Excellent place to stay. Location and access to Gulf via car, boat and walking is phenomonal! Hosts are very nice and communicative. We had a lovely stay.

Love how close it’s to the beach, owner is very nice and communicates back really fast. Pool/Hut tub instructions for the heater are very clear. Nice little place. Had a great time

House was everything we were looking for. Ideal location. Spent our day at the beach just a block away and our evenings in the pool and hot tub. Host was super helpful and provided great dining options on the island.

Our stay was wonderful. Plenty of room and super close to beach and Publix !! Plenty of beach chairs, wagon, floats and toys for the beach. We will definitely be back.

This place was great for myself, mom and sister. Rooms were reasonably sized and place is very close to the beach; You can walk to FMB in under 5 mins after packing up your things. The garage had everything we needed including wagon, shell scoopers, cooler and tent. Along with fishing poles too if you wanted! The pool and hot tub were fabulous. You can sit at the dock outside for sunshine too and watch the canal. Highly recommend for 3-5 guests; as long as people are comfortable sharing two room with twin beds and one main bedroom.

Thats Great you had such a good time. Our setup is always a big hit with everyone. Beds: we have 1 master bedroom with king size. 2 more bedrooms with twin Extra long beds 5 beds total. it sleeps 6 real nicely. 2 more folding beds if needed. 2 bathrooms with showers and laundry. David & Katie

We try to provide everything you need to have a great stay. Pool is heated every day to 85 deg. and hot tub heats to 98deg in 17 minutes. Come back any time. David & Katie.

Great location, house was plenty big for the 4 of us. We were probably going to do more on our trip there, but rather than drive to do something, we were more inclined to just stay there and either hit the beach or relax by the pool. The Publix couldn't be closer to the house, so going to get groceries was super easy. If you want a vacation where you could be self-sufficient, stay in one spot, and still enjoy the water, it's pretty hard for me to think of a better place. Not sure when we'll be getting back to Ft. Myers, but when we do, we'll be coming back here.

David was super pleasant and accommodating. The place was clean and the furnishings comfy. We had everything we needed for a week long stay and then some. There’s a Publix one street over. The beach is across the street. The pool was a refreshing relief from the hot sun (& ocean) during the day and the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind at night. Highly recommend!!

Well Thats what we like to hear. We try to accommodate everyone and everything. Katie and I are not a business we just like to pay the taxes and keep it nice So if we can accommodate early check in we will. We have annual guests that book direct with us every year and they make suggestions on things to do more or less of. Thats how we got the Kayaks and the second bathroom. the 2 best places to eat on the island are behind the Publix on the water and 1 is dog friendly. Our Neighbor is a charter boat captain and takes people out in his boat. We provide fishing poles and beach chairs and umbrella. We are so glad everyone loves our setup. David & Katie

The house was perfect for our family! Great location. Piblix, just a block away. Coconut Jacks was delish and they offer free valet parking! We visited Lovers Key for a nice hike and spotted Turtles and an alligator.

We had a wonderful week at Katherine and David’s property! It was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and perfectly located near the beach. The kids loved the pool, and we truly appreciated the flexibility with our late checkout. Katherine and David were so responsive—highly recommend!

Super convenient to get to the beach and the house had chairs, umbrella, wagon, etcPublix was one street over. Loved that. The island had holiday traffic so getting to the grocery without getting in the car was a nice surprise. House was well stocked with kitchen supplies, paper towels, toilet paper etc. Really nice to check in and not have to worry about necessities on day one.

Great pool and close to beach!

This was the perfect place to stay! It is very dog friendly too:) We loved sitting around the pool, hot tub, and deck all day but especially for our morning coffee before exploring. The beach is very close and is also great for dogs. The neighborhood is cute and the neighbors super friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The owners were very easy to work with!! Thank you for a great vacation!

We love dogs and dogs on the beach are the best. My old dog loves sitting in the hot tub with the jets on his hip. We have a special filter for the dogs. All the beds and everything are new so they should be nice. and we have new fishing poles too. Some weeks the fishing has been good for snapper. You guys are welcome any time. We don't do this as a business so when we can were flexible. David & Katie

David was very friendly and easy to work with. He happily shared info about restaurants and fun activities nearby as well. The pool is heated and the hot tub was great! We recommend this home.

