Perched above Central Square in the iconic Dreamland Heights building, Sweet Pea is one of Seaside's most coveted penthouse retreats. This spectacular one-bedroom residence occupies the third and fourth floors and offers some of the most breathtaking Gulf of Mexico and sunset views in town. Overlooking the Seaside Amphitheater and the emerald waters beyond, this exceptional getaway places you in the center of everything Seaside has to offer.

Step onto the expansive side terrace and take in panoramic Gulf views while enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. With multiple bistro dining areas and front-row sunset vistas, outdoor living is at the heart of the Sweet Pea experience.
Inside, the freshly updated living space is bright, comfortable, and designed to maximize the stunning surroundings. The open-concept living area features a queen sleeper sofa, two club chairs, and a large flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day at the beach. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four for casual meals and gatherings.

The well-appointed kitchen includes stone countertops, a four-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a spacious Sub-Zero refrigerator—everything needed for preparing breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying a sunset dinner at home. A full bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower is conveniently located just off the kitchen.

The private king bedroom on the upper level offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day spent enjoying Seaside. The room features a king-size bed, a large mounted flat-screen TV, and bedside reading lights for added convenience. Storage has been thoughtfully incorporated throughout the space, including a small built-in closet, wall hooks, and a freestanding coat rack, providing multiple options for hanging clothing and storing beachwear. Just beyond the bedroom awaits Sweet Pea's crown jewel—the rooftop deck.

This incredible rooftop sanctuary offers chaise loungers for sunbathing, elevated bar top seating for two, and sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf, Seaside's iconic rooftops, and the most unforgettable sunsets. With the beach directly across from Central Square, you'll enjoy some of the most unobstructed Gulf views available in Seaside. Enjoy fireworks over Seaside from your private roof top deck for the Fourth of July or New Year's Eve, there is simply no better viewing location! (Please note: Access to the rooftop deck is via a narrow staircase located off the bedroom and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.)
