About this property

Our home is located at mile post 14.5 in the Village at Nags Head Linkside community. Enjoy views overlooking the pond and feeding the turtles in the landscaped backyard, as well as the fairway views from the deck of our Soundside beach home located on the 13th tee of the Nags Head Golf course. Our cozy cottage is comfortably furnished with everything your family will need for a memorable stay at the beach. Located on a on quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the grocery store, shops and restaurants. It's just a short drive to the golf club (additional fees apply), beach club with pool(in season) south on the beach road less than a mile from the house or the private beach access less than 1/2 mile from the house north on the beach road with bath house (passes included in rental). Walk to the sound side park on the water to launch kayaks and canoes or just to view the sunsets. Great neighborhood for biking(bring your own or they can be rented from local vendors)or just enjoy taking a walk.

Awesome Cottage

My family and I were very impressed with this cottage. Host was very quick to respond to my questions. Rental was very clean, well stocked and in a real safe area. Host went to great lengths to ensure any you could want was there on site. I would definitely stay at this property again without hesitation. Restaurants and attractions were very close and a grocery store within walking distance.

Perfect Family Vacation

Beautiful home! It was perfect for our family and my kids loved feeding the turtles out back. The communication with the owners was amazing and the house was extremely clean and well stocked. The stack of menus for local restaurants and the games and puzzles were great to have in the evenings. The location was perfect for us since it was close to the mall and ocean but still very quiet. We can’t wait to come back!

Clean, cozy, and convenient

House was very clean and in a convenient location in Nags Head, easy driving to plenty of restaurants and shopping and not too far from the aquarium. We didn’t cook at all, but there were plenty of dishes and basics, including spices. Beds were comfortable too. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the pond.

Great weekend

We came down to visit with family. House fit our needs unfortunately the weather was not the greatest so we were unable to use the outside but I’m sure it would have been great. House was very clean communication with owner was great. Thanks to the decor it cost me some money, my wife liked the theme so we traveled home with a truckload of new decor. We would definitely rent the house again.
