    Great location and the condo was clean, spacious and well equipped with amenities. The only negative was that linens were not provided for all rooms. Other than that the stay was excellent.

    Great Home!

    We had a great stay here ! There was an empty ice cream container found upstairs in the loft upon arrival but other than that the place was clean . It was listed in the description that there was a grill and we had brought filets to make on the grill, however there was not a grill. After checking with Marcel he was quick to respond and let me know that there is no longer a grill and he said he would have the listed updated. The location of the home is PERFECT and such a short walk to the boardwalk. We did not know and brought our own, but it is really nice that there is beach chairs, a wagon, and sand toys in the garage. The laundry on site is very convent as well ! The only thing I would change is it would be nice not to have to run out to grab hand soaps for all three bathrooms as we were not expecting that but overall it was a great stay.

    The condo was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for all of us. Nice to look out at the ocean on the balcony. Highly recommend!

    Great Stay!

    We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. We did not expect to walk up approximately 40 steps to get to the 2nd floor condo. It was a challenge not only for our 81 year old mother, but for the rest of the family. Also, the bunk bed mattress was not that comfortable. I think twin beds would have been better. Other than that, the unit was clean & very accommodating for 6 adults.

    Excellent Beach House

    Owner was easy to contact! Description for the rental was accurate, comfortably slept six family members, and was a beautiful place to stay! There were stains on comforter of bunk beds, and dust on ceiling fans, vents, and bathroom curtains but other than that it was exceptionally clean compared to any beach house anywhere! The starter package of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pod, etc was a great touch! Even provided a welcome letter with waterproof/sand proof beach blanket that came in handy and we are forever grateful for it. Beach toys and boogie boards stored in garage to borrow was awesome, our 8 year old loved it because we always forget our sand toys at home. Definitely will be back in the future! This place is very well kept and felt like a vacation home with an ocean view! Just what we were looking for!

    4704 Atlantic Ave Weekend stay

    The property is very nice and is walking distance to the beach. We were a family of 7 (4 adults, 2 teenagers and a child) and we were comfortable. There is room for everybody and the upstairs room was a bonus. The kids had fun. The property manager/owner is very responsive. If there's one thing to complain about is the temperature set in the house. It was way too hot. The ceiling fans helped but the fans that were installed in the master bedroom and the other bedroom with queen bed is making too much noise. The fan in the room with a bunk bed is not enough. All in all, it was a great place.

    Great House by the beach

    Really great location. Its so close to the beach which is really nice when you have toddlers that cant walk for too long. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness because counters were sticky. The other thing I didnt like was that parking in the garage was a tight space. It wasnt a deal breaker for me but just something to note for others that there is not a lotnof clearance from the street.

    Great vacation accommodations

    Having stayed in many condos, hotels/motels, etc in all of the Wildwoods for many years, we finally found a place we loved!! All of the places we’ve stayed in the past have been super expensive but not worth the money we paid - they were gross: old, broken or outdated furniture and stained rugs, etc. But, this condo was beautiful! It was CLEAN, had new and updated appliances and furniture, the couches and rugs were clean (not stained or old), the rooms were spacious and beds were very comfy. It was in a perfect location just a block from the beach and boardwalk and all the restaurants and bars. My family of 6 had plenty of room and LOVED it. Marcel was a great host responding quickly to any questions. Only thing I would mention is if you have a truck or SUV you cannot fit in the garage - it is very tight and hard pulling in and out- you’ll need to park on the street. Either bring smaller cars or keep your car on the street - there is plenty of metered parking and we had no problem with doing that. Finally - we found a beautiful place to come back to summer after summer!! Thank you Marcel!

    Great location, beautiful inside, easy communication with owner, really liked having a storage place in the garage that was secure, and plenty of storage. Not a complaint but would be good to know ahead of time was that there were a lot of steps leading up to the unit. We had a great time and highly recommend!

    Well appointed and very clean condo with lots of space…. Very nice having 3 full bathrooms… large kitchen and eating area… lovely covered balcony and can see a lot … nice breeze too… lots of steps up but nice being on too floor…. Excellent location for access to beach and boardwalk… and within walking distance to many great diners/ restaurants…owner very responsive and great to rent from… definitely recommend staying here

    I chaperone nine teenagers for a birthday weekend. The place was very clean, very spacious The location was great for us. The garage was giant could park two cars in it and still had room for plenty of beach, toys and chairs. Will definitely rent this place again

    Property is fine. The location is close to boardwalk and beach. It is somewhat noisy at night. It does have 30 steps to get to the condo.
