Cette maison magnifiquement mise à jour a un plan d'étage ouvert et un plafond voûté. Tout l'arrière de la maison a des curseurs qui s'ouvrent sur une grande terrasse avec de belles vues sur la rivière. La chambre principale a un lit king size et salle de bains attenante avec baignoire et douche. Curseur à la plate-forme et au bain à remous de 8 personnes. 2ème chambre a un lit queen avec curseur sur le pont. 3ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. 2ème salle de bain a une douche. Grande combinaison salon / salle à manger avec foyer au gaz. Cuisine complète et buanderie. Profitez de la beauté et la sérénité de l'étang sur le devant de la maison, et une grande pelouse avec foyer à l'arrière menant à la terrasse / quai sur la rivière.

The setting is very peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to access Traverse City. Great access to the Boardman river. Our whole family enjoyed the stay and had a great time!

House was clean, neat and nicely decorated. Location was close enough to traverse city but far enough for privacy. The house is secluded with a wonderful view of the river in back and a small pond in the front. Was perfect for chatting on the back deck and listening to the river or taking a dip in the hot tub.

This wooded property along the river was the relaxing environment we needed for our Michigan vacation! Enjoyed mornings sitting by the river, a daily outdoor shower, and the evenings by the fire and in the hot tub. The quick 15-minute drive into Traverse City gave us access to food and fun while a relaxing morning and evening. We took a day trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes with a stop in Glen Arbor and Glen Haven Beach. While it was about a 45 minute drive, we decided to take a trip back to Pyramid and Good Harbor Bay Beach the next day.

This property is just magical!!! Pictures don’t do it justice. The house was immaculate, kitchen was completely stocked and the land is amazing!!! Communication was ON-POINT from start to finish. You will not regret renting this property!!

The house was amazing. The location was great! The river behind the house was so pretty. We loved the backyard with a swing, fire pit and hot tub!! The deck was awesome with a fire table a nice table and chairs for dinner too! Loved Loved the outside shower and everything was completely stocked with shampoo, conditioners, body wash, tons of towels for the hot tub and showers/bath! Unfortunately we were there the week the fires from Canada were really bad. We didn't get to enjoy as many of the outdoor activities as we had planned but thankfully we were staying at a gorgeous house and we had a great time spending with the Grandkids! We will definitely be back!! Alex was great responding to any and all of our questions

This place was very nice and very remote. But only 15 minutes from Traverse City. Sits upon a beautiful stream in the backyard. Has a beautiful hot tub that seats six with no problem. The bedrooms were very nice. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen and living room was very nice. We did use the grill one night and had some corn and Brotz and Mets. The place is about a mile off the main road. On a gravel road. Might be a little difficult to find after dark. But we felt very safe because there were neighbors nearby. They do recommend you use the outdoor shower, which we all did and had a lot of fun with plenty of hot water out there. Also, the deck on this place is brand new and very large. We did not use the kayaks that they provided, we just didn’t have time. We went to sleeping bear dunes. We went to a restaurant in Traverse City named sisters for breakfast. Highly recommended!! we shopped and several little towns in the area. We also visited several breweries. This place is ideal for three couples or even families.

Perfect “Up North” Getaway!This VRBO was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 toddlers! The home is beautifully designed, bright, open, and incredibly welcoming. The outdoor space was spectacular—with a grassy lawn, wrap-around deck with multiple seating areas, and direct access to the Boardman River. The outdoor shower, spa, lawn games, hammock, two outdoor fire pits, and six kayaks made it feel like our own private outdoor playground!Inside, the home was just as wonderful. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, the three bedrooms had very comfortable beds and pillows (a big deal for us!), and the bathrooms were spotless. The great room and dining area were comfortable and inviting, with sliding glass doors that made it easy to enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting.Traveling with two toddlers can be challenging, but this home was perfect for our grandsons. The abundance of children’s books and games was truly the “frosting on the cake”—they were thrilled with all the options!Alex, the owner, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. Her excellent communication made everything easy and stress-free.We loved our stay and are already looking forward to returning. We made wonderful family memories here and can’t wait to go back “Up North!” Highly recommend!

Perfect mini vacation

This was the perfect place to stay during our mini vacation to Michigan. We visited Traverse City, Sleeping Bear, wineries, and more. The house was perfect in between our outings.

My parents bought this house in 1999 when I was in middle school. I grew up spending my entire summers at this house making so many memories! This house has become the landscape for many family gatherings, baby and wedding showers, and even my sisters wedding. I can't even express how much this property means to us! When the opportunity came for my husband and I to purchase the property from my parents we had to take it, and now we're so happy this house is still in our family!

This house was in my family for over 20 years when my husband and I bought it. We have spent countless hours kayaking, tubing, roasting marshmallows and making great memories on this beautiful river.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love the peace and quiet of this location. We are at the end of a two track road so there is no traffic to worry about. We enjoy sitting on our deck watching the ducks, herons, deer, rabbits and many other kinds of wildlife. The river is very easily accessed off of our lawn for kayaking, tubing, fishing or swimming.
