Todo proporcionado para las mejores vacaciones familiares. Relajante, ubicación conveniente, a 3 minutos a pie de la tienda de comestibles. Piscina interior climatizada / bañera de hidromasaje es luminosa, luminosa y muy limpia. A corta distancia a pie de la playa 400 pies. 3 habitaciones para 7 personas, tiene 1 baño y una sala de estar, comedor y sala de estar, cocina completamente equipada, área de lavado grande, lavadora y secadora. parrilla, 2 nuevos televisores de 55 ". Internet muy rápido, la ubicación es tranquila pero central para todos. La propiedad tiene su propio muelle en el canal 12 minutos en barco desde el Golfo. Muy cerca de los restaurantes locales y lugares para comer, pero con la cocina completa no tiene que salir a comer en cada comida. Marina, tienda de barcos, restaurantes, playa, parque y Bahía Estero, todos cerca. Tiene el primer piso completo para su familia y todas las camas son nuevas camas hipoalergénicas. Esta ubicación es tranquila pero central para toda la acción de Fort Myers Beach. El camino de entrada tiene espacio para 5 coches. Guarde su equipo de playa y bicicletas en el garaje cerrado. Se proporcionan 5 bicicletas feas para su uso y un nuevo vagón de playa para transportar el enfriador y las sillas a la playa. Los perros son bienvenidos en la playa con la correa. We had a wonderful week at Katherine and David’s property! It was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and perfectly located near the beach. The kids loved the pool, and we truly appreciated the flexibility with our late checkout. Katherine and David were so responsive—highly recommend!

After two negative experiences with vacation rentals in the area (the hosts didn't respond), we were really relieved to have David as a host who responded within minutes. Everything went smoothly. The location of the house is a dream, just a few steps from the sea, with a canal in the garden, and absolutely quiet. There is a Publix right next door, which is also very convenient. Everything was very clean. The children loved the toys and bicycles and, of course, the pool.

Great pool and close to beach!

This was the perfect place to stay! It is very dog friendly too:) We loved sitting around the pool, hot tub, and deck all day but especially for our morning coffee before exploring. The beach is very close and is also great for dogs. The neighborhood is cute and the neighbors super friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The owners were very easy to work with!! Thank you for a great vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware which we appreciated. Being 1 street over from Publix was a huge plus. We loved the super strong air vent that blew icy cold air straight at the bed while we slept. We used the box fan provided just to produce white noise. The house is dog friendly, yet it is the cleanest vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Our little dog had a great time too. The area was very quiet and relaxing, and the walk to the beach only took a few minutes. David and Katherine were quick to respond with any questions we had. I would highly recommend their place to anyone looking to spend some time in Fort Myers Beach.

Absolutely perfect!

This home is absolutely perfect. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The access to the beach was perfect. The host was top notch. The pool and hot tub were absolutely outstanding! We’ve had many VRBO experiences and David made this the best of them all. There is an alarm on the pool door which made me rest easier! This was a 10 Star experience.

Everything was as stated. Everything explained and ready when we got there.

Only a few blocks away from a public beach access. House was clean and as described. Owners were easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful. Publix is only a block away. Would rent from again.! Thank you for an enjoyable stay for our whole family.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Check in was easy and everything was as described. There was nothing additional that was needed. Publix is a very short walk, which was so convenient. We had family visit as well, and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the kids were fishing off the dock. Beach access was easy and quick. We loved walking the beach and found so many beautiful shells. David and Katie were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for everything you need. Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again! Thank you, David & Katie!

Great house great hosts.

We enjoyed our stay. My husband grandkids and I had plenty of room to spread out. Kids each had their own rooms which they loved. They played hours in the pool and hot tub. ( lots of pool toys and beach toys). David and Kathi were great hosts, very accommodating, and have thought of everything. We were even able to bring our boat and dock right at house. Loved it all. July 4th week.

Very great people to rent from. David and Katherine were very helpful and honest from the get go. The property location is awesome execpt for the construction on the main road on the walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub are the highlights of the house. We had a problem with the dryer and the pool remote the first couple days but David had it fixed as soon as he could. The AC in the unit blowed cold air but the house did not hold the temperature very well, but was not unbearable. The beach cart, chairs and bikes were great. Great people great place.

Perfect little piece of Paradise!

The pictures do not do this place justice! My husband and I stayed with our two dogs and both our parents for a week. This place had everything we needed and more! The location is incredible- short walking distance to the beach and Publix. During our stay we spent a lot of time on the dock, where we saw manatees swimming in the canal and iguanas hanging out in the neighbors yard. David was great at communicating our entire stay, including when we had a few issues with the hot tub. Luckily my hubby is pretty handy and he was able to get the hot tub working without much hassle. The pool was perfect to cool off in and the waterfall was so relaxing to listen to while working on our tans. It was so nice to have all the amenities of a five star hotel solely ours for our stay!

Great location!

This home is in such a great location! Publix right down the street, beach maybe 3 football fields away... so convenient! I drive for work and this vacation I just wanted to sit back, relax not have to drive to the beach or really anywhere....fishing right out the back door (I caught a beautiful catfish back there on my stay) nice chairs out on the deck with leg rest and chairs to lay in the sun.... swimming pool and hot tub all right there so I literally had almost no driving to do other than up to Publix which is like a block away and we went out to eat a few times (doc fords rum bar and grille is AMAZING!!!) My daughter and son LOVED the lights in the pool and hot tub! The kitchen had everything that we needed to make our meals every night, plenty of towels in the linen closet for showers and the pool. With everything right there it made one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve been on. David stayed in touch throughout the whole vacation and before, throughout this whole COVID-19 mess which was such a peace of mind! Thank you David and Katie for allowing us to stay in your home this last week!

