Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
EVERTHING ELSE WAS GOOD. I LIKED THAT THE POOL WAS HEATED AND SO SAD WE COULD NOT USE IT BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER.
It was a nice place to stay in the Anaheim area with our group of 16. Enough space for everyone to spread out.
Our family had a pleasant stay here, the property is a quick drive to Disneyland. The carpet in Star Wars room is very dirty. Add shower in Nemo bathroom.
This home is ideal for multiple families to share. It is comfortable, spacious, and close to Disneyland. More attention could/should be placed on housekeeping as the oven was at such a level of dirty it could not be used. Sinks and counters were dirty as well but that was manageable, and an easy fix on our part. Customer service was efficient.
Overall we will return. We enjoyed the home tremendously, and hopefully things will be cleaner!
Oh were to begin-
The house was nice, in a good neighborhood and the layout comfortable for our big family. The decorations are pretty awesome and my grandkids loved the Disney themes in all the rooms. A lot of potential here.
Now for the negative-
The house was extremely dirty and some things were in need of repair. The kitchen tables were extremely gross and when I washed them, the wash cloth and towel I used to dry the table were black with dirt. There is a note on the wall when you walk in requesting you to take your shoes off. We complied and within an hour, all our feet were completely black. Disgusting! A lot of dirt and dust on top of, and under the furniture. The ceiling fans were covered in dust as well. The dishwasher didn't work and was full of the most foul smelling water. When we opened it to load some dishes, it stunk up the entire house. Needless to say, we had to hand wash our dishes all week. The hot tub was not warm and had a leak some where in the drain. Everyday we had to fill it. The pump is supposed to shut off after 4 hours but it didn't seem to shut off when it should have. The backyard furniture and yard were not cleaned up prior to our arrival even though the cleaning people were supposedly there that day. I understand there are a lot of trees and bushes but they could of at least made it presentable before our arrival. We spent a good couple of hours cleaning inside and out so we could feel a little comfortable. I called the property manager about the dirty house and they sent some people out the next day to clean further and they spent at least 3 hours cleaning. What a way to spend the first day of our vacation. For the price we paid and the cleaning deposit made, I expected better. As I previously mentioned, the house itself is nice and a great place to stay for a Disneyland vacation. However, the property could be better maintained and cleaned. One last thing, Disneyland is further than you think so plan an alternate route of transportation besides walking. I hope by making this post, the property managers step up their game with these rental properties.
