It was a great location sitting on the balcony looking over at the ocean or the pool. We hung out at the pool easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay there would come back again.

First of all this place is super nice right on the beach. The host is wonderful and very friendly. The first thing to know is Please make sure you bring extra cash with you when you check in. We were not expecting the extra fees that were incurred before we even stepped into the apartment. You have to pay a 20 CASH only deposit for the parking permit. Then we were surprised to find out that you also have to pay a non refundable 30 fee for the key fob to get into the apartment (that is not tefundabke). When booking I believed that it stated “All fees included” but it did not. Upon arriving into the room it was noticed that the armrest on the couch was broken which if I had children I would have been concerned as this was a safety issue. Fortunately we were only two adults staying there so we just avoided sitting on the couch. I did message the host and he advised he was just made aware of that the day before we checked in so I’m assuming it was from the orevious renters. Overall this was a nice stay for us but definitely a few things to consider before staying again.

We had an amazing time with the beautiful balcony and the ocean view! The pool and beach were beautiful along with the beautiful modern apartment. The kitchen had all the essentials and there were lots of blankets and a fan! Beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys were included. I did find check in to be daunting because there were two different buildings for checking in. Luggage carts are locked up and you must provide your license to borrow one and then return the key. Parking required twenty in cash which caused me to have to walk back to the original building since I am used to this cashless society. Additionally parking is 100 for one to 7 days. Then you pay 30 for a fob which you need everywhere to open doors and elevators. This makes for a safe environment but a fob should be provided for each guest and placed on a wrist band so it isn’t so easy to lose. Our host was fabulous and quick to respond to questions. When I said I couldn’t lock the door, he immediately called me and walked me through it. When I asked about check out details, he said just to enjoy myself! I loved that, so you know I still tried to leave it clean! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great getaway

We had a wonderful visit. Tides was a wonderful place to stay and our house was fantastic. He was quick to respond, accommodating and so helpful. The unit could use some upgrades (new bed and upgraded televisions) but we had everything we needed and had a wonderful stay.

Excellent location with spectacular ocean views

Our room had excellent ocean views from the balcony and bedroom. The pool was very clean and orderly. Easy access to the beach.I tried the gym and the equipment is awesome.Our host Alec was excellent with communication and ensured that everything went smoothly during our stay.

Very Disappointing Stay — Listing Did Not Match ExpectationsI was extremely disappointed with my stay. Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet the expectations created by the listing.View from the balcony really was beautiful.The apartment felt very outdated, and the sofa was extremely uncomfortable. I also found the apartment did not appear to be adequately clean, including greasy-looking walls.Several basic amenities were either missing or not functioning. There was no coffee, soap, shampoo, or conditioner provided, and the TV was not working properly. I had to contact Alec to have the TVs addressed. Although he was able to get the TV working after a few minutes, it stopped working again.The listing looked great on paper, but I believe it should clearly disclose which basic amenities are not provided and accurately describe the condition and functionality of the property so guests can make an informed decision before booking. Check-in was also extremely inconvenient, which added to the frustration of the stay.Overall, I was so dissatisfied that I left after staying only one of my five scheduled nights. I would not stay here again and would recommend that future guests carefully consider the amenities, condition, and check-in process before bookin