Your own little oasis

We had such a great time! Family of 3 + fur baby. David is very easy to communicate with and he responds quickly. The location is perfect! We were wanting a quiet getaway not the big condo feel. From the moment we arrived we were so happy with our choice! Our daughter enjoyed the pool and hot tub so much..And so did we! Beach is very close easy walk across the street. We rented a boat and were able to tie it up out back on the dock. It was a quick boat ride over to Sanibel and surrounding areas. We never saw anything in the canal but on our boat rides we saw manatees, dolphins, sea turtles, rays, and even a baby hammerhead. You just can’t beat this location and it’s out of the hussle and bussle but still close enough to ride bikes or drive down to Times Square. Publix is easily walkable. It is dated in some ways but we spent so little time in the house it didn’t matter. It was very clean and came with everything you could possibly need. After a long day at the beach nothing beat enjoying a cocktail on the dock. It was very much worth the price and we would definitely stay again. Small heads up… there’s no ceiling fans…. If you require a fan at night (like us) plan to bring one.

We had an amazing stay. The owners are extremely friendly and helped us out with whatever we needed. They were very quick to respond to any question. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic, and that our kids had an amazing time. Great pool and close to beach!

We had a blast! Did not want to leave

We had a great stay and (social distant) safe vacation in this lovely home. Location Location!!! Loved how close the beach was :) . The pool was nice and so was the jacuzzi. It had cool lights for the night time. We went as a family vacation including our 2 small children and dog (our adult son joined us for part of the stay). We did not want to leave! We ordered food and groceries. My husband and sons tried fishing (they only caught a few fish), but still enjoyed it! Only downside I would say was that the master bedroom DID NOT have a LOCK!!! This was awful! We had to put a barrier in front of the door to stop our kids from entering our room. Needless to say we almost got caught by our 8year old. Omg! Also, sorry to mention but upon arrival the pool area was a mess. There were pool toys all over the pool area (many inside the pool as well as around). This is our 2nd summer vacation this year and I was able to take a video of my kids reaction to the last place upon arrival. Unfortunately, because of the messy visual on this lovely home I was not able to post the video of us arriving :( And it also made us feel like the pool was unappealing (which it wasn’t and we soon looked past that and enjoyed it sooooo much). Overall, the home deserves 5 stars because the owners were amazing! We appreciated all the wonderful amenities this house had to offer. We do want to stay here again and hope that the master bedroom gets a much needed lock. Great place! You will love staying here!

A hidden Gem

We had a fantastic time. The property was perfect. The house was such a beachy feel and was a great fit for our family and we felt at home here. The beach was a 3 minute walk and publix was 1 block away. The beach is very nice with beautiful skyline and sunsets and not over crowded. The pool and jacuzzi area was great and that's where we spent most of our time. The dock area was also a great hang out area. We ended up catching catfish, red snapper, trout, sting ray, and snook. The snook were running like crazy at night during hightide. David and Kathy were great hosts and had the courtesy to check in with us to make sure everything went smoothly and if we had any questions. The directions for everything were clear and precise. We will definitely be coming back to their property. If your looking for a great spot this is the place. We had such a great time hanging with family and just completely relaxing with no worries. It's a fantastic place to get away from reality.

We are a professional couple who grew up in the Chicago area but are world travelers. Our dream is to have a home in Ft Myers Beach and one in Alaska. This home is the first half of that dream but at 3600 SQ ft. it's more than we need so you get the bottom unit! That unit is 1625 sq ft. We do stay at property in the upper unit and are now residents. This is the BEST area on the whole island. Central Location and Quiet. and so close to the beach. You can watch Dolphins in the canal 25' from the house. We now have an indoor pool and hot tub. And a screen over all. Very nice sitting area around pool.

Cleaned above world health standards. Any property in this area is going to be nice. Most of the neighbors are seasonal and all are friendly. Fast WIFI, We now have a indoor heated pool and hot tub. The location is quiet, relaxing and convenient. Just 400 feet to the beach across Estero blvd. If you want to party like a Rock Star this is not the right place for you. If you want to enjoy the Florida lifestyle, sun and grill up some shrimp, then this is perfect for you. If you have a family this is a great location with 5 beds. It has a private dock on a canal.. With 5 new Mattresses and boxsprings and the 2 new 55" TV's . you are going to love our home. We love dogs so bring them with. We can correct any problems that arise usually fast. At first light take your coffee and walk to the beach. Dogs are welcome on a leash while on the beach. Go north or south it doesn't matter because there's miles of beach in either direction. The best time to hunt for seashells is in the morning after a storm. Sometimes you will walk across 100s of star fish that washed up during the night or maybe a sand dollar or two. If you get hungry or thirsty there is always a wonderful restaurant nearby. 5 bicycles provided if you want to use and a new beach wagon, 4 beach chairs and 4 fishing poles are available... Part time during year we are upstairs. sometimes we have friends stay upstairs. Any problem that may arise we can correct fast. And if we’re not around our maintenance man can be there soon.
