One Bedroom Available. ROOM with private bathroom. Breakfast not included. House shared with the host but maintain separate space. Living room use to get in and out of the house.

Very quiet. The black out curtains are just perfect for a good night's sleep.

Two miles Burbank Airport, 7 miles Universal, Warner Bros., W Disney Studios, NBC, North Hollywood & Burbank Area. A bus ride to N. Hollywood Terminal.

You are free to get in and out of the house anytime. You have your own key. The room has ample windows you can open if you like fresh air. Split A/C & Heater.

Great, clean environment, amazing location in the heart of Burbank. Everything you need and the host is really easy to communicate with and clear with all instructions. We had a great time at our stay.

We stayed for a week and the hostess was very nice and helpful. We were very easily located to the Universal Studios, Warner Bros Studio and Hollywood attractions were all just a 15 minute drive away. We enjoyed our time there she offers snacks and drinks for very cheap right there in the house. Tons of great restaurants nearby to try. Would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

One day stay

Editha was very accommodating with my short visit. She was flexible with the check in time which was a big deal considering I had a wedding to attend nearly an hour later. The room was clean, Editha respected the privacy, and the room was as advertised. In general, the entire stay was enjoyable.

Great stay!

Perfect location and easy access for my visit needs. Editha made check-in/out a breeze, and had all amenities I needed readily available - thank you! Coming and going was easy and I felt very safe at this location. Will be highly likely I will stay there again for future visits to the area.

Great Price for LA

I had a nice stay with Editha. Her place is convenient to the Valley as well as Hollywood. Even though she stays on the property, her living area is private so it is as if you have a private space as well. Easy parking, a "snack bar" for water and snack purchases"...it's quiet. Can recommend.

Great, convenient location near LA

Room was clean, supplied with extras and conveniently located for our 6-day trip. Primarily used just the bedroom and not the living space as we didn't need to. Stayed four nights arriving at Burbank Airport on a Monday. From there, we visited Santa Monica Beach, friends in Burbank, family in Gardena, attended a Dodgers game, and toured a Warner Bros studio before attending a reunion elsewhere. For my purposes, I walked to the local Planet Fitness twice, and we drove to a good diner for breakfast about 1.5 miles away. Nice restaurants in driving distance in downtown Burbank as well. Only issues was a door lock into the unit that was not easy to unlock several times. There was no lock on the BR door, though we felt secure when there. The parking space in the driveway for the midsize car we rented was not easily maneuvered into the smaller than-anticipated parking space. A Compact car would be easier. Easy to find street parking during the day, but much more difficult when returning at night.

Exactly what we needed-

The room and bathroom were clean, and everything was as listed. My daughter and I needed an inexpensive room near universal studios and it was perfect. Edith was very accommodating and easy to work with during the stay. Highly recommend-

Very close to Burbank Airport

It wasn't close to what I needed, but it's very convenient for those flying into Burbank airport. And, although it's only blocks from the airport, there is hardly any plane noise in the room. The restroom has a shower only, but everything was clean, neat, fresh, and private.

I am a retired Accountant worked in big Entertainment Companies here in Los Angeles. I live in this property. I am friendly but kept away from my guest to give them privacy. Specially now with Covid-19. Social distancing is a must. Likewise I want my privacy too. I tried my best to keep my rate low. Occupancy taxes & Pay Per night fee are being imposed by the City of Los Angeles for all short term rentals. I also have to comply with California laws & recommendations. Cost of utilities had tripled. So I expect guest to be considerate in turning off light & A/C when they are not around.
I always welcome my guest upon check in. Free bottled water & coffee for each guest on their first day.

The place is quiet, clean and comfortable. Once again. I live in this house occupying one room. I have my own space in the back. Security is my top priority. I want my guest to be responsible to make sure the lock the front doors when they get in & out. I assure you will be safe staying here with me. Nobody will bother you.
Room is sanitized and cleaned after each guest. Aired clean for hours for the next guest.
