Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Our group of 10 stayed at this property for a week. Some of our overall impressions: bed and bathroom linens were stained and in need of replacement. Drapery panels in several of the rooms were mismatched. as were pillows and linens throughout the property. The carpet in the living room and bedrooms was stained and in need of deep cleaning or replacement. Kitchen flatware and serviceware were insufficient; if I recall correctly, there were a total of 8 glasses in the kitchen, for this house that sleeps 17. The printer was not functional, and there is no Wii provided. One wall in the kitchen was heavily scratched and in need of repainting. During our stay, someone claiming to be a member of Vacasa showed up at the property (without warning or any advanced notice) to "fix a security camera feed". An email and a call to management, advising them of the situation, went unanswered. Lastly, there are signs and notices posted all over the interior and exterior of the property reminding you of rules regarding everything from the pool, noise, parking requirements, to thermostat controls, garbage disposal usage, taking out the trash, etc. Our group would not choose to return to this property.
We loved our time here at the Wonderland house. The property manager was quick to answer and fix any problems that we had. We loved having a washer and dryer and the kitchen was great!
Very pleasant to stay. My kids loved the house and the theme on every room. Firts time renting a house and we loved it.
We stayed a week at the Wonderland House in May. It is a great location if you are visiting Disneyland. It took about 10 minutes to get to the shuttles. The house is large enough that with the 13 people we had staying there you still felt like you had your own space. The pool was great but the gate does need to be fixed. There are signs in almost all the neighbors yards that say ban short term rentals. All the neighbors were great except the one to the left of the house. They were very rude and play obscene music to try and make us uncomfortable and go inside. Overall I would recommend this house it is great for large families
The one down-side...the neighbors in the area all had signs posted in their yards about "ban the short term rentals." This didn't make us feel very welcome.
