Perfect House

My family was really impressed with this home. Very clean, very well stocked, very nice decor and furnishings. Pinball machine is a nice addition. Great location. Walk to beach, walk to all of the Seaside Heights attractions. Nice ocean views from the house. We had an opportunity to meet the owners and they are very nice, personable, and accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

16 K street Seaside Park

The townhouse was beautiful and immaculate. Richard and Roe were wonderful hosts, making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Great place, great location and great process from start to finish. Looking forward to returning!!

Everything we needed for an awesome family vacation!

Our family (including a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old) had a blast in Seaside this summer! Rich and Roe were wonderful. It was easy to communicate with them, and they made sure we had everything we needed. The house is fantastic and exactly as shown in the photos. It was a bonus that Roe provides sheets/bedding. The outdoor spaces are perfect - opportunities for sun and shade while playing outside. The new grill is really nice; we enjoyed grilling several dinners. The location is also great. We were able to put the boys in a stroller and walk to the amusements on the boardwalk, and both kids could handle the short walk to the beautiful beach. We loved the pinball machine, too! We hope to return next summer! Thanks, Rich and Roe!!

Family fun

The house was immaculate. Plenty of space. It was nice that owners supply all sorts of kitchen amenities. It was great being so close to family. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was great. Hoping to be able to come back soon.

Everything we needed

Wonderful stay. Wonderful hosts. Everything you need is there. All we had to bring was beach towels. Location is great and you can see the ocean from upstairs deck.

Awesome vacation home !!!!

Owners are nice and gracious !! The property and home is beautiful! Prime location with an amazing view of the ocean from every balcony. Our family could not have found a better place to make our gathering anymore special. Pinball machine in the basement made for great family competition and game night. The television upstairs in the living room was loaded with surround sound feature. Kitchen came with the best equipment needed for an at home experience. Wifi connectivitey was great. The property owners were on point with making sure we had the ultimate experience and we definitely highly recommend this home this to friends and family. We had family come in from Michigan, Tennessee, Florida, and Canada whom we were able to share this lovely home with. - Tom and Elsie s

Great Vacation Rental!!!

The owners were great to work with, no hassles, no stress. The property and home is beautiful! Just like the pictures posted on line. The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortably decorated. 4 Decks, front and back, for beautiful views of the sunset. We spent many evenings on the deck off the kitchen talking and having drinks, was a very relaxing vacation. The house is well-equipped and has a wonderful outdoor shower for quick rinse offs from the beach or fishing. Beach badges were provided as well. This house fit our family of four and a friend with no problem. Spacious beautiful kitchen with pantry and two refrigerator, anything you need is in this kitchen.. The bedrooms are spacious as well as all bathrooms, well maintain. We cooked some meals in and BBQ Several times, the patio was perfect! The grill is natural gas, we enjoyed steaming clams, shrimps and scallops. Swimming in the ocean, fishing, walking on the beach and biking were our favorite activities. Wi Fi, cable TV. Super close to everything we wanted to do, walking distance to the beach, and boardwalk. We would most definitely recommend this beach house rental. Thank you Rich and Roe, for sharing your house with our family. We had an excellent time! Hope to be back next year. Sol, John, Stacy, Jay, Marian.

Perfect vacation home

This home is beautiful and immaculate. Absolutely turn-key. 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths 4 decks, backyard with grill and parking. Plenty of room for my extended family. Authentic pinball machine was a big hit with all. There's even a garage to store all your toys and the owners had lots of extra chairs and boogie boards. Incredible kitchen was fully stocked with every utencil and all appliances large and small. There was even a 2nd fridge in walk-in pantry that accommodated all our overflow watermelons, wine and beer. And all of this is just steps from the beach. The owners thought of everything you need at home and stocked it. If you want a beautiful, clean place that does not skimp on amenities - THIS IS IT! Owners were friendly and very easy to deal with.

Beautiful home. Wonderful location

Home is absolutely beautiful. Everything we needed was there. Home was spotless. Owner provided the best customer service. Wonderful location. Conveniently located to the boardwalk and beach. I would recommend this home to all.
