Studio entiÚrement meublé à 200m de la magnifique plage de Balmoral.

Situé à l'arriÚre d'une grande maison privée, mais complÚtement séparé de la maison principale.

Kitchenette, lit Queen, peignoir encastré, salle de bain en marbre, sÚche-serviettes et chauffage par le sol. Installations lave-linge / sÚche-linge fournis.

Promenez-vous dans les magasins et les cafés locaux ou profitez du soleil sur la plus belle plage du port de Sydney. C'est une opportunité rare.

L'espace

L'accĂšs est calme, il faut descendre par environ 15 marches, puis passer la porte de la piscine puis descendre le chemin de la maison (voir photo du chemin).

AccÚs invité

Les clients ne peuvent utiliser que le studio et la buanderie, les autres zones de la résidence privée étant interdites.

Interaction avec les invités

Lorsque vous avez besoin de moi, nous avons de jeunes enfants pour que vous puissiez les entendre de temps en temps.

Pristine Apartment in Beautiful Location

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for three overnights. The location is excellent for walking to beaches, restaurants, or shopping. Olivia was quick to respond to our questions and we felt welcomed and comfortable during the stay.

Balmoral retreat.

The property was perfect for our requirements. Clean, modern and a very comfortable bed. Listening to the kookaburras arguing in the morning was an added bonus. The owners were friendly and helpful without being invasive. We loved the Balmoral area and enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Property in an imIdeal Location but

Well maintained property in an ideal location in Balmoral which we are very familiar with. Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to talk to the host but the only concern was the difficulty of getting heavy cases to and from the property up and down steps and stepping stones.

An incredibly short distance to the beach and incredibly safe and secure location. The host was just amazing. They undersell this in the listing, the quality of the room and property is excellent.

Bright & Comfortable Beach Retreat

Lovely bright room with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Short walk to Balmoral Beach and Mosman Village. Loved the choice of different pillows and comfy bed. Kitchenette well equiped for meals, heated floors in room and bathroom a bonus. Highly recommended, with a great host.

Not for us

As you can see by the stars, the place was spotless, neat and within walking distance to where we wanted to be. If you enjoy your privacy though, then you may want to look elsewhere. The outdoor space sits beside the laundry and its contents and the walkway passes alongside the clothes line (and its contents). The accommodation can be looked into from an upstairs room and children wander past. The clincher was Robbie Williams coming on for an impromptu 2 song performance at 1:30am at pretty full volume. Not impressed.

Ideal location, central to amenities yet nicely private and quiet.

Cleanest of clean properties, comfortable bed adorned with crisp linen. Terrific mini kitchen facilities, clean well padded ironing board and iron without markings on the sole plate. Delightful well laid out bathroom. Ideal for a couple or solo traveller.