Would definitely recommend and want to repeat as soon as I can

Loved the location, ptoperty and the pool. My toddler had a blast! The house was very clean and we were comfortable at all times. The owners replied to questions in minutes! Our vacations furing Covid were great!

Everything was as stated. Everything explained and ready when we got there.

Only a few blocks away from a public beach access. House was clean and as described. Owners were easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful. Publix is only a block away. Would rent from again.! Thank you for an enjoyable stay for our whole family.

This home is absolutely perfect. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The access to the beach was perfect. The host was top notch. The pool and hot tub were absolutely outstanding! We’ve had many VRBO experiences and David made this the best of them all. There is an alarm on the pool door which made me rest easier! This was a 10 Star experience.

After two negative experiences with vacation rentals in the area (the hosts didn't respond), we were really relieved to have David as a host who responded within minutes. Everything went smoothly. The location of the house is a dream, just a few steps from the sea, with a canal in the garden, and absolutely quiet. There is a Publix right next door, which is also very convenient. Everything was very clean. The children loved the toys and bicycles and, of course, the pool.

This was our first Vrbo rental with our whole family and everything was great! We have 4 kiddos, there was enough space for all of us. We really appreciated the location - very close to the beach and to Publix grocery store, central on the island & a few miles south of the busy area so there was lots of open space on the beach. We loved the dock and sat by the canal in the morning, saw a dolphin late at night in the canal which was really cool for the older kids. The kids also loved the pool and swam a lot - the screen cuts down the sun exposure in the morning and it is full shade in the afternoon. We saw/talked to the owner just briefly a few times during the week but he was available when needed, gave us some good activity/restaurant recommendations and our kids loved their dog :-). Only thing that was a bit annoying is that to go out for dinner on the north side of the island is a 30-60-minute drive to get 2 miles - easier to go earlier in the day or take bikes. Overall this was a great vacation location and we would definitely stay here again!

This is the first review I have read and laughed. It’s true the traffic on fort myers beach is no joke. But there are ways to minimize its impact. By planning your day around the traffic flow. We are a professional couple who grew up in the Chicago area but are world travelers. Our dream is to have a home in Ft Myers Beach. This home is that dream but at 3600 SQ ft. it's more than we need so you get the bottom unit! That unit is 1625 sq ft. We do stay at property in the upper unit and are now residents. This is the BEST area on the whole island. Central Location and Quiet. and so close to the beach. You can watch Dolphins in the canal 25' from the house. We now have an indoor pool and hot tub. And a screen over all. Very nice sitting area around pool.

Cleaned above world health standards. Any property in this area is going to be nice. Most of the neighbors are seasonal and all are friendly. Fast WIFI, We now have a indoor heated pool and hot tub. The location is quiet, relaxing and convenient. Just 400 feet to the beach across Estero blvd. If you want to party like a Rock Star this is not the right place for you. If you want to enjoy the Florida lifestyle, sun and grill up some shrimp, then this is perfect for you. If you have a family this is a great location with 5 beds. It has a private dock on a canal.. With 5 new Mattresses and boxsprings and the 2 new 55" TV's . you are going to love our home. We love dogs so bring them with. We can correct any problems that arise usually fast. And if we’re not around our maintenance man can be there soon. Recently we added 4 outside security cameras. only for security no recordings are kept or shared. Noise monitoring system is on the premises. And the property passes a comprehensive safety check continuously. We have a private entrance to upstairs when we are around From November to May but still very private and we don't share common space when you are around.

At first light take your coffee and walk to the beach. Dogs are welcome on a leash while on the beach. Go north or south it doesn't matter because there's miles of beach in either direction. The best time to hunt for seashells is in the morning after a storm. Sometimes you will walk across 100s of star fish that washed up during the night or maybe a sand dollar or two. If you get hungry or thirsty there is always a wonderful restaurant nearby. 3 bicycles provided if you want to use and a new beach wagon, 4 beach chairs and 4 fishing poles are available... Part time during year we are upstairs. sometimes we have friends stay upstairs. Any problem that may arise we can correct fast. And if we’re not around our maintenance man can be there soon. Location Location Location. Need we say more? Cleaned above world health standards.
