Owner/Manager purchased this apartment in 2004
We fell I. love with Buenos Aires and we looked for something unique and Antique, our realtor kept taking us to big houses and modern old buildings that did not fit our eye, but one day driving trough Avenida Belgrano we saw that sign that said "Se VENDE" we made the realtor call to male an appointment and that day with put the offer, the building is Antique and Amazing it has 24 hour security, , the Apartment was remodeled 2 years previous to us and it was owned by a French Chef and his wife who decided to move to France the views from the Balcony did it too, soe so we made the offer and 6 months later we made it happen, we got in and painted, furnished and restored the bathroom to our likes and made it our home away from home
