the description on the vrbo website at the time of booking and during our stay in May 2022 was not accurate. This is a FOUR bedroom, THREE bathroom property and will not be suitable for more than 8 guests. An advertised fifth “bedroom” is a room with a VERY LOW ceiling that would not accommodate even small children. Feedback was sent to the property agent after our stay highlighting this and several other issues (e.g. providing a gas lighter for the barbecue instead of a box of matches; placing safety stickers on the patio doors), all of which are easily fixable to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable stay. Communication from the property agent needs to be improved before and during the stay - such as providing information about finding the property more easily, where to park, location of local amenities (e.g. nearest supermarkets) and explaining the check-in process. The living room provides a sociable space with 2 very long sofas and large TV, and the kitchen was sufficiently kitted out with 2 large fridges. The property is showing signs of wear and tear around the pool area but we still had a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderfull stay in the house, the owner was very helpfull and the house was very practical. The only thing they should mention is that the 5th room is a room where only children can sleep, it’s too low for adults.

Belle villa mais quelques prestations à améliorer

Ville spacieuse , beaux volumes , piscine agréable, quartier propice aux sports et balades . Parmi les points à améliorer, la literie de piètre qualité. Les lits sont annoncés en 150, en fait il s’agit dans toutes les chambres de deux lits en 75 rapprochés avez des matelas extrêmement fins . Les oreillers sont usés et bien trop fins. La 5 eme chambre est trop mansardée avec un toit très bas et sans Clim. On ne peut pas y dormir. Manque de lumière pour dîner sur la terrasse. L’eau de la piscine était un peu fraîche, certains ne sont pas baignés, la pompe à chaleur ne fonctionne pas .
