Cosmopolitan living at the beach characterizes this stylish penthouse located high above Seaside, overlooking the town and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!

Located in the Dreamland Heights building on the 3rd and 4th floor, Sweet Pea offers a full kitchen, living area with flat screen TV, sofa sleeper and a full bath with shower stall.

Upstairs, you will find a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV and access to a private rooftop terrace, where you’ll enjoy the view of stunning sunrises and sunsets, and miles of the Gulf’s sparkling emerald green water.

This property does have multiple staircases necessary to navigate the home. Please consider this when booking.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. Parking is behind the building and there is NO assigned parking. First come first serve on parking spaces.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time. In our case, my wife is not mobile and we were not able to get out as much as we wanted to. The area is excellent and peaceful. Because of the difficulty in walking, I wanted a place close to the "action." Sweet Pea was perfect for that although the room is small as indicated in the promotional info. We're going back!

A lot of steps

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It doesn’t come with one reserved parking spot. This is a problem since the unit is literally above restaurants and shops - so lots of cars. The only way up to the unit is via one small elevator hidden in an info center. The steps are locked. Access requires a touch key code pad in the elevator and then a 2nd key code pad to enter the unit. Both have different numbers. The bed is located on the 2nd floor of the unit and the patio is on the 3rd floor. This place has a lot of twisted steps and is not good for small children or older folks.,

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a great stay for the most part at Sweet Pea. The HC staff was very accommodating and helpful with anything we needed through the stay including dropping off a brand new iron, due to the current one being pretty old! The only downfalls to this location are the small bathroom and shower area. I am 7mos pregnant and the small staircase with no railing and bathroom/shower were a little bit tough for me! Otherwise, a wonderful stay right in the heart of seaside! Great view on the rooftop.
