La maison du patrimoine est une maison de 6000 pieds carrĂ©s entiĂšrement restaurĂ©e qui a Ă©tĂ© divisĂ©e en 3 deux chambres. Chaque appartement est conçu pour accueillir 6 personnes. Tous les appartements se connectent sur un atrium central de 3 Ă©tages afin que la maison fonctionne bien pour les grands groupes. Chaque appartement dispose Ă©galement d'une entrĂ©e extĂ©rieure privĂ©e. This house is awesome!! I rented it for our bridal party for my wedding at Starline Factory in early September. It holds 20 people so it was perfect and one of the only rental properties in the area that could hold that many people (and was available). The house is stocked. There are so many rooms. Many bathrooms as well which was nice for the different couples. You could get lost in this house and we did for the first day lol. I could see this being perfect for multiple families as there are different 'sections' and each has their own living room & kitchen area it seemed. At least 3. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with a large group for a bachelorette. It is such an amazing house with enough space for everyone. The house is very well maintained and the host is very responsive. Would come back and stay again!

This house is funtastic! The layout gave our 3-generation family of 11 plenty of room to spread out and relax privately while also offering several beautiful spaces to gather as a family. The nearby Blue Heaven Ice Cream store was a huge hit!

Great Family Trip

Great home for our three families with children and grandparents. Not much yard to play in, but very close to beach, ice cream shop and coffee shop.

THREE GENERATIONS FAMILY VACATION

Our 12 member, 3 generation family, ages 3-81, found Heritage House to suit us well for our annual family vacation. The tree House was enjoyed by the family of six, while Heritage Suites and The Boat House fit the needs of the rest of the family. The Boat House was our main kitchen where dinners were cooked and enjoyed by all in the large gathering room. This room also provided many opportunities for family games. It was nice having the various areas with their own air conditioning controls, but an upgrade in toilet paper would have been appreciated by all.Heritage House is nicely located for walking to the beach, the ice cream shop and nearby short hikes. We greatly appreciated the 10 free passes to the beach which was just right for our family, since there were 2 children 5 and under. There were 4 folder chairs at the house, so we brought 4 more along with beach towels and a beach blanket which worked well for our beach days and while watching the wonderful fireworks show at Fontana Beach on July 4th. The town of Lake Geneva was not far, so we were able to drive there and walk along the Lake trail past numerous mansions before a quick lunch and enjoying other aspects of the town. Checking in an out required little effort. Thank you John for your quick response to my questions and providing our family with another memorable family vacation.

Fantastic place for a large group

My children and grandchildren joined us for our first trip to Geneva Lake. I'm so glad we choose this location (Fontana-on-Lake-Geneva) as it was much more quiet than the other side of the lake that has all of the shops, traffic and tourists. The large family room was the location for our meals, singing, games and memories. The separate apartments allowed individual family units some privacy away from the larger group and the little ones to take their naps. If you're looking for a quiet gathering and some "family time", this place is it!

Perfect for our family reunion.

The Heritage House is as advertised. The separate apartments allowed each of family units to be in their own space. The location is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Yet it is quite. John is responsive and very accommodating.

Great Place.

11 Women from all over the US have kept in touch since university days years ago. We gathered, mixed and mingled in the kitchen and 2 living areas, catching up on families, jobs and travels. We ventured out to eat ice cream from the corner store and took a lake tour. Walked the neighborhood down to the lake and tried enjoyed sandwiches from Chucks. Great place!

Perfect for a multigenerational family gathering.

Heritage House was the perfect place for our family gathering, quirky yet functional. Each family group had it's own apartment yet we had a central place for all to gather. The treehouse was especially fun for the children! We were only there for 2 nights for a family wedding ann needed a longer stay to take full advantage of all the spaces and amenities Heritage House had to offer.

Too short but very sweet stay

Quiet area. Great set up for our large family. It's three apartments with some good common space. Easy walk to downtown and the beach if your littles are up for the task (read strollers). Ground level two bedroom suites then two upstairs. The home is very clean and has what you need to be comfortable. Great deck outside lower kitchen. Ate most meals out there. Lake Geneva is a beautiful clean lake. We were there everyday. Bring beach towels. A couple of good kid parks nearby, coffee shop, ice cream, pizza, etc. Easy to roam to other nearby towns. Was grateful for how well it suited our needs to be separate and together. Enjoy!

Lots of space near the lake

We loved Heritage House for our family gathering. Thirteen of us were able to be together and yet have separate space. The house is well equipped, and the location was perfect for our 4th of July weekend stay. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. This was a great place for us.
