William was a great host! We had a small problem at check-in but William was more than prepared! The house had all kinds of amenities and personal touches that made the stay even better.

Spacious, Family-Friendly Home in a Perfect Location

We had a great stay! The house was more spacious than expected, with a lovely front porch, back deck, and backyard that our kids loved. Each bedroom had its own AC unit, which was a big plus in the summer, and having laundry on-site made things easy. The kids loved the bean bag chairs and games they found in the cupboard. The location was ideal—just a super short walk to downtown, yet set back on a quiet street. Perfect spot for our family to stay for a wedding weekend. Parking was a bit tricky with just one street pass, but we made it work. William was always quick to respond to our questions leading up to the trip. We'd absolutely stay here again!

What a gem!!

We just recently stayed for the weekend. The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the hot spots of downtown Newport. The house was very well maintained. Large open kitchen for large groups with a spacious backyard for gathering outside.highly recommend!!! Hope to return again. 5 stars all around

Great house and location

We were in town for a wedding and could not have been more pleased with the house. It was very comfortable and plenty of room. The location which was ideal, close to everything and allowed us to walk everywhere. Although we did not eat there, the kitchen had everything and was fully stocked. There is a charming back porch and yard. We would definitely rent this house again.

My group and I had a great time at this property! We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was the best location ever. We walked everywhere so it was super easy to get in town. We were also able to check in early too which was super helpful for us traveling out of state. The only downside was it seemed like another group had checked out right before we checked in so I’m not sure if there was enough time to restock things like toilet paper, or fully clean down the house between arrivals. (There was sand on the floor when we arrived, sheets were clean but not on the bed we had to put them on, there was half-eaten ice cream left in the fridge etc.) But, overall we still had a great time and would definitely book again!

Excellent Walkable Home

Our group had a fantastic stay at this property! We wanted something close to the shops and restaurants in the area and this was perfect. We walked to several different destinations and even a walk to the cliff walk entrance was very easy. The house was comfortable for our party of 7, would easily sleep up to 9 adults. I loved that there was a big island in the kitchen and a half bath downstairs. The full bath upstairs has plenty of space for getting ready with lots of counter room. The host was very responsive and the house was clean! Check in was a breeze. Would love to stay here again on a future trip.

Amazing Newport location

We chose this listing because of its proximity to Newport’s best shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. This house’s location is incredible. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of room to prep food on the island and plenty of table seating with ample natural lighting. Beds were comfortable. The house supplied everything you’d expect in a rental.

Wonderful home

Excellent location, ample space and really easy for our family. Having on street nearby parking and a pass was very convenient and having the downtown area restaurants, morning coffee and shopping within a few minute walk made our time in Newport incredibly memorable. Hope to return very soon!!

Girls trip to Newport

We had such a great time in Newport and staying here is why! We couldn’t have found a better location. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had coffee on the deck in the morning and a night cap before bed. The house was so close to shopping, restaurants and the water. We all said we would be staying here again!!! Thanks Bill!

We LOVED this house!

I can't say enough great things about this property. It was perfect for our bachelorette weekend getaway. The house was clean, had air conditioners in each room, was beautifully decorated, and had ample amounts of comfort items from linens to kitchen items. The location was absolutely perfect. The house is just steps away from all of the amazing restaurants, shopping, and night life on Thames st. We had a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend this property!

Unreal location & great property!

I had 8 friends stay here for my bachelorette party- we were so obsessed with the house. It's 3 floors with 4 bedrooms, a lovely back deck, 2 bathrooms, and an enormous kitchen. It had everything we needed and was steps away from Newport restaurants and bars. I loved it so much and would definitely come back!

Mom’s Birthday

We chose this beautiful property as the location to celebrate my Mother’s birthday. The property is extremely clean, has a beautiful back yard with a porch, and is a one-minute walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back!

Location perfection

The property has a spacious kitchen, perfect layout for a family to gather. We were only there to sleep really but took a little time to relax on the back deck with a yard! The location was perfect, so easy to visit downtown shops and near some of our favorite little food shops like "Drift"!
