The host had all the essentials that we needed. Extra paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper. It was nice not having to get those things. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. They had more than enough seating in the living room, and the view was amazing. We would stay there again.

Excellent value. Great ocean view from second floor patio. I liken the ocean breeze, though Carlsbad blvd is noisey. Plenty of space in 3 bedrooms. Beach across street is shore break so not good for swimming. Would definitely stay again if in town.

The condo was gorgeous and so spacious. Breathtaking ocean views! I loved having a secured garage to park in and the beach wagon to haul the beach gear and toys was so wonderful to have. Our host was super nice and very communicative, she gave us great local recommendations. We had a great time!

Saundra was very helpful. She gave me many suggestions of activities for my granddaughters and family. The house was nicely appointed. Plenty of room and the view was amazing. The view is beautiful- sitting on the porch eating dinner, visiting with family and watching the waves and sunset was magical. Everything was provided and hosts had great communication. Would definitely stay again. No AC which would get warm in the hotter months but it wasn’t an issue for us. Weather was beautiful and we had a great time with our kids before they head off to college. Side note: some beach chairs and boogie boards were broken and need to either be tossed or replaced. That just happens with a beach rental. Thanks for the fun place to stay!!

The location was wonderful! Amazing views of the ocean, close to the village and right across from the beach. 2 parking spots in the garage was great, too. The house was well- furnished.

The unit is beautiful!! You have a fabulous view of the ocean and we saw dolphins several days. We’ll definitely be back. It was close enough to walk to restaurants too. The owner is so nice and gave us lots of info on good restaurants. Wonderful time!!!!!!

Enjoyable stay

Owner has several little details looked after to make the stay more enjoyable such as ample towels and dishware. Views are great! Lots of space and a great location with easy walk to Carlsbad center. I would stay here again.

The owner was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. She made sure to tell us about all the local spots, where to park, best way to the beach, etc. I would highly recommend this place!

Spectacular location and view of the ocean. The deck was our favorite spot on premise. Convenient to everything we wanted to accomplish while visiting the area. Spotless clean and every amenity was thoughtfully provided for the property and enjoyment at the beach. Both the owner and the property management team, has not only given the highest consideration for their guests, but clearly care about your entire experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Carlsbad area.
