About this property

Beautiful View! 1 block from boat ramp. Walk to the Lake.

This property is located across the street from Windsor Beach and is 1/8 mile to the boat ramp.. This home is walking distance to the famous London Bridge resort.
This home is nicely furnished with all Kitchen, and bedroom amenities. It has a
master bedroom with king size bed separate futon bed and private bath complete with Spa tub. It also has 2 additional bedrooms, one that has another king size bed and the other that has a queen
size bed. That's 2 king and one queen sized beds!

In the living room area, we have a wrap around leather couch-with dual recliners, large flat panel TV, and a separate
recliner. All rooms have flat panel TV's with Direct TV. This home also has central A/C and heat, ceiling fans in all rooms,
vaulted ceilings, all kitchen amenities, a front porch with a great
lake view, and a outside patio deck complete the a beautiful lake view and Gas BBQ. The inside also has a dishwasher, large capacity washer/dryer, 2 full baths with high quality towels. The pool/spa and clubhouse is next door to the home. It is 25 feet from the home to the pool/spa area as well as the clubhouse that has a pool table, horse shoe pits, basketball and tennis courts, and even shuffle board.

This property is for those that want to be close to the ramp, and close to the bridge. This is not a party House! This is a family vacation home in great condition. If your plan is to come to Havasu to party with your friends, get drunk, get rowdy and destroy things, please call Motel 6 to secure a room. Be safe, have fun!

Family vacation

Our stay was absolutely amazing and very comfortable. The home is very cozy and Jeff provides everything you need for cooking if you chose to do that. Beds are also very comfy with nice linen and plenty of cushy towels. I have no complaints at all outside of, our boat broke... regardless, we made the best of it and enoyed our trip to Havasu!!! Also the pool and jucuzzi were great and the community was quiet!

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed the stay, the house was amazing, and the clubhouse was great. The heated pool and spa were great. Our kids loved the swingset and slide. The neighbors were so gracious and kind.

The property was very clean and beautiful with attention to details. Next door to community pool and spa and game room that we enjoyed immensely. It was a quiet getaway and I’d recommend anyone to stay here, not to disappoint!

The neighbors were not friendly at all...one was in the property while we were away and came back...she said the dog was barking..it is pet friendly...just don't leave them!!

Let me get this straight. You the renter left a barking dog in the home all night long bugging the neighbors. You also brought your rv and left it in front of the home. You the renter also brought a dog into pool area which is clearly posted not allowed and I get a 3 star review based on your negative actions? This review should be a 10 star for all the crap that you did during your stay. Please stay somewhere else.

Nice place, quiet, easy access to everything. We all enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Not sure why they charge double cleaning fees - very confusing to renters. We would stay here again.

Great location, great amenities made for a great stay,

We have stayed at this Lake Havasu City VRBO in the past and have never been disappointed! The unit is next door to the park, pool and clubhouse, and a kids' playground, with swings and basketball hoops located next door. The unit was very clean and fresh with a nice outdoor seating area that looks out over the lake. The weather was not as cooperative as past visits, so we took the opportunity to explore events in LHC, and discovered Grace Arts theater which was a delightful experience! We look forward to our next visit.

My family and i were blessed to be able to stay there a week. The owner was SO COOL and friendly. Made sure the pool was heated for us and just made the whole process great. Totally would stay there again. It was a ton of fun :) Its like 5 mins from everywhere! Great location

Great place, location, space.

Everything was great, clean, spacious, location, amenities. Side note, adding requirement for cleaning fee in cash and raising the amount after, does not allow for a fair comparison with other properties.

Fun Family Getaway⚓️

The house and location are very hard to beat in Havasu. You can see the water from the kitchen and there is a new ice maker! The owner is responsive and very kind. The 3 bedrooms are clean/comfortable and the house is well stocked and maintained. Thank you we had a great time in April 2024!

Great location, nice view, extremely clean. My husband noted, "one of the nicest mobile homes in Havasu!" All was perfect, except we were disappointed the hot tub at the clubhouse was not available due to repair.
